Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effects of the revitalization program on improving the quality of the learning environment at PAUD SPS Tunas Bangsa. Given the importance of a conducive learning environment to spur students' motivation, enthusiasm and curiosity, this study is of particular relevance.  Evaluation results showed a significant increase in students' motivation and enthusiasm for learning, supported by positive feedback from teachers and parents. Thus, the program succeeded in creating a more supportive learning environment in PAUD. Based on these results, it is recommended to continue the revitalization by adding educational murals on the school walls and conducting classroom arrangements to support more effective learning activities.

Abstract

This empowerment aims to optimize the function of residents' home yards by using horticulture vegetable cultivation techniques to produce a vegetable village. To achieve this, an initial understanding of the importance of home farming, which will enable residents to use yard land, is needed. In this Real Work Lecture-Thematic or KKN-T, the implementation method is carried out through education and socialization to residents to maximize empowerment results. articipating in activities, showing the enthusiasm of residents utilizing yard land, and the existence of a vegetable cultivation pilot project using home yards to grow vegetables with viticulture techniques for vegetable village cultivation can be achieved.

Abstract

The solutions offered to overcome the problems faced by the partners are carried out through a community partnership program through farmer assistance, counseling, training, technology transfer, techniques for making biological fertilizer from citrus fruit waste, as well as strengthening group institutions. This Community Service Program is implemented in this farmer group. The method used to achieve this goal is through counseling, training and application of technology with direct practice in the field. The implementation of Community Service has gone well according to plan and the participation and response of all members have been very enthusiastic in its implementation. The output targets are a technology package for managing orange plantation waste into good quality biofertilizer, and strengthening the institutions of integrated agrotourism groups in Senganan village and publishing them in scientific journals.

Abstract

MSMEs in running their business need to pay attention to a number of management aspects, one of which is financial management. The aim of this activity is to improve financial administration at Urban Perfume Point and increase the knowledge of Urban Perfume Point employees in recording business finances both conventionally and based on information technology. The method used is the transfer of knowledge ad technology through outreach and training activities as well as work internships. The results of the activity show that the administration of financial management at Urban Perfume Point has experienced an improvement as shown by the orderliness of business financial records.

Abstract

In running its business, an SME needs to pay attention to several management aspects, one of which is human resource management. The aim of this activity is to develop work standardization and measure employee satisfaction to support business management at Beverly Florist. The method used is providing knowledge in the form of employee job desks, preparing effective picket schedules, and measuring employee job satisfaction. The results of these activities show that the development of human resource standardization at Beverly Florist has increased as indicated by more structured operational effectiveness.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to increase product sales at Suzuki Laksda Sumber Baru Mobil Yogyakarta through optimizing service quality and effective promotional strategies. The method used in this community service activity is through a systematic approach to the work program that is carried out in a planned and effective manner. Through several stages from survey and preparation, planning, work program implementation, and program evaluation. The result of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of Suzuki Laksda Sumber Baru Mobil Yogyakarta in optimizing the quality of its services to consumers and more creative promotional strategies in order to support marketing activities, so as to increase its competitiveness in the automotive field.

Abstract

In addition, it is also to increase knowledge and skills in managing CV finances. Gayatex Indo complies with exist-ing guidelines. The method used in this community service activity is through the lesson study method  using three stages, namely planning, implementation and reflection. The implementation method is manifested in mentoring, consultation and discussion activities. The result of this community service activity is to improve the knowledge and skills of partners in this case CV.Gayatex Indo in compiling and managing its business financial statements to be more effective and efficient so that it can help im-prove business financial performance and strengthen busi-ness position in the global market. By implementing good financial governance, it will make it easier for MSMEs to develop their business. For this reason, the importance of implementing financial statements is applied properly and in accordance with established regulations.

Abstract

Village Unit Cooperatives or in Indonesian called “Koperasi Unit Desa” (KUD) have an important role in improving the welfare of the community, especially farmers. This community service aims to improve work discipline and employee performance at KUD Tani Makmur, a KUD that operates in the agricultural and savings and loan sectors. This community service is carried out using methods through the transfer of knowledge and technology through outreach activities on the use of performance appraisal forms to measure performance and increasing awareness of employee discipline through the creation of x banners containing employee code of conduct. The work program implemented can be a solution to improve work discipline and employee performance in cooperatives.

Abstract

Savings and Loans Cooperatives or in Indonesian called “Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP)” are business entities whose management requires work regulations and good administrative arrangements so that they can run well. The purpose of this program is to improve the work skills of administrative staff at KSP Mitra Mandiri Abadi and increase employee awareness in complying with the work regulations. The method used is the transfer of knowledge and technology through work practices and socialisation activities. The result of the activity is the frequency of employee attendance running efficiently and regularly and improving the quality of discipline in the management of KSP Mitra Mandiri Abadi.

Abstract

Batik as an Indonesian cultural heritage, especially for Batik Nologaten with typical Sleman batik. The purpose of this internship program is to apply knowledge and skills in accordance with the fields of students so that they can contribute to help the development of Batik Nologaten MSMEs. Methods of carrying out activities through counseling and training. The results of this work program activity are increasing the knowledge and skills of Batik Nologaten MSMEs in improving the quality of human resources in Batik Nologaten MSMEs on skills development, increasing knowledge of batik production, and strengthening managerial skills. In addition, organizational management also focuses on structured management, management process, and reporting systems.
