Abstract

 Online shopping is currently quite popular among Indonesian people, the presence of e-commerce makes it easier for consumers so that consumers prefer online shopping. One of the things that consumers are most interested in when shopping online is the fashion category, the fashion brand that consumers are interested in is Erigo. This is proven by Erigo sales on Shopee which continue to increase in the 2020-2022 period. Erigo is a local brand that attracts a lot of attention from consumers, as well as consumers in Lhokseumawe City. Consumer behavior in choosing Erigo is believed to be influenced by several factors. This research aims to determine the influence of perceived risk, trust, and information seeking on consumer behavior. The method used is a quantitative research method. The population in this research is the people of Lhokseumawe City who buy the Erigo brand on Shopee. The sample consisted of 100 respondents. The research results show that perceived risk, trust, and information seeking have a significant effect on consumer behavior in purchasing the Erigo brand on Shopee. Based on the results of the F test, it was found that the significance value was 0.003 0.05 and the F value was 3.239 F table 2.699 so that simultaneously there was an influence between perceived risk, trust and information seeking on consumer behavior in buying the Erigo brand at Shopee. The relationship between these variables is amounting to 80.7% while the remaining 19.3% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Keywords: Perceived Risk, Trust, Information Seeking, Consumer Behavior

Abstract

This thesis examines the influence of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, working capital on financial performance in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022, which aims to determine the influence of cash turnover, turnover, working capital on Return On Equity (ROE). in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The research method used uses quantitative research methods, with multiple linear analysis techniques. The research results concluded that the Cash Turnover and Net Working Capital variables partially had a significant effect on Return On Equity in Mining Sector Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange Index (BEI) for 2020-2022, while the Receivable Turnover variable partially did not have a significant effect on Return on Equity in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) Index for 2020-2022 Keywords: Cash turnover, Receivable Turnover, Working Capital, ROE

Abstract

This study examined the influence of store atmosphere, location, and service quality on customer satisfaction at Griya Kupi. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 114 respondents, selected using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The partial results indicated that store atmosphere, location, and service quality significantly affected customer satisfaction at Griya Kupi. Simultaneously, store atmosphere, location, and service quality significantly affected customer satisfaction at Griya Kupi. It is recommended that Griya Kupi continue to enhance service quality to ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty. Furthermore, future researchers are encouraged to explore additional variables to gain deeper insights into their relationship with customer satisfaction at Griya Kupi.  Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Location, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the feasibility of meeting corner coffee in the city of Lhokseumawe using the tools' Payback period, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Break Even Point (BEP). The research results show that based on financial analysis using the Payback Period (PP) method, the calculation results are 6 years and 4 months, where the return on investment is longer than the economic life of the business, namely 5 years. Based on financial analysis using the Net Present Value (NPV) method, the calculation results show that the corner coffee shop business is positive and feasible to develop with a discount factor (DF) level of 7%. Based on financial analysis using the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) method, the calculation result was 8.2%, so this business is feasible to develop because the IRR value is greater than the discount factor (DF) level of 7%. Based on a sensitivity analysis using an indicator of a 3-5% increase in variable costs, the results obtained are that the coffee shop business at the corner of Temu is still feasible to run up to a 5% increase. Keywords: PP, NPV, IRR and  BEP

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Impact of Brand Image, Price and Product Quality on Skintific Skincare Purchase Decisions (Case Study on FEB Students of Malikussaleh University). The population in this study is students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University who use Skintific brand skincare. Sampling in this study used the convenience sampling method and totaled 105 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that brand image, price and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions.  Keywords: Brand image, price, product quality

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Entrepreneurship knowledge and Self Efficacy on Entrepreneurship Interest in Entrepreneurship Study Program Students. The respondents in this research were students from the Malikussaleh University Entrepreneurship Study Program. This research sample was taken using random sampling technique. The data collected was 116 respondents using Google Form. The collected data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Excel and the SPSS 20 application. The research results showed that knowledge of Entrepreneurship had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship in the Malikussaleh University Entrepreneurship Study Program Self Efficacy has no significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of students in the Malikussaleh University entrepreneurship study program. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Knowledge, Self Efficacy, Interest in Entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of business risk, asset structure, and profitability on capital structure in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study consisted of 45 manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector from 2019-2022. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression with the eviews version 10 tool. The results of the study indicate that business risk has a negative and significant effect while profitability has a positive and significant effect on capital structure in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Then the asset structure does not have a significant effect on capital structure in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. Keywords    :  Business Risk, Assets Structure, Profitability,Capital Structure
