Abstract

The learning model is a conceptual framework that is used as a guide in carrying out learning activities. With the use of models, learning can be more directed, easy to understand, and mastered by students. Hence, the use of models in learning must be in accordance with the theory being taught, the goals to be achieved, and the environment and students must also be considered. In addition, the model used must also be fully controlled by the teacher. If these factors are not considered, the final result will not be as expected. Problems arise, students do not want to learn, the learning atmosphere is uncomfortable, the teacher is also uncomfortable in teaching, so that the students' grades are not optimal. Therefore, in this study, Researchers want to see how the model is applied by teachers, especially Indonesian language subject teachers, as well as the Covid-19 period with student final grades (UNAS). The method used in this research is qualitative method. Researchers will describe the final results of the study, then draw a conclusion. In collecting data, researchers used observation, interview, and documentation study techniques. Observations here, are not only observations in the classroom, but also researchers make observations of other facilities and infrastructure. Through this research, it is hoped that (1) there will be an image as a reference material for related agencies in making policies to improve the quality of education, (2) a reference for other educators on the application of an effective model, and (3) find the latest learning models that might be found in this study. Then, the results of this research are also targeted to be published in national seminars and journals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence on customer satisfaction in staying at Wisma Sartika, Lhokseumawe City and to determine the effect of service quality simultaneously on customer satisfaction in staying at Wisma Sartika. Lhokseumawe City. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and literature study. The author distributes questionnaires to 100 consumers who use lodging services at Wisma Sartika Lhokseumawe City. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis and partial test results, the responsiveness variable is the most dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction Simultaneous testing, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, physical evidence variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (in staying at the Wisma Sartika Lhokseumawe City, the value of the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.793 and the value of Adjusted R2 is 0.609 or 60.9% and the remaining 39.1% can be influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of segmenting, targeting and positioning strategies on purchasing decisions at Zhalsa.Id Stores in Lhoksukon City. The sampling technique in this study is the accidental sampling technique. The sample taken in this study amounted to 130 consumers who bought at Zhalsa.Id Stores in Lhoksukon City. The results of this study indicate that partially segmenting and positioning variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the targeting variable has no effect on purchasing decisions at the Zhalsa.Id Store in Lhoksukon City. Segment, targeting and positioning variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Zhalsa.Id Stores in Lhoksukon City.

Abstract

Today the development of the internet is increasing rapidly and has penetrated into several fields, including the field of education. Learning media also develops and creates a Social Learning Network. Edmodo is an online learning medium that combines several Learning Management Systems and Social Network features into a Social Learning Network specifically made for educational purposes. To obtain an effective learning process, teachers and students must have innovative and interesting learning media, this is what is experienced by SMP Negeri 2 Syamtalira Aron North Aceh Regency. Teachers of SMP Negeri 2 Syamtalira Aron North Aceh Regency have carried out training on increasing the use of Edmodo learning media, but students still have not used social network-based learning media. This is the background for the service team to provide training on "Increasing the Use of Social Learning Network for Students of SMP Negeri 2 Syamtalira Aron North Aceh Regency ". This activity was held at the Syamtalira Aron 2 Public Middle School Computer Lab using lecture methods and hands-on practice. The participants of this training were 30 people, all of whom were students of SMP 2 Syamtalira Aron North Aceh Regency. The activity lasts for one day with a duration of four hours. Through this activity, it is hoped that the participant's skills and understanding will increase regarding the use of the Edmodo learning social network

Abstract

Background: Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, there appears to be a major shift in learning processes at all levels of education. Online learning is a teaching activity carried out through virtual videos without face to face and using internet technology. The importance of the teacher's method in the online learning process cannot be isolated from the emergence of numerous hurdles experienced by students in this study. Particularly in Indonesian language subject, where these subjects are already well-known for containing a great deal of theory and narrative. Teachers must utilize proper tactics when teaching, especially in Indonesian subject, to make the teaching and learning process effective and not boring. Research purposes: This research aims to the most popular Indonesian language tactics employed in the online learning process in Indonesia, to describe how the teacher has implemented Indonesian tactics to improve the effectiveness of the online learning process in Indonesian class VII subjects in junior high school, and to discuss the Indonesian language barriers that teachers experience while teaching online. Research methods: A qualitative research approach was employed with the type of case study research to attain the desired aims. The Indonesian class teacher was a crucial component. Interviews, observation, and documentation were utilized to obtain data. By removing extraneous data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions, the data was evaluated. Research result: The learning system has shifted from face to face to online, then gave rise to various responses and obstacles as well as changes in learning models in Indonesia, including teachers who directly deal with students. Several teachers and students experience problems when carrying out online learning including New and unfamiliar learning applications, limited internet data, learning management, assessment, and supervision that is not optimal. Conclusion: The learning method is also adapted to this online period so that learning activities remain effective even though behind it there are many shortcomings. From the whole method, the researchers conclude that the method that is mostly used by the teacher council is by providing learning materials through Whatsapp groups, using Google Classroom, and for students who do not understand or are less capable in the field of technology, they can come directly to the school. This is also enforced so that students continue to receive materials during the school period. In addition, the teachers give tolerance to every student who is late in collecting assignments because during the pandemic there are certainly many obstacles experienced by students.

Abstract

Kondisi pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia pada umumnya, hingga Aceh khususnya, tidak terkecuali Kota Lhokseumawe membuat para guru di sekolah  menengah  atas harus mengajar secara daring. Hal ini menyebabkan guru harus menguasai teknologi informasi secara mumpuni, sekurang-kurangnya menguasai penguasaan internet, menyiapkan materi ajar secara daring, membuat konten pembelajaran secara daring dan mengemas situasi pembelajaran dari tatap muka di kelas menjadi dalam jaring (daring). Model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru dengan menerapkan pembelajaran secara daring dengan berbagai platform yang ada dan serba kekurangan. Ada yang menggunakan video pembelajaran, elearning, google classroom dan lainnya sebagai cara agar eksistensi pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan baik. Berbagai mata pelajaran mengalami kondisi yang sama, dan tidak terkecuali pada pelajaran matematika. Pada pelajaran matematika dituntut siswa untuk belajar secara mandiri, mengerjakan soal dan memahami materi dengan cara masing-masing. Model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru tentu mempengaruhi terhadap berbagai kemampuan siswa, termasuk  kemampuan  matematis. Maka oleh sebab  itu, diperlukan sebuah solusi yaitu perlu danya pelatihan dan sosialisasi bagaimana membuat video ajar (video pembelajaran) bagi para guru untuk mengajar pada masa pandemi ini, khususnya pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif, terlebih pada pelajaran matematika menuntut kreativitas guru dalam membuat video pembelajaran matematika. Pengabdian pemberdayaan ini diharapkan dapat menjawab persoalan guru yang mengalami kendala bagaimana membuat video pembelajaran matematika sebagai solusi pembelajaran daring ditengah masa buruk ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the effect of interest, opinion and activity on purchasing decisions at Cafe Hangouts in Aceh Barat Daya District. The object of this research is a psychographic lifestyle which includes interest, opinion and activity and purchasing decisions at Hangout cafes. The sample selection in this study was based on proportional random sampling, in this study 100 customers were selected who had visited the Nongkrong Cafe, Southwest Aceh. The analysis used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially interest and opinion have a positive effect. and significant to the Purchase Decision at the Cafe Hanging out in Southwest Aceh Regency. The results of this study indicate that partially activity has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions at Hanging Cafes in Southwest Aceh Regency. The results of this study indicate that the variables of interest, opinion and activity have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Nongkrong Cafe, Southwest Aceh Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of cafe atmosphere, product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at premium coffee stations in lhokseumawe. The population in this study were all customers at the premium coffee station in lhokseumawe. While the sample is 100 respondents. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The type of data used in this study is primary data in the form of cross selection data obtained by using a questionnaire. The method of data analysis in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis of panel data. The results of the study found that partially the cafe atmosphere had a significant influence on consumer satisfaction, partially product quality had an effect on consumer satisfaction, while partially service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction. and cafe atmosphere product quality and service quality simultaneously affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the 7p marketing mix on consumer loyalty at the delivery service company (JNE) in Lhokseumawe city and to find out which JNE service factor has the most dominant effect on consumer loyalty at the JNE delivery service company in Lhokseumawe city. The object of this research is consumers who have used or are using JNE shipping services. The sample used amounted to 100 respondents. The sample data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The author distributed questionnaires to 100 JNE consumers in Lhokseumawe city. The distribution of questionnaires that have been carried out by the author gets the results of the study, namely, partially the product variable (X1), price variable (X2), location variable (X3), promotion variable (X4), people variable (X5), service delivery process variable (X6), and phsycal evidence variable (X7), has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of JNE consumers in the city of Lhokseumawe, with the most dominant variable affecting the loyalty of JNE consumers in the city of Lhokseumawe, namely the phsycal evidence variable (X7). The simultaneous testing in this study results in that the product variable (X1), price variable (X2), location variable (X3), promotion variable (X4), people variable (X5), service delivery process variable (X6), and phsycal evidence variable (X7), have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at JNE delivery service company in Lhokseumawe city. Keywords: product, price, location, promotion, people, process, physical evidance, consumer loyalty

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of consumer attitudes, environmental knowledge, past behavior, environmental influence, labeling, and economic incentives on the purchase intention of low-cost green cars (LCGC) in Lhokseumawe City. This study uses the data collected through a survey method using a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The population in this study is 96 people who use LCGC. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software. The results indicate that consumer attitudes positively and significantly affect purchase intentions of LCGC in the Lhokseumawe city community, environmental knowledge positively and significantly affects purchase intentions of LCGC in the community in Lhokseumawe, and past behavior positively and significantly affects purchase intentions of LCGC in the Lhokseumawe city community. Social influence has a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy LCGC in the community in Lhokseumawe; labeling has a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy LCGC in the community in Lhokseumawe; but economic incentives do not have a positive and significant influence on the intention to buy LCGC in the Lhokseumawe city community. Simultaneously, consumer attitudes, environmental knowledge, past behavior, social influence, labeling, and economic incentives have a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy LCGC in the community of Lhokseumawe.  Keywords: attitudes, knowledge, behavior, environmental, labeling, economic incentives, and purchase intention
