The goal of this study is to see how the halal label, product quality, and pricing affect purchase decisions. The halal label (X1), product quality (X2), and pricing were the independent factors in this study (X3). Purchasing decisions for Wardah brand cosmetics are the dependent variable in this study. This study used 80 respondents from the Wardah consumer population in the city of Lhokseumawe as a sample. Primary data or direct use of a questionnaire were used to obtain data in this study. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed as the method of analysis. The f test and the t test are the hypothesis tests used in this investigation.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of PAD and DAU on Regional Expenditures and then analyze the flypaper effect. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a sample of the Realization Report of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget of Bireuen Regency in 2011-2015. The data used in this research is secondary data. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical test, hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression models. The result of this study is that DAU and PAD simultaneously have a significant effect on Regional Expenditures. Partially, DAU has no significant effect on Regional Expenditures and PAD has a significant effect on Regional Expenditures. During the research period, there was a flypaper effect in Bireuen Regency because the value of DAU to Regional Expenditures was greater than the value of PAD to Regional Expenditures.

Human resources are an absolute strength for the success of an organization, various challenges are faced by the company in achieving its goals, both internally and externally. One of the biggest challenges for companies at this time is the Covid -19 pandemic which has occurred for almost three years, not only in Indonesia. but also in almost all parts of the world. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is highly expected in conditions like this, where employees voluntarily show their extra roles outside of the mandatory duties assigned to them, such as helping co -workers without being asked, replacing sick co- workers, giving encouragement, and so on. This paper reviews the dimensions of OCB which consist of altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, courtesy, and civic virtue as well as their role in the company's change management to survive and continue to grow amid the Covid -19 pandemic. Written using a descriptive approach through literacy studies from previous studies, journals and related articles and writings compiled with the author's view, then presented systematically so as to provide an overview of the OCB of company employees in the midst of organizational change due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

This study aims to see the effect of promotional strategies on consumer purchasing decisions on the Rizky Lhokseumawe stamp. This research is a survey research. The population in this study were Followers on the Rizky Stamp Lhokseumawe online shop account, namely @onshoplhokseumawe, and the sample in this study were Followers on the Rizky Stamp Lhokseumawe online shop intagram account, @onshoplhokseumawe using the Slovin formula, a sample technique that uses a critical value or accuracy limit. of 0.1, so that the sample in the study was 100 respondents from a total population of 11,900 followers. The questionnaire trial consisted of validity testing using the Product Moment method and reliability testing using the Cronbach's Alpha method. This study uses simple regression analysis techniques with hypothesis testing using the SPSS 22 program. The results of this study indicate that the Promotion Strategy for Consumer Purchase Decisions at Rizky Stamp Lhokseumawe.

The title of this research is the implementation of women's empowerment programs through small industrial enterprises. Study in Matang Meunye Village, Syamtalira Aron District, North Aceh Regency. Study in Matang Meunye Village, Syamtalira Aron District, North Aceh Regency. The problem that occurs in this study is that not all people are involved in managing small industrial businesses, only some people are able to manage small industrial businesses. The focus of this research is the success factor of implementing empowerment programs through small industrial businesses related to communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure and obstacles in small industrial businesses. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, with 8 informants. The results showed that in the implementation of women's empowerment programs through small industrial businesses, the government was still not maximal in the implementation and implementation of the empowerment, the biggest problems were the socialization that had not been fully completed, the resources were still low in both the budget and human resources. The obstacle faced is that in the rainy season it will result in losses and limited capabilities in the marketing aspect. The suggestion from the writer in this research is that it is hoped that the policy implementers will be able to open alternative insights about how to cope with the tempe cracker industry business during the rainy season so that in the rainy season this business will continue to run. This study aims to determine the level of Islamic financial literacy of the people of Sangkanyu Mrebet Purbalingga Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis techniques. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from the results of field research by distributing questionnaires to the village community. Secondary data are obtained from documents and other sources related to research. Islamic financial literacy is the knowledge or understanding that individuals have of Islamic finance such as knowing Islamic financial products and services so that they can make financial decisions in accordance with Islamic principles. The results of this study indicate that the level of Islamic financial literacy of the people of Sangkanayu is 56.88% or it can be said that the level of Islamic financial literacy belongs to the low category (<60%).

This study aims to determine and explain the empowerment of red tilapia fish farming for the young generation at Desa Penampaan Kecamatan Pokhkisen Southeast Aceh and the impact of empowering red tilapia fish farming for the younger generation and village income. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques using observation instruments, interviews and documentation. All data obtained are analyzed by means of reduction, then presented so that they are easily understood and conclusions can be found. The results of the study explained that; Empowering the cultivation of red tilapia for the younger generation at Desa Penampaan Kecamatan Pokhkisen Southeast Aceh through education and coaching and supplying seedlings and feed for the red tilapia fish farming business group for the younger generation where the source of funding comes from BUMK of Desa Penampaan Kecamatan Pokhkisen Southeast Aceh. The impact of empowering the cultivation of red tilapia for the younger generation and village income, namely for the younger generation who already have a job, already have the skills and expertise in maintaining the red tilapia and the young generation already has an income for their daily needs. While the impact for the village is that it can increase village assets and village income where profits derived from the harvest must be returned to the village treasury by 25% as original village income.

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of work motivation on the performance of Obama Market Bireuen employees (2) the effect of the work environment on Obama MArke Bireuen employees, (3) The effect of work motivation and work environment on Obama Market Bireuen employee performance. This research is a causal associative reaserch using a quantitative approach. This research is categorized as a survey research, where the research, instrument are interviews and questionnaires. The sample in this study is a saturated sample by taking the entire population of employees at Obama Market Bireuen, amounting to 20 people. The validity test of the instrument used Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), the reability test used Cronbach Alpha, while data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help os SPSS softwere. The result showed that (1) work motivation has a positive affaect on employee performance at the Obama Market Bireuen 1.088. The contribution of work motivation to explain employee performance is 0,768. (2) The work environment ha a positive effect on employee performance Obama Market Bireuen 0.296. The contribution of work environment to explain employee performance is a 0,301. (3) Work motivation and work environment together have a positive effect on Obama Market Bireuen employee performance by 0.894 or 89.4% and the remaining 10.6% is influenced by other variables.

Maximizing asset management and limiting risks, such as liquidity risk, are two ways to achieve maximum profitability (ROE) (Cash Ratio, Non Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio). The goal of this study was to look into and assess the impact of the Cash Ratio (CR), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return on Equity (ROE) in Indonesian Islamic banks. This study employs quantitative approaches, with secondary data in the form of time series data produced between 2015 and 2019. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data in this study. The results demonstrate that the Cash Ratio has a positive sign and has a value of tcount > ttable (2,512>1,69726), indicating that the Cash Ratio has a considerable positive effect on Return on Equity at Indonesian Islamic Commercial Banks. Non-Performing Loan (NPL) has a negative sign and has a value of tcount> ttable (2,289> 1,69726), indicating that it has a considerable negative impact on Islamic Commercial Banks' Return on Equity in Indonesia. With a large effect of 2.02 percent, the Cash Ratio, NPL, and LDR have a pretty strong impact on the Return on Equity (Y) of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The findings of this study provide information for bank management to monitor more frequently and take the appropriate actions to anticipate liquidity problems and maintain financial balance in Indonesian Islamic commercial banks.

This study aims to explain and analyze the effect of perceived usefulness on purchasing decisions on the Shopee application. The population of this research is Active Students of Business Administration Study Program, FISIP, UNIMAL, totaling 312 people. The number of samples in this study was taken using the Yamane formula with a standard error of 10% so that the number obtained was 76 people. The data analysis technique consists of several tests, namely the research instrument test which consists of validity and reliability testing and hypothesis testing using regression testing on the SPSS application. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, it is known that perceived usefulness has a positive effect on Purchase Decisions on the Shopee application among Business Administration Students, FISIP UNIMAL because the coefficient value obtained is positive, namely 0.576. Based on the results of the partial test or t test, the results show that perceived usefulness has a significant effect on purchasing decisions
