Abstract

SMK Bintara Rancaekek still has an educational support system that has not been computerized, one of which is library management. The process of managing library data is handled by one officer, starting from searching for book data, recording loan transactions, return transactions, calculating fines, and generating reports, all of which are still done manually or have not been computerized. As a result, several issues arise, including difficulties in managing borrowing and returning data, time-consuming recapping, and the risk of recording errors and data loss. The purpose of this research is to assist officers in managing book data, visits, borrowing and returning transactions, as well as minimizing data loss and recording errors, simplifying the calculation of fines, and generating reports quickly. The method used in this research is the Rational Unified Process (RUP). The design uses analysis tools such as flowmaps, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Data Dictionaries, and Structure Charts. The design and development of this library information system are expected to address the aforementioned problems and provide ease of operational work, especially in managing the borrowing and returning of library books.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the quality of Instagram content and social media marketing in increasing consumer buying interest is the most important thing for a company, decreasing consumer buying interest. This study aims to determine the influence of the quality of Instagram content and social media marketing on consumer buying interest in Rio Home Studio. This study uses a quantitative approach, the sample used is propability sampling and the respondent criteria, namely Instagram accounts that follow @riohomestudio accounts, using 93 samples distributed through Instagram directorate messages. The testing techniques in this study use validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicoloniality tests, and heteroscenity tests, as well as multiple linear regression analysis consisting of hypothesis tests, namely t tests and f tests, and determination coefficient analysis, processed using SPSS 23. The results of this study show that: X1 has a positive effect on Y, as evidenced by the calculated t value of 5.794, the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.000. X2 has a positive effect on Y, as evidenced by the calculated t value of 5.794, the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.000. X1 and X2 have a positive effect on Y. It is evidenced by the result of f calculation of 2.36 with a significance of 0.000. The magnitude of the influence of X1 and X2 on Y is evidenced by the adjusted R square value of 81.5% and the remaining 18.5% is influenced by other variables outside this research model. From this study, it can be concluded that the quality of Instagram content and social media marketing has a positive effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This research aims to classify Umrah package selection based on season using the K-Means algorithm, which is expected to help PT Pradana Grassindo Travel in determining more effective promotional strategies. The background to the problem includes problems in managing airline ticket prices and accommodation availability during the peak season, as well as extreme weather conditions in Saudi Arabia. The research method involved collecting primary data through interviews and literature study, the data obtained amounted to 149 data, which was then processed using the K-Means clustering method and using Microsoft Excel and RapidMiner software. The analysis results show that the K-Means algorithm is able to group pilgrim data into two clusters based on departure season, namely Summer and Winter. This research provides a significant contribution in improving promotional strategies and services for Umrah pilgrims.

Abstract

Based on the observation results, the background of this research is the increasing level of competition in the fashion world, especially Muslim fashion. One of the efforts implemented by the Muslim fashion brand Lafiye is by inviting the public to follow the #IAmEmpoweredNature advertising content on Instagram. This study aims to determine the effect of #IAmEmpoweredNature advertising content and brand awareness on interest in Lafiye products. The object of this study is the audience of the Lafiye Instagram account with a focus on the #IAmEmpoweredNature advertising content on Instagram and brand awareness on interest in Lafiye products. The research method is quantitative associative. The population is 293,000 people, using the Slovin formula, a sample of 100 people was obtained. Primary data was obtained through questionnaires, while secondary data was conducted through observation, literature studies, and documentation studies. Data analysis used correlation tests, regression, coefficient of determination, t-tests, and F-tests. The results of the study showed that partially the #IamEmpoweredNature advertising content on Instagram had a 38.4% effect on interest in Lafiye products; brand awareness had a 35.1% effect on interest in Lafiye products; and simultaneously #IAmEmpoweredNature advertising content on Instagram and brand awareness have a 45.8% influence on Lafiye product interest. our display screen.

Abstract

Design of Teacher Payroll Information System is a system created to solve problems in the financial department, especially the payroll of teachers and staff at SMAS Plus Guna Cipta Cimanggung. The existence of a system that runs by recording payroll transactions and calculations still using semi-computerization, making it vulnerable to calculation errors and data redundancies. Data that is still separate causes the payroll process to take longer. As well as the difficulty of making payroll reports and pay slips because they have not been automatically computerized. The purpose of this research is to facilitate teachers or officers concerned in managing teacher payroll. And all users can access this information system more flexibly anywhere and anytime. The research method used is the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) system with its development model, namely the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and its system design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML The results of the study show that this system can facilitate the process of managing teacher salaries more precisely and efficiently with easy access anywhere and anytime. Moreover, this system has a feature to manage attendance data using QR Codes.

Abstract

Social assistance (bansos) is one form of government program that has become the main instrument in supporting the welfare of low-income communities in Cilaengka Wetan Village to meet their basic needs. However, the main challenge in implementing this program is the selection process for aid recipients which is often done manually, so that it risks causing inaccuracy and injustice in determining recipients. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) for the selection of social assistance recipients in Cicalengka Wetan Village using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method so that social assistance recipients are right on target and ensure that assistance is given to people who really need it. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was chosen because it is able to perform criteria-based calculations with objective and transparent results. The trial results show that the developed system can provide valid recommendations and is in accordance with the conditions of prospective recipients. This research assistance is expected to be a practical solution in social distribution, not only in Cicalengka Wetan Village but also in other areas with adjustment criteria. As a further development, an integration system with web-based technology or mobile applications can be carried out to improve the accessibility and efficiency of the decision-making process.

Abstract

Yellow pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata D) is a type of fruit with a huge volume and high water content, its shelf life is short. therefore it needs to be processed into a product that is more durable and practical, for example into flour. Pumpkin flour is processed by drying it and then grinding it so that flour can be produced with a typical yellow pumpkin color, through pre-treatment by blanching. The goal of this study is to determine the ideal drying temperature for producing pumpkin flour with the finest qualities. The research method used was an experimental method with a Randomized Group Design (RAK). The drying temperature treatment consisted of 50°C, 60°C, 70°C, 80°C, 90°C, each repeated 5 times. Analysis of the characteristics of flour in this study included water content, beta-carotene content, yield and organoleptic tests on color, taste, aroma and texture. The research results showed that a drying temperature of 70°C produced the best characteristics of pumpkin flour. This determination was based on a water content of 14.20%, yield of 21.8%, and beta-carotene of 221.00 ppm. Meanwhile, a drying temperature of 50°C produces the preferred color, taste and aroma of pumpkin flour.

Abstract

Based on the observation results, this study is motivated by the fluctuations in the health ratio of PT Bank Mandiri Taspen from 2019 to 2023. This study aims to analyze the health level of PT Bank Mandiri Taspen using the RGEC method. This method consists of four evaluation factors: Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earning, and Capital. This study is a quantitative descriptive study using secondary data obtained from PT Bank Mandiri Taspen's annual financial reports and governance reports from 2019 to 2023, which have been published regularly. The results of this study show that the health level of PT Bank Mandiri Taspen from 2019 to 2023, measured using the RGEC method based on the Risk Profile factor, which is evaluated by the NPL and LDR ratios, obtained a healthy rating with a score of 2.1. The Good Corporate Governance factor obtained a healthy rating with a score of 2. The Earning factor, evaluated by the ROA, ROE, BOPO, and NIM ratios, obtained an extremely healthy rating with a score of 1.3. The Capital factor, evaluated by the CAR ratio, obtained an extremely healthy rating with a score of 1.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations and interviews that underlie this research, the fluctuating number of depositors of deposit products is suspected to be influenced by social media promotion and word of mouth at PT Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Ujung Berung. This study aims to determine the influence of social media promotion and word of mouth on depositors' decisions to choose deposits at PT Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Ujung Berung, both partially and simultaneously. The subject of this study is the depositors at PT Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Ujung Berung. The research is quantitative associative in nature, utilizing primary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, literature review, and questionnaires. The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling with accidental sampling as the method. The population consists of all depositors at PT Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Ujung Berung, totaling 259 people, with a sample size of 73 people. The data analysis and hypothesis tests used were determination coefficient analysis, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, t-test, and F test. The research results show that social media promotion and word of mouth each have a partial impact on depositor decisions, with an influence of 60.3% and 52.8%, respectively. Simultaneously, there is a significant combined effect of 75.8%.
