Abstract

The Mekar Jaya Cicalengka Aneka Usaha Cooperative is engaged in Member Savings and Loans business activities. The recording of transactions is still done manually, which is recorded in members' savings books, ledgers, and recapitulated in Microsoft Excel. The system is considered ineffective where the information needed, such as member savings reports, cannot be presented immediately if needed at any time for management purposes. To streamline the data processing of savings and withdrawals for members of the Mekar Jaya Cicalengka Aneka Usaha Cooperative, the authors designed a savings and withdrawal information system. To design the system the authors use the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, namely the system development life cycle using the waterfall model. With this system built, the process of deposit and withdrawal transactions is easy to do and reports on members' deposits, withdrawals and deposit balances can be generated quickly whenever needed.

Abstract

English in speaking skills. Referring to English as the world's largest lingua franca or social language, English today has become the second most spoken language after Chinese. Furthermore, its status has been made as one of the languages that must be learned in almost all countries in the world. Therefore the need to always improve the quality of teaching is fundamental. But in practice, teaching and learning English in the classroom still leaves a lot of homework, especially those related to speaking teaching strategies. The low quality of graduate students in Indonesia in the field of speaking has proven that there is a pattern that needs to be addressed from the English language teaching system in our country. Therefore this study aims to provide an understanding of several types of language teaching strategies that can be implemented in the classroom. By using the method of library research or literature. This article provides an understanding and description of the types of learning strategies that can be used when teaching English.

Abstract

Based on observations, that the background of this research is the lack of incessant promotion of advertising, sales promotion, personal selling and publicity, the amount of competition between banks, both conventional banks and Islamic banks that affect the decline in the number of customers. The object of research in this report is mortgage financing customers at BTN KCS Bandung. The type of research is quantitative associative with the type of data and uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature studies, questionnaires. While the sampling technique is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The population is all customers who apply for mortgage financing at BTN KCS Bandung in 2021, totaling 1316 customers with a sample of 93 customers. The results showed that the advertising variable partially affected 53.4% ??of customer, the sales promotion variable partially affected 36.2 % of customer, the personal selling variable partially affects 22.2% of customer, the publicity variable partially affects 37.1% of customer, and simultaneously advertising, sales promotion, personal selling and publicity have an effect of 59.3% on the interest of confidence in applying for mortgage financing at BTN KCS Bandung.

Abstract

ESP (English for Specific Purposes), is a term that refers to the practice of teaching English at the university level, where English is learned not only for communication needs, but also as part of their needs in the world of work. Therefore, the developed curriculum needs to be adapted to the needs of students. However, in practice, teaching ESP in the Guidance and Counseling department Masoem University has not been fully practiced as it should be. This is based on the initial research that has been done. English even tends to be taught like in public schools. Therefore it is necessary to do a needs analysis to find out what learning needs are needed by students majoring in Counseling Guidance. needs analysis was carried out using questionnaires and interviews as well as document analysis. From the research conducted, it was found that the majority of Guidance and Counseling students needed to learn to speak English and increase listening comprehension.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of BJB Syariah Bank for the period 2017-2021 with the Du Pont System Technique. The object of research in this report is the Financial Statements of Bank BJB Syariah for the period 2017-2021. The type of research is descriptive quantitative with secondary data types and uses data collection techniques in the form of documentation and literature study. The results showed that the financial performance of BJB Syariah Bank for the period 2017-2021 with the Du Pont System technique at the ROI ratio, namely in 2017, 2018 and 2019 was 0.50% then decreased in 2020 by 0.45%. This is due to the decline in the NPM value in 2020, which is 68.40%, but the TATO value in 2020 has increased to 0.70 times. In 2021 ROI will get the same value as the previous year, which is 0.45%. This shows that the company is not good at generating profits but can maximize the turnover of its assets.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations, that the background of this research is the lack of training and low work motivation applied, causing not optimal employee performance at BSI KC Suniaraja Bandung. This study aims to determine how the influence of training and work motivation at Bank BSI Suniaraja Bandung partially or simultaneously. The object of research in this report is to measure the performance of employees at BSI KC Suniaraja Bandung. The type of research is quantitative associative with primary data types and uses data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. While the sample collection technique is non-probability sampling with saturated sample type. The population is all employees at BSI KC Suniaraja Bandung, amounting to 32 people with the same sample as the total population of 32 people. The results showed that there was a significant influence between training on employee performance with the results of the t test where the value of tcount > ttable (10.317 > 2.042), there was a significant influence between work motivation on employee performance with the test results t where t table (5,161 > 2,042), and simultaneously there is a significant influence between training and work motivation on employee performance at BSI KC Suniaraja Bandung with F test results where fcount > ftable (104.512 > 3,34).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Caffe shop Nurona Space in Bandung. In this study, the method used is Independent Variable and Dependent Variable, the research used is primary and secondary with data collection methods using questionnaires. The number of research samples used were 50 customers, the analysis obtained by accidental simply method used is the validates and reliability test, multiple linear, t test, spss and f test. From the research results show Quality of Service a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Nurona Space coffee shop.

Abstract

The extension of the employee's employment contract is one of the important aspects that affect the performance and motivation of employees to do better at work. The problem of extending the employment contract of employees at PT. NexWave, namely the assessment is still done manually, there are no standard criteria in determining employees who are entitled to have their work contracts extended, and the decision-making process is not based on a solid basis. The method using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and was built with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the system design. The programming language used is the PHP framework codeigniter and database using MySql. The test used is Black Box Testing. This research produces a decision support system that can be used in an easy, structured, and computerized manner by setting standard criteria, and a special method, namely the SAW method. The result of the decision is clearer because it can be separated based on the results of the assessment, namely the value of ?0,7 the employee's employment contract can be extended, while <0,7 the employee's employment contract cannot be extended.

Abstract

The role of the development of information technology today has had a significant impact, information technology has emerged as one of the solutions to overcome human problems. Based on the results of observations regarding the problems and facts at PT. Aria Putra Rambutan can see that the current system does not provide optimal results for the company's business activities. Therefore, companies are required to make an enterprise architecture plan that aims to be able to connect existing strategies or business processes with information technology so as to produce an optimal system. This study aims to make architectural plans that can process databases according to company needs, design information systems that can facilitate business processes and control business processes, create blueprints of technology architecture to make it easier to see the flow of business processes and technology. For analysis of enterprise information technology architecture or Enterprise Architecture is to use the ZACHMAN FRAMEWORK methodology, there are 4 stages to be carried out in this thesis, namely, Scope/Contextual, Business Process, System model, and Technology Model. This research produces principles in the manufacture of corporate architecture, then produces a blueprint for the design of the information system architecture.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the production costs, revenues, and income of tofu agroindustry in one production process for a craftsman in Rancaekek Kulon Village, Rancaekek District, Bandung Regency. (2) Knowing the value of the tofu agro-industry break-even point in one production process for a craftsman in Rancaekek Kulon Village, Rancaekek District, Bandung Regency. The type of research used is a case study method, the sample of respondents was taken purposively on a tofu craftsman in Rancaekek Kulon Village, Rancaekek District, Bandung Regency. Data analysis was carried out by knowing the costs, revenues, and incomes obtained from the tofu agroindustry and the value of the break-even point of acceptance, the break-even point of production, and the break-even point of product prices. The results showed that: (1) The amount of production costs in the tofu agroindustry in Rancaekek Kulon Village per one production process was Rp. 1,467,175,61 and the revenue earned per one production process is Rp. 2,304,000, so that the income earned by the craftsmen is Rp. 836,824.39 in one production process. (2) The value of the break-even point of receipts is Rp. 18,280,33, the break-even point of production is 45,7 pieces and the break-even point for the product price is Rp. 254.72/piece.
