Abstract

This research examines the influence of Brand Image, Trust, Customer Satisfaction and Promotion on Brand Loyalty of Vivo Smartphones in Lhokseumawe City. This research used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 114 Vivo smartphone users in Lhokseumawe City. The independent variables are brand image, trust customer sarifaction, and promotion. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is brand loyalty. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) software. The research results show that Brand Image does not affect Brand Loyalty of Vivo Smartphone in Lhokseumawe City, Trust does not affect Brand Loyalty of Vivo Smartphone in Lhokseumawe City, Customer Satisfaction and Promotion positively and significantly influence Brand Loyalty of Vivo Smartphone in Lhokseumawe City. The results of testing the coefficient of determination show that brand loyalty among Vivo smartphone users in Lhokseumawe City is influenced by Brand Image, Trust, Customer Satisfaction and Promotion by 35.1 percent.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality (Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy) and menu diversity on purchasing decisions at Café Socolatte, Pidie Jaya Regency. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results showed that simultaneously service quality and menu diversity had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Café Socolatte, Pidie Jaya Regency. Partially, service quality, physical evidence of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and menu diversity have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Café Socolatte, Pidie Jaya Regency. Keywords: Service Quality, Menu Diversity, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of financial behavior, financial awareness, financial knowledge and financial attitudes on the performance of MSMEs in Samudera District, North Aceh Regency. The sample in this research was 69 MSMEs in Samudera District, North Aceh Regency and used the Slovin technique. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that the variables financial behavior, financial awareness, financial knowledge and financial attitudes have a significant positive effect on the performance of MSMEs both partially and simultaneously. Keywords: financial behavior, financial awareness, financial knowledge, financial attitude, MSME performance

Abstract

The research was carried out because the researcher found indications of low level of employment satisfaction among the staff, an organizational culture in the service that is not fully conducive, unclear and limited career development paths and a fairly low degree of staff competence. The aim of the study is to test and analyze the impact of employment education, organization culture, careers and competences on employment satisfaction of employees on the workforce and mobility of the population. As for the research method used, it is a quantitative type associative method with a dual linear regression model. The research results show that the job training variable has a partial effect on job satisfaction, while organizational culture, career development and competence have no effect. Meanwhile, simultaneously the variables of job training, organizational culture, career development and competence influence job satisfaction. Keywords : Job Training, Organizational Culture, Career Development, Competency, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of consumer attitudes, environmental knowledge, past behavior, environmental influence, labeling, and economic incentives on the purchase intention of low-cost green cars (LCGC) in Lhokseumawe City. This study uses the data collected through a survey method using a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The population in this study is 96 people who use LCGC. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software. The results indicate that consumer attitudes positively and significantly affect purchase intentions of LCGC in the Lhokseumawe city community, environmental knowledge positively and significantly affects purchase intentions of LCGC in the community in Lhokseumawe, and past behavior positively and significantly affects purchase intentions of LCGC in the Lhokseumawe city community. Social influence has a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy LCGC in the community in Lhokseumawe; labeling has a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy LCGC in the community in Lhokseumawe; but economic incentives do not have a positive and significant influence on the intention to buy LCGC in the Lhokseumawe city community. Simultaneously, consumer attitudes, environmental knowledge, past behavior, social influence, labeling, and economic incentives have a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy LCGC in the community of Lhokseumawe.  Keywords: attitudes, knowledge, behavior, environmental, labeling, economic incentives, and purchase intention

Abstract

The study the influence of leadership style, communication, and motivation on the performance of civil servants of the secretariat of the Lhokseumawe City Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRK). This study used primary data obtained by disturbuting questionnaires to 60 respondents selected using the Census Sampling technique. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results indicated that Leadership (X1) partially positively and significantly affected Performance (Y) in civil servants at the secretariat of DPRK Lhokseumawe. It indicated that good employee leadership can foster performance in communication. Communication (X2) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) in civil servants at the secretariat of DPRK Lhokseumawe, and Motivation (X3) had a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y) in civil servants at the secretariat of DPRK Lhokseumawe. Simultaneously, Leadership Style (X1), Communication (X2), and Motivation (X3) had a positive and significant influence on performance (Y) in civil servants at the secretariat of DPRK Lhokseumawe. Keywords : Leadership, Communication, Motivation, Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of herding behavior, regret aversion bias, overconfidence, and risk tolerance on investment decisions in the millennial generation. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 97 investors who invested in PT. Phintraco Securities Corner of FEB Unimal Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the help of SPSS software version 26. The results found that herding behavior and regret aversion bias had an insignificant negative effect on investment decisions. Meanwhile, overconfidence has a negative and significant effect on investment decisions. While risk tolerance has a positive effect on investment decisions at PT. Phintraco Securities Corner of FEB Unimal Stock Exchange. This shows that investors in PT. Phintraco Securities Corner FEB UNIMAL tends to make investment decisions based on fundamental analysis obtained from the company's financial condition and overall economic condition. Then investors also tend to pay attention to facts and data in making investment decisions and not just emotional factors, this is because investors at PT. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of individual factors, social media advertising and brand image on purchasing behavior for Honda Scoopy brand motorbikes in West Aceh Regency (Meulaboh). The data collection used in this research is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly and via Google Form to 125 respondents. The data analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression analysis technique using SPSS version 26 software. The results of the research show that individual factors, social media advertising and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing behavior for Honda Scoopy brand motorbikes in West Aceh Regency (Meulaboh). Based on analysis of the coefficient of determination, an R value of 0.890 was obtained, which shows that the relationship between all individual factor variables, social media advertising and brand image, and purchasing behavior is quite strong. The R Square value is 0.792, which indicates that 79% of purchasing behavior variables can be explained by individual factor variables and social media advertising. while 21% was influenced by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Individual factors, social media advertising, brand image and purchasing behavior

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether lifestyle, brand image and price influence the decision to purchase Oppo brand smartphones among Malikussaleh University students. The location of this research is at Malikussaleh University. The objects of this research are all Malikussalaeh University students who use Oppo smartphones. The population in this study were all students at Malikussalaeh University who used Oppo smartphones. The sampling method using accidental sampling was given to 102 respondents, namely students at Malikussalaeh University who used Oppo smartphones. The method used to support this research is a quantitative method and in this research is a multiple linear regression model using SPSS. The results of this research show that lifestyle variables, brand image and price have a partial and simultaneous influence on the decision to purchase an Oppo brand smartphone. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.667 indicates that there is a fairly strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable of 66.7%. The R2 value is 0.445, this shows that the influence of the independent variables, namely lifestyle, brand image and price on the decision to purchase an Oppo brand smartphone, is 44.5%, while the remaining 56.5% is explained by other variables outside this research. Keywords : Lifestyle, Brand Image, Price, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

 This research aims to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity and total asset turnover on the capital structure of cosmetics and household goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018 - 2022. The population in this study is cosmetics and household goods companies. namely as many as 6 companies. The sampling technique in this research uses saturated sampling, where the entire population is sampled. The data used in this research is secondary data and comes from the official website www.idx.co.id. This research used 6 samples with 5 years of research for a total of 30 companies with multiple linear regression estimates of panel data processed using the Eviews 12 application. The results of this research using a partial test (t test) found that the profitability variable had a negative and insignificant effect on structure. capital, liquidity have a negative and significant effect on capital structure and total asset turnover has a positive and significant effect on capital structure. Keywords: Profitability, Liquidity, Total Asset Turnover, Capital Structure
