Abstract

This research aim  to know and analyse the influence of service quality consisted of reliability, responsiveness, confidence, emphaty and tangibles toward consumer satisfaction at puskesmas  Kota Jantho Aceh Besar and  the most dominant factor influence it. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression.The results showed that the variables reliability,responsiveness, confidence, emphaty and tangibles of the influance on  consumer satisfaction at Puskesmas Kota Jantho Aceh Besar, and  the dominant variable influancing consumer satisfaction is empathy.

Abstract

Conservation Mangrove and Bekantan Bakantan Mangrove conservation territory in Tarakan East Borneo built as located bakantan conservation and mangrove Education. For more manage grown as tourism destination. Purpose of this research know it analysist relationship between length and weight, and than conditions index of tempakul fishes (Periopthalmus barbarus) at Conservation mangrove and bekantan in Tarakan City.  Researched as long as three months, on September to Desember 2018. This research used descriftif method from research founded tempakul tempakul fishes male and female. Negative allometric performel in factor of condition of tempakul fishes it?s about 0,01-0,49 it showed that bodies of the fishes wash very slim

Abstract

The development of technology makes the internet a medium that is not only used as a medium of communication, but also a shopping medium. The purpose of this paper is to see how the effect of lifestyle and ease of use on college student interest in shopping online. This research is a descriptive and parametric study. The data used are primary data, processing using data with ANOVA (analysis of variance) test. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 205. The results showed that lifestyle and ease of use affect the buying interest of college students in shopping online. From the economic side, online shopping can reduce the activity/ sacrifice that is considered as expenditure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Seberapa pesar pengaruh Motivasi dan disiplin kerja pagawai terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Kecamatan Sanga Desa. Penelitian ini mengggunakan data primer maupun sekunder. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana menggunakan persamaan statistika dalam mengolah dan melakukan pembahasan data yang diperoleh dari responden melalui media kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Metode Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Nilai r sebesar 0,561. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang sedang antara motivasi (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Karena nilai R berada pada rentang 0,400 sampai dengan 0,599 dengan intepretasi koefisien kolerasi sedang. Diketahui nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,395, maka memiliki arti bahwa variable motivasi dan disipli kerja memberikan sumbangan pengaruh secara bersama-sama sebesar 39,5% terhadap variable kinerja pegawai dan sisanya 60,5% dipengaruhi variable lain di luar penelitian ini. Hasil uji t (Test) menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi (X1) thitung sebesar 1,189 sedangkan ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan df = 44-2= 42 adalah 1,680 dikarenakan thitung > ttabel (1,189 < 1,680) maka Ho diterima Ha ditolak, sedangkan variabel disiplin kerja (X2) thitung sebesar 2,778, sedangkan ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan df = 44-2= 42 adalah 1,680 dikarenakan thitung > ttabel (2,778 > 1,680) maka Ho ditolak Ha diterima. Artinya motivasi (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Kecamatan Sanga Desa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel yang saling keterkaitan antara variabel satu dengan variabel lainnya terhadapat kinerja karyawan seperti  Motivasi kerja, Komunikasi, dan Stres pada PT. Jasa Raharja Perwakilan Kota Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuisioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 orang karyawan. tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel dari motivasi kerja , komunikasi , Stres kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Jasa Raharja Perwakilan Kota Medan. Hasil dari Penelitian ini, Nilai F 19,783 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000, atau 19,783 > 4,15 maka secara bersama-sama atau secara serentak variabel motivasi kerja, komunikasi, dan stres kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Jasa Raharja Perwakilan Kota Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction. The object of this research is RSUD Aceh Tamiang. This study uses a sampling technique using accidental sampling, which is a technique of determining the sample by chance, meaning that anyone who meets the researcher can be used as a sample. The analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis, the results of this study indicate that partially tangible, realibility, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy variables have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at RSUD Aceh Tamiang. The results of this study indicate that the tangible, realibility, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at RSUD Aceh Tamiang.

Abstract

This study explores the optimisation of business processes through the synergy of marketing innovation and structured risk management, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). SMEs often face challenges such as limited resources, market uncertainties and fluctuating raw material prices. By integrating marketing innovation with structured risk management, companies can improve operational efficiency and mitigate potential risks, creating a solid foundation for sustainable growth. Marketing innovation, particularly through digital platforms, enables SMEs to expand their market reach, attract new customers and remain competitive. Meanwhile, structured risk management ensures that innovative strategies are implemented safely and effectively. This synergy not only minimises operational and financial losses, but also enables SMEs to adapt to dynamic market conditions. The study highlights the importance of combining process optimisation with strategic innovation to increase productivity, reduce waste and remain competitive in the modern business environment. By adopting this integrated approach, SMEs can achieve long-term profitability and resilience in a rapidly changing economic landscape.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of personalized experiences, customer satisfaction, and engagement on customer loyalty among postpaid users of Indosat, one of Indonesia’s leading telecommunications providers. Using a quantitative research design and Smart PLS for analysis, data from 258 respondents reveal that customer engagement is the most significant driver of loyalty, while personalized experiences play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction. The study also finds that while satisfaction contributes to loyalty, its effect is less pronounced than engagement, highlighting the importance of creating deeper emotional connections to ensure customer retention. Moreover, the moderating effect of combined satisfaction and engagement on loyalty indicates a potential diminishing return when both variables are maximized simultaneously. These findings suggest that Indosat should adopt a balanced approach that integrates personalized marketing with engagement strategies to foster long-term customer loyalty in a highly competitive market. The study contributes to the literature on customer-centric marketing by emphasizing the need for tailored and engaging customer experiences in the telecommunications sector.

Abstract

This research investigates the complex dynamics of brand loyalty within the organizational framework of PT Bandung Indah Gemilang. It examines the interplay between emotional branding, online community support, consumer value perceptions, and brand loyalty among employees. The research reveals that emotional branding significantly influences brand loyalty directly and indirectly through consumer value perceptions. Conversely, online community support has a direct impact on brand loyalty, but its influence is not significantly mediated by consumer value perceptions. These nuanced findings highlight the importance of tailored strategies in optimizing emotional connections and online community engagement to foster brand loyalty within the workforce. The study offers practical insights for organizational practitioners aiming to enhance employee commitment and brand allegiance through refined approaches to emotional branding and online community support.
