Abstract

Fuel needs in Indonesia are generally met by fossil energy sources such as Pertamax, Pertalite, Premium, Super TT and Solar which are non-renewable. Apart from that, in line with the increase in the volume of motorized vehicles, this has an impact on increasing the amount of fuel used so it is feared that the availability of fossil energy will soon run out. Therefore, saving fuel consumption is a must to maintain its availability. Bioethanol is an alternative fuel that has not been widely used as a substitute or additive for fossil fuels, because it is still in the research and testing stage. Overall, the use of bioethanol has many advantages whether used as a mixed or pure fuel. This research aims to test the use of ethanol and premium mixed fuels with various blend percentages. Consumption of premium mixed fuel and ethanol compared to pure premium fuel consumption. The test motorbike used was a 4 stroke engine with a cylinder volume of 108 cc. The percentage of premium and ethanol mixture was varied respectively, 75% premium and 25% ethanol (P75+E25), 50% premium and 50% ethanol (P50+E50%), and 25% premium and 75% ethanol (P25+E75). The engine rotation speed was varied respectively 1500 rpm, 2000 rpm, 2500 rpm, 3000 rpm, 3500 rpm, 4000 rpm, 4500 rpm and 5000 rpm. The research results show that for all types of fuel, there is an increase in fuel consumption along with increasing engine speed. The lowest average fuel consumption was obtained with a mixture of 75% premium fuel and 25% ethanol (P75+E25). The percentage reduction in consumption was 13.8% compared to pure premium consumption. The highest average fuel consumption was obtained with a mixture of 25% premium and 75% ethanol compared to all types of fuel.

Abstract

This research was related to the design and development of website-based applications for delivery and goods tracking services. The main objective of this research is to created a web-based application that makes it easier for customers and companies to send goods and track goods. Because in the goods delivery process customers cannot find out information about ordering their goods, this research focuses on creating the iManuelcio Express Application for Website-based Expedition Cargo Delivery Services. The research method used SDLC, starting from design to the implementation stage. Development Results This application was successfully built according to the objectives and can be used on desktops and smartphones. This website can be accessed at the URL https://carmudi.dev:8080/ .

Abstract

Waste is a material that is wasted or disposed of as a result of human activity or natural processes that does not yet have economic value. One way to help the process of crushing these bottles is to make a simple bottle crusher machine, it is hoped that this will increase work efficiency. Technological development is urgently needed to handle this for optimization, so a tool is made to help meet the needs of a can chopper, namely by designing a can chopper that will help the work to be faster and safer. This can chopper has dimensions of 1230 x 630 x 625 mm, with a power source generated by a 1 hp (0.746 kW) electric motor with 1400 rpm rotation and a gearbox. In designing the design of this cassava slicing machine using a pulley diameter of 56 mm and 124 mm which will be used to connect the rounds received from the motor. With a belt circumference of 680.49 mm, the actual shaft axis distance is 1161.2 mm and the contact angle between the belt and the pulley is around 169 with a ????????° correction factor of 0.97. Pulley simulation results using solidworks software with a torque load of 3.75 Nm on the pulley driver and 7.43 Nm on the driven pulley. From the provision of torque, the value of the von Mises stress on the pulley driver is 0.49 Mpa and the von Mises stress on the driven pulley is 12.68 MPa, the displacement value on the pulley driver is 0.000mm and the driven pulley is 0.0046mm, and the factor of safety value the safety on the pulley driver is 1070 ul and the safety factor on the pulley driver is 41.79 ul.

Abstract

PDCA (Plan-do- check-action)is a management concept used to achieve continuous improvement in an organization. The problem that occurs in quality control is how to reduce the level of product defectscrude palm oil.The aim of this research is to identify types of defects that often occur, identify factors that cause defects in products and implement product quality improvementscrude palm oil(CPO) at PT. BPSJ with approach Plan-Do-Check-Action(PDCA). In the Pareto diagram, there are three types of biggest defects in crude palm oil products, namely the high ALB content defect type with a percentage of 39%, while for water content the percentage is 33% and for impurity content it is 29%. Factors causing defects in crude palm oil products(crude palm oil) based on fishbonecaused by several factors. Defects at high ALB levels are caused by five main factors, one of which is the human factor, namely the lack of accuracy during operations from operators/employees. Defects at high water content are caused by the main factor that the raw materials obtained do not comply with fruit acceptance standards. Defects at high levels of dirt are caused by one factor, namely the work environment, where cleanliness is not maintained in the sorting and production areas. Based on the results of implementing improvements made in an effort to increase the quality of crude palm oil products(crude palm oil)namely reducing the number of defects in crude palm oil products. The number of defects obtained before repairs were carried out for ALB levels was 52 samples to 42 samples, water content was 44 samples to 27 samples and dirt content was 39 samples to 25 samples.

Abstract

The development of Project X Cibubur is located on Alternatif Cibubur Street, West Java. The project, which is built on a land area of ± 40100 m2, is a superblock in one area where there are malls, hotels, and apartments. The purpose of this research is to analyze and calculate the concrete demand for column work in Project X Cibubur. The type or form of column used in this project is square with several types of columns. The method of implementation carried out in column work includes preparation, measurement of axles, fabrication of reinforcement and formwork, transportation, installation, inspection, casting, dismantling formwork and maintenance. After calculating the volume of concrete requirements for column work, the total volume of concrete requirements for type K3A is 76.649 m3, K4A is 50.808 m3, K4B is 3.368 m3, and K4C is 3.334 m3. The total volume of concrete demand in column work is 134,159 m3.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Penggajian yang dilakukan pada PT Alfa Kreasi (WEEKEND INC), serta melakukan analisis penerapan dalam Sistem Pengendalian Intern dan memberikan usulan Sistem Akuntansi Penggajian untuk menunjang efektivitas dan efisien Sistem Pengendalian Intern pada PT Alfa Kreasi (WEEKEND INC). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif data yang menjelaskan suatu fenomena berdasarkan hal-hal yang umumnya berisi kata-kata dimana data yang diperoleh dan yang akan diolah nantinya berupa data primer, yang diperoleh secara langsung melalui wawancara tatap muka kepada pihak-pihak yang bersangkutan. Alat analisis yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah menggunakan data flow diagram (DFD), dan bagan alir dokumen (flowchart). Dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, maka penulis mengambil kesimpulan bahwa PT Alfa Kreasi (WEEKEND INC) melakukan penerapan sistem penggajian secara terkomputerisasi dilihat pada proses pencatatan yang dilakukan pada google sheets dan untuk keseluruhan data mengenai penggajian dalam melakukan proses pembayaran gaji karyawan melalui transfer bank. Dan dalam Analisis Sistem Pengendalian Intern pada perusahaan pun telah diterapkan sesuai dengan kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan pimpinan.

Abstract

Based on data released by the Directorate General of Aquaculture in 2016, Indonesia occupies the top position in terms of total fish production in the world. Therefore, marine product trade is used as an important source of income for Indonesia and marine food products contribute greatly to food and nutritional security, employment and national economic growth. Water quality really needs to be paid attention to by farmers in order to minimize fish deaths during cultivation. Several important factors in fish cultivation are the level of salt content in the water, temperature and pH. Fish farmers are currently faced with big challenges in monitoring the water quality of fish farming ponds quickly and accurately. In general, fish farmers find out water quality manually, namely by taking samples of pond water to take to the laboratory. This is caused by several factors, including the physical distance between the cultivation site and the laboratory, the time required for sample collection, and the time-consuming analysis process. As a result, farmers are less able to take quick action to correct unsuitable water conditions, resulting in potential losses in fish farming. In order to help fish farmers, we need to create a PROTOTYPE OF WATER QUALITY MONITORING TOOLS BASED ON THE INTERNET OF THINGS. Making a prototype using the SDLC method which consists of several stages, namely analysis, design, implementation and testing. The output of this research is a prototype tool that is able to provide information about water quality, so that it can be a valuable support for fish farmers.

Abstract

The body caliper is a crucial component of the braking system designed to ensure safety and security while driving, especially on two-wheeled vehicles. For the production of the body caliper on the , Aluminium Alloy AA 319 T6 is used due to its high strength and lightweight properties, consisting of 90.48% Aluminum, 2.7% Chromium, 6.6% Silicon, and 0.22±0.02% Magnesium. The manufacturing process involves melting the metal and pouring it into molds. Electromagnetic penetration is used to detect conductive structures and cracks in the raw material. Hardening tests are conducted using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), and X-ray diffraction (XRD), as well as hardness measurement and tensile testing. The results show an improvement in the mechanical properties of the AA319 alloy after T6 heat treatment, with a hardness of 124.2 ± 3.2 HV, tensile strength of 298 ± 3.0 MPa, yield strength of 201 ± 2.6 MPa, and elongation to fracture of 4.5 ± 0.3%.

Abstract

The design of a web-based sales information system is a form of utilizing information and communication technology (ICT) in the economic sector. It is expected to facilitate financial transactions in a virtual marketplace, allowing buyers and sellers to meet and mutually benefit. The aim of this research is to develop a web-based application using WordPress CMS for the sale of ready-to-wear clothing at Wegah Mangan store. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that this application can be used as a ready-to-use online store. The development process involves several stages, including feasibility study, system analysis, planning, system design, and implementation. The result of this web-based clothing sales website at Wegah Mangan Online Clothing Store is expected to be one of the online shop making options that utilizes information technology and facilitates the sales and purchasing process between sellers and buyers according to the developments of the times.

Abstract

Car Lift hydraulic system is a form of change or transfer of power by using a conducting medium in the form of liquid fluid to obtain more power than the initial power released. The purpose of this writing is to find out the Car Lift design process for vehicles, as well as the Car lift design testing process using software solidworks 2021. Observation method, literature study method, and simulation method are the references in this writing. Based on the results of the simulations carried out, the smallest von misses value is 6,017 N/mm2 and the largest is 60,174 N/mm2, then for the displacement value obtained the smallest is 0.046 mm and the largest is 0.456 mm, then for the strain value with the pressure value obtained the smallest is 0.00002 and the largest is 0.00019, and the Factor Of Safety value in the design with material (ASTM A36) results in a safety factor of 4.2, the Car Lift design offers a level of reliability that meets recognized industry standards.
