Ethno-science is as an attempt "to recast what serves as science to others, their practice of taking care of themselves and their bodies, their botanical knowledge, but also the form of their classification, making connections, etc. Educational research is a systematic attempt to gain a better understanding of the educational process, with the aim of increasing its efficiency. This is done by applying the scientific method to studying educational problems. Ethno-science learning aims to reconstruct cultural knowledge and local wisdom. This learning process is very flexible and useful in combining basic and applied scientific research in education. Abstract

The technological transformation in education in 2025 has had a significant impact on the way we teach and learn. The use of artificial intelligence (AI) and learning analytics enables a more personalized, interactive, and adaptive learning experience. AI helps provide rapid feedback and adapts learning materials to students’ needs, while learning analytics enables real-time monitoring of student progress. Despite the many benefits that can be gained, the main challenges faced are the digital divide between urban and rural areas, limited infrastructure, and issues of training for educators and protection of students’ personal data. Therefore, investment in infrastructure, training for educators, and development of data protection policies are crucial to ensure effective implementation of technology in education. Technology can play a major role in creating a more inclusive and adaptive education, provided that the existing challenges can be overcome.

Abstract

Fine motor skills are an important aspect of early childhood development that is often overlooked. This study aims to describe the effect of calligraphy art activities on the development of fine motor skills in early childhood in a mosque environment. This qualitative study with a descriptive observation method involved children aged 4-6 years in three calligraphy activity sessions. Data collection was carried out through field notes, documentation, and informal interviews with parents and caregivers. The results showed a significant increase in children's ability to control writing tools, drawing accuracy, and eye-hand coordination. In addition, calligraphy activities also provide space for children to develop creativity and self-expression. The calm and supportive mosque environment has been shown to have a positive impact on children's concentration and patience. This study concludes that calligraphy activities can be a creative learning method based on religious values to develop fine motor skills in early childhood

Abstract

This study examines the use of flora in the school environment as an alternative media to develop children's creativity through drawing activities. Using qualitative methodology with a descriptive approach, the study involved 19 elementary school students in an experiment based on the exploration of natural elements. The research instruments included participatory observation, documentation of work, and structured interviews. The results showed a significant increase in the dimensions of creativity, with indicators: a 40% increase in the quality of geometric patterns, 40% in color exploration, and 40% in abstract composition. Student involvement reached 90% with a high level of enthusiasm in the creative process. The findings indicate that flora media can stimulate imaginative capacity, encourage artistic experimentation, and broaden students' creative perspectives in the context of continuing art education.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is an increasingly worrying phenomenon in various countries, including Indonesia. This study aims to explore the role of Guidance and Counseling (BK) Teachers in overcoming juvenile delinquency through a literature review method. This study analyzes prevention strategies, reactive approaches, and curative efforts carried out by BK teachers to deal with deviant behavior committed by adolescents. The results of the study indicate that BK teachers have a key role in preventing and overcoming juvenile delinquency through various approaches, including providing information, group guidance, mediation, home visits, and individual and group counseling. However, the implementation of these strategies often faces internal, external, and institutional obstacles, such as students' lack of confidence to open up, minimal parental attention, and limited school resources. This study emphasizes the importance of a collaborative approach involving teachers, parents, and the community in dealing with juvenile delinquency in a comprehensive and sustainable manner

Abstract

Climate change is a major challenge for global society, especially in coastal areas that are vulnerable to the impacts of environmental change. Tanjung Jaya Village in Panimbang District, Banten, is an example of a coastal area that faces major threats due to climate change, such as coastal abrasion, tidal flooding, and changes in weather patterns. The people of Tanjung Jaya Village have rich local knowledge, which has been passed down from generation to generation and has proven effective in managing natural resources and mitigating disasters. This study aims to explore the potential of ethno-sciences or ethnology in addressing the impacts of climate change in this village, with a focus on mangrove management, sustainable agriculture, and coastal ecosystem protection. The results of the study indicate that the integration of traditional knowledge with modern science, such as satellite-based monitoring technology, can increase the effectiveness of climate change mitigation. Therefore, the development of policies that support the strengthening of the role of local wisdom in mitigating climate change is very much needed to increase community resilience to natural disasters

Abstract

Implementation of the Flipped Classroom model in improving students' academic achievement in secondary schools in Teluk Bintuni, especially in science and mathematics subjects. The method used is an experimental design with a quantitative approach, namely the pretest-posttest control group. The experimental group used the Flipped Classroom model, while the control group followed traditional learning. The results showed that the Flipped Classroom model improved students' academic achievement with an average score increase of 30% in the experimental group, compared to 14% in the control group. However, the main challenge faced is the limited access to technology and adequate infrastructure in the area. These findings indicate that Flipped Classroom can be an effective learning alternative, as long as adequate technological support and training for teachers are provided
