An objective of the Robust: Research of Business and Economics Studies is to promote the wide dissemination of the results of systematic scholarly inquiries into the broad field of economics and business research. The Robust is intended to be the journal for publishing articles reporting the results of Economics and business research. The Robust invites manuscripts in the areas: Economics Management Business Studies Islamic Economics Islamic Philanthropy, Islamic Management, Islamic Finance, Islamic Marketing, Strategic Management, Operation Management, Islamic Human Resource, Islamic E-business, Islamic Accounting, Management Control System, Management Information System, International Business, Business Ethics and Sustainable, and Entrepreneurship. The Robust accepts articles in any Economics and business-related subjects and any research methodology that meet the standards established for publication in the journal. The primary, but not exclusive, audiences are academicians, graduate students, practitioners, and others interested in business research. The primary criterion for publication in Robust is the significance of the contribution an article makes to the literature in economics and business area, i.e., the significance of the contribution and on the rigor of analysis and presentation of the paper. The acceptance decision is made based upon an independent review process that provides critically constructive and prompt evaluations of submitted manuscripts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of religious understanding,product innovation and service on people's decisions using Islamic banking services (case study at PT Bank Muamalat Tbk Kendari Branch). The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques by way of questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are desriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis. From the results of the study it is known that product innovation has a positive and significant effect on people's decisions to use Islamic banking services at PT Bank Muamalat Tbk Kendari Branch, with a calculated t value> t table (23,362> 1.658) with a significance level of 0.000

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive era, companies must integrate Islamic values into the perceived value model to provide added value to customers through quality services, thereby winning the competition in the halal product market. This study aims to analyze the integration of Islamic values into perceived value in halal product marketing. The research focuses on conceptual analysis using qualitative research methods and secondary data sources by reviewing relevant literature on the main topic of the study. The findings indicate that the application of perceived value to halal products can enhance trust and purchase intention among Muslim consumers, where the halal label serves as an extrinsic information cue that improves the shopping experience and provides a competitive advantage for companies in building loyalty and long-term relationships with Muslim customers, while ensuring product compliance with Islamic principles. The implication is that the integration of Islamic values into the perceived value model enhances the trust and purchase intention of Muslim consumers, as well as provides a competitive advantage for companies in building customer loyalty in the halal product market.

Abstract

Waqf is a legal act of wakif to separate and or surrender part of his property to be used forever or for a certain period of time according to his interests for the purposes of worship and/or general welfare according to sharia. Indonesia and Singapore, are 2 different countries where Indonesia is an Islamic country while Singapore is a secular country. This study analyzes the differences between the Indonesian and Singaporean state waqf legal systems. The benefit is in expanding the discourse on waqf law at the international level. The type of research is literature that uses a normative juridical approach, the type of data is secondary data consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials, the data analysis method is comparative study. The results of the study explain that the implementation of waqf law between Indonesia and Singapore has its own characteristics that are adapted to the typology of its people.

Abstract

Unemployment is the most crucial problem in an economy, the problem of unemployment occurs as a result of an imbalance between available jobs and the number of labor force which increases every year. This research was conducted to find out how much influence economic growth, inflation, and the human development index have on the unemployment rate in the city of Kendari in 2012-2021. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data in the form of time series data. Secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The analytical method used is path analysis method. The magnitude of the influence caused by the three variables of economic growth (X1), inflation (X2), and the human development index (X3) on the unemployment rate (Y) is 50.9%, while the remaining 49.1% is influenced by other variables outside of this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gerakan sosial yang dijalankan oleh Lembaga Amil Zakat, Infaq, dan Sedekah Muhammadiyah (LAZISMU) di Sulawesi Tenggara pada periode 2018-2021. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumen.Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LAZISMU menerapkan tiga model utama dalam gerakan sosial Muhammadiyah: Gerak Sosial Berulang Tetap, Gerak Sosial Emergensi, Gerakan Penguatan dan Pemberdayaan. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa meskipun gerakan sosial Muhammadiyah secara prinsip mengikuti kriteria fiqhi al-ma'un, implementasinya belum maksimal baik secara kuantitatif maupun kualitatif. Secara keseluruhan, gerakan sosial yang dominan di Sulawesi Tenggara lebih berfokus pada bentuk karitatif dan emergensi, dengan peran pemberdayaan yang masih terbatas.

Abstract

This study discusses the development of Islamic financial institutions in the era of globalization, including the opportunities and challenges they face. This study uses a descriptive approach with qualitative methods, which focuses on the analysis of secondary data from relevant literature. The results of the study indicate that Islamic financial institutions have great potential to continue to develop and make more significant contributions to society by understanding the dynamics of globalization and implementing appropriate strategies in optimizing their role in an inclusive and sustainable global financial system.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to analyze strategies in realizing a sustainable halal fashion industry. The method used in writing this article is descriptive qualitative method, one of the indicators in the halal fashion criteria is environmentally friendly but on the other hand the presence of fast fashion is a fashion trend that changes and develops quickly and has a more affordable price but has a negative impact on the environment and social welfare.Therefore, there is sustainable fashion and ethical fashion as a solution to deal with the negative impact produced by fast fashion. The implementation of sustainable fashion and ethical fashion has a good impact on the environment. Therefore, with products and lifestyles that are in accordance with sustainable fashion and ethical fashion, the negative impact of fast fashion can be minimized.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur dan mengetahui pengaruh intellectual capital dan corporate governance pada nilai perusahaan sektor properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Variabel eksogen pertama intellectual capital meliputi indikator customer capital (VACA), human capital (VAHU) dan structural capital (STVA). Intellectual capital diukur dengan menggunakan model Pulic yaitu value added intellectual coefficients (VAIC). Variabel eksogen kedua corporate governance diukur dengan lima indikator, meliputi: ukuran dewan komisaris (UDK), ukuran dewan direksi (UDD), kepemilikan saham manajerial (MNJR), kepemilikan saham institusional (INST), dan proporsi dewan komisaris independent (PKI). Variabel endogen meliputi nilai perusahan diukur dengan price to book value. Sumber data diperoleh dari website resmi bursa efek Indonesia, yaitu www.idx.co.id. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 83 perusahaan dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 11 perusahaan yang terdiri dari perusahaan subsektor properti, real estate dan konstruksi bangunan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang ada pada non probability sampling. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modelling partial least square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa intellectual capital berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, corporate governance berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan serta intellectual capital dan corporate governance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of entrepreneurship-based student empowerment at the Yatama Mandiri Putri Islamic Boarding School from an Islamic economic perspective. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach that aims to understand the empowerment process through business units such as Islamic boarding school cooperatives, bread and donut production, and tilapia cultivation. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation involving pesantren administrators, business assistants, and students who are actively involved. The results of the study show that pesantren integrates Islamic values and entrepreneurship training directly, providing real experience for students in managing a business and encouraging financial independence. From an Islamic economic perspective, this empowerment emphasizes the principles of justice, social responsibility, and business ethics. This research contributes to the development of science in the field of Islamic education and entrepreneurship, and shows how pesantren can function as an agent of economic empowerment and community development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard) usage on user satisfaction among students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, viewed from the perspective of Islamic economics. With the rapid development of information technology, QRIS is expected to enhance the efficiency of financial transactions. The research method used is a quantitative survey, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 99 respondents. The results indicate that QRIS usage has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, with ease of use, transaction speed, and security being the main factors influencing satisfaction. This research is expected to contribute to the development of better digital payment systems that align with the principles of Islamic economics.
