Fokus Jurnal Bhakti Persada menerbitkan artikel yang membahas mengenai penelitian terapan pengabdian masyarakat di bidang teknologi dan ilmu sosial. Ada beberapa jenis artikel penelitian yang dapat diterima oleh BP yaitu penelitian evaluasi, penelitian dan pengembangan, dan penelitian tindakan berbasis pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Penelitian evaluasi adalah jenis penelitian terapan yang menganalisis informasi yang ada tentang subjek penelitian untuk sampai pada hasil penelitian yang objektif atau mencapai keputusan yang tepat. Jenis penelitian terapan ini sebagian besar diterapkan dalam konteks bisnis, misalnya, sebuah organisasi dapat mengadopsi penelitian evaluasi untuk menentukan cara mengurangi biaya overhead. Penelitian dan pengembangan adalah jenis penelitian terapan yang berfokus pada pengembangan produk dan layanan baru berdasarkan kebutuhan pasar sasaran. Ini berfokus pada pengumpulan informasi tentang kebutuhan pemasaran dan menemukan cara untuk meningkatkan produk yang ada atau membuat produk baru yang memenuhi kebutuhan yang diidentifikasi. Penelitian tindakan adalah jenis penelitian terapan yang bertujuan memberikan solusi praktis untuk masalah bisnis tertentu dengan mengarahkan bisnis ke arah yang benar. Biasanya, penelitian tindakan adalah proses penyelidikan reflektif yang terbatas pada konteks tertentu dan situasional di alam. Ruang Lingkup Meliputi hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bidang pariwisata, bahasa, bisnis dan ekonomi, teknik dan kejuruan, kesehatan, dan lainnya.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the competence of MSME actors through the implementation of collaborative knowledge creation and pentahelix concepts in digital marketing training. The main problems faced by MSME partners are low digital literacy, limited visual promotion skills, and underdeveloped business collaboration networks. This community service used a descriptive qualitative method through document studies, participatory observation during training activities, and evaluation questionnaires distributed to training participants, including MSME actors from Curug Maju Bersatu and Jakarta Enterpreneur. The results show that 60% of participants strongly agreed that collaborative knowledge creation-based training provided valuable insights and benefits for business development. Additionally, 65% of participants strongly agreed that the pentahelix collaboration was effective for business development, 65% strongly agreed that product photography practice was easy to follow, and 65% agreed that their knowledge and skills in digital marketing and product photography improved after participating in the training. Collaboration among government, academics, communities, and business actors strengthened business networks and enhanced the quality of MSME digital promotions. Therefore, this training received positive responses from participants for being practical and has the potential to become a collaborative-based MSME development model across sectors.

Abstract

In this case, we are improving the skills of rangers and training climbers at Bukit Cendono. Training in the use of splints is a concrete step to strengthen the first aid skills of Bukit Cendono rangers, increase preparedness for accidents in the field, and help foster a culture of safety in a conservation-based environment. This lack of understanding can certainly have a serious impact on the safety of the entire climbing team if not handled properly and quickly. However, after the socialization activity, which aimed to provide information and education to climbers about handling and using splints, there was a significant increase in the participants` level of understanding. With this improvement in skills, it is hoped that rangers will be able to handle injuries in the Bukit Cendono area more quickly and accurately, as well as share this knowledge with the community and other climbers so that the culture of safety in the outdoors becomes stronger and helps participants understand the basic concepts of splinting.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Iwapi Depok City members are partially able to market their products online by selling products in the marketplace. It's just that online marketing does not directly make the market for MSME products wider. MSMEs must build brand image and brand awareness by creating a unique product identity, attractive slogans, colors, logos and brands that can represent the product. Building a strong brand image and brand awareness with limited resources is challenging. One solution is to conduct direct marketing communication through bazaar activities. Communication skills are needed to support this activity. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct training to improve interpersonal business communication skills for MSME actors participating in the bazaar. This training targets MSME actors who are members of Iwapi Depok who have the goal of improving marketing communication skills in business. The training method refers to the theory of PAR or Participatory Action Research and the benchmark used to assess the success of this empowerment program with the KUPAR cycle. Evaluation of the effectiveness level of training activities using the pre-test average score and post-test average score.The training activity succeeded in improving the knowledge and business communication skills of the participants with a significance number (α) < 0.05. This means that Ho was rejected, there was a significant difference between the average pre-test score and the post-test average score. Business communication skills are implemented in bazaar activities. The bazaar which was held in the yard of Depok City Hall could be carried out well. The success of bazaar activities is evidenced by an increase in sales turnover and a 60% increase in profits during bazaar activities and a 20% increase in profits after the completion of bazaar activities.
