Abstract

Pada dasarnya Olahraga adalah suatu bentuk dari aktivitas yang memiliki tujuan tertentu. Dalam seluruh cabang olahraga yang harus terus diperhatikan oleh pemerintah adalah bola voli. Kemampuan kekuatan otot sangat tergantung dengan tahanan yang diberikan oleh otot yang diberi beban tersebut. Jenis dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional. Instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan tes push-up dan tes ketepatan servis. Teknik analisis data dengan uji korelasi dan uji signifikasi. Berdasarkan Uji hasil Product Moment, didapat perhitungan korelasi sebesar 0,738 sedangkan r tabel = 0,3515 dan uji signifikasi maka dapat disimpulkan ada mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan antara kekuatan otot lengan terhadap kemampuan servish atas mahasiswa PJKR Unmus.

Abstract

Masalah yang dalam penelitian ini adalah Nilai Didaktis yang terkandung dalam Novel Dia Adalah Kakakku Karya Tere Liye. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan nilai didaktis yang terkandung dalam novel Dia Adalah Kakakku Karya Tere Liye. Manfaat penelitian Mampu memberikan pandangan pemikiran berupa konsep dibidang bahasa dan sastra Indonesia khususnya mengenai kajian sastra terhadap karya sastra lingkup universitas, Peneliti berharap agar hasil penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat untuk bahan pengajaran di sekolah-sekolah yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran mengenai nilai-nilai. penelitian ini dapat digolongkan ke dalam penelitian Konten Analisis, Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analitik, Data dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa teks, kata dan kalimat yang menggambarkan Nilai dalam novel Dia Adalah Kakakku karya Tere Liye. Dengan demikian, maka Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Dia Adalah Kakakku karya Tere Liye, Teknik Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Teknik baca dan catat, Data penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan Struktural. Disimpulkan bahwa nilai didaktis yang terdapat dalam novel Dia Adalah Kakakku karya Tere Liye, terdapat dua belas potongan kutipan teks novel Dia Adalah Kakakku karya Tere Liye yang tersebar pada halaman pertama sampai halaman terakhir yang dilakukan oleh beberapa tokoh dalam novel utamanya tokoh Laisa yang sering muncul sehingga banyak memunculkan dan memudahkan menemukan nilai-nilai didaktis yang di teliti oleh peneliti. Setelah peneliti selesai menelaah isi dari novel tersebut, di dalam novel Dia Adalah Kakakku karya Tere Liye masih banyak nilai yang terkandung didalamnya. Maka disarankan dalam penelitian ini dengan judul Nilai Didaktis Dalam novel Dia Adalah Kakakku karya Tere Liye hanya meneliti atau membahas nilai didaktisnya saja yang ada dalam novel. Atas dasar itu peneliti mengharapkan kepada peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat meneliti atau mengkaji hal – hal yang lain yang terkandung pada novel Dia Adalah Kakakku karya Tere Liye yang lebih luas lagi

Abstract

The existence of communities around conservation areas has an important role for the preservation of Alas Purwo National Park. Buffer villages have a function to maintain the integrity of conservation areas from all forms of disturbances, originating from outside or within the area that can result in changes in the integrity and function of the national park area. The effectiveness of conservation area management will be disrupted if the participation rate is low. This study aims to determine the form of behavior of the peyangga village community and its interaction with conservation areas. Qualitative descriptive research approach and purposive determination of research locations. Data collection methods through interviews and observations. Data analysis starts from data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To explain the phenomenon raised by the researcher, using the theory of structural functionalism. According to this theory society as a social system consists of interrelated parts or elements in equilibrium. Changes that occur in one part will bring about change, against another. The results showed that collaborative management of conservation areas by involving the participation of local communities has an important meaning. Through this activity, it can increase public awareness so that it can play a maximum role in the management of conservation areas.

Abstract

The librarian profession is not only required to be proficient at work, but must be attractive in appearance, librarians face challenges and demands from net generation users. Being a professional librarian does not use the palms of the hands but it takes a lot of effort to achieve this, including the importance of social interaction in association to have a humanist face, which means that a librarian must be able to provide excellent service to users, so that librarians will gain the trust of their users. Librarians must also apply 3S etiquette (simple, harmonious, and polite) as well as to form a superior, inclusive, and humanist person who at least has POWER, namely, positive attitude, other people, words, expand, and realize. It is expected that librarians are able to maintain the stability of the quality of library services.

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out at SD Negeri 06 Batusangkar City with a total of 25 people, namely 13 boys and 12 girls. The research was conducted with the aim that the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN 06 Batusangkar City would increase with the help of the Picture and Picture model, with 2 cycles of implementation. Collecting data using teacher and student observation sheets using tests in the form of questions. Cycle I obtained student learning outcomes and a percentage of 52% with an average score obtained from the total student learning outcomes of 74.8 (less). With the number of students who have completed as many as 13 people, and 12 others have not completed. Regarding the presentation in cycle II, it increased by 80% with an average score of 82 (good) with 20 students who completed and 5 students who had not completed. Regarding the observation of teacher activity in the first cycle by obtaining a score of 75 and in the second cycle a score of 88 was obtained. While the results of observations that were made regarding student activity in the first cycle obtained a score of 74.28 and in the second cycle it became better by obtaining a score of 82.85 . Thus the use of the Picture and Picture learning model can improve student learning outcomes from before.

Abstract

From the standpoint of Islamic Economic Law, this article seeks to describe and examine the syndicated financing of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. With the kind of library research used to examine the formulation of the problem in this study, a qualitative research methodology was used to conduct this study. The findings of this study suggest that a hybrid contract or multi-contract approach can be used to implement Islamic banking product innovation. Sharia syndicated finance products exist in banking as a result of the requirement for huge quantities of funding, which means that Islamic banks must work with other banks since they will not be able to support it alone. In accordance with the Fatwa DSN No: 91/DSN-MUI/IV/2014, syndicate financing is permitted. Musyarakah Mutanaqishah contracts are typically used for syndicated financing in Islamic banks. The Sharia Banking Law, KHES, Fatwa DSN, and other relevant rules have both been accommodated by syndicated financing in Islamic banks. The Sharia Supervisory Board will continue to oversee the implementation of syndicated financing products at Indonesian Islamic Banks so that it is, in theory, consistent with Sharia Economic Law and no restrictions are broken.

Abstract

Problems in public services are often encountered in their implementation even though standards and laws have been established. In the evaluation of the PATEN policy in Ciledug District, Tangerang City, there are problems including the timeliness of service, service costs, and supporting resources for service implementation. The government has attempted to bring about an innovation in the field of public services through the District Integrated Administrative Services (PATEN) policy regulated in Permendagri Number 4 of 2010, which contains the delegation of authority from regents to sub-district heads. Following up on the Permendagri, the government of Tangerang City has implemented integrated sub-district administration services, especially in Ciledug District. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive research type. The writing method used is the literature study research method, a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and processing research materials. The results showed that the implementation seen from the aspect of service costs was sufficient and according to fairness standards and from the aspect of service time and supporting resources for the implementation of services was inadequate. The purpose of the District Integrated Administrative Services has not been optimally achieved because the type of delegation of authority given is considered not to be effective and efficient in creating quality services and getting closer to the community. The advice given is to add service support facilities and improve service methods so that service times are better, as well as to review the types of delegation of authority given to sub-district heads so that the policy objectives are achieved more optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the social capital of the association of street vendors in the scope of economics and development. The research method used is a qualitative method to obtain the data that researchers need and to understand the subject in depth. Researchers used an ethnographic approach that focused on a group that had the same goal, the group studied in this study was the Mekar Sore street vendor association. The research location is on Jalan Hos Cokroaminoto, Ponorogo Regency. Data collection techniques in this study were to gather information through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate the social capital of the role of the Mekar Sore street vendor association with its influence on the economy and development on Jalan Hos Cokroaminoto. Jalan Hos Cokroaminoto which has undergone a face off is similar to Malioboro Yogyakarta with the aim as a city tourism sector there is a role from various stakeholders in its development, one of which is the Mekar Sore street vendor association. The association is a well-structured group, as evidenced by the existence of a management structure and routine activities for the sustainability of their economy and efforts to protect the environment on Jalan Hos Cokroaminoto. In addition, with social capital, the association is trying to change the image of street vendors who care about environmental issues.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mendorong perluasan jaringan akses informasi dalam lingkup global sehingga lalu lintas informasi menjadi tanpa terbatas. Di Indonesia mengalami suatu perubahan bertata negara yakni reformasi birokrasi. Refromasi birokrasi yang memiliki program mengenai penerapan electronic government (e-government) di lingkungan pemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengimplementasian kebijakan program E-Office dalam mendukung E-government di lingkungan pemerintah provinsi DKI Jakarta, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui dokumentasi dan observasi. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori implementasi kebijakan dari Grindle. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan di atas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi e-office guna mendukung langkah E-government di lingkungan kerja Bappeda Provinsi DKI Jakarta secara umum memberikan dampak yang positif bagi para pegawainya dan ada juga faktor penghambatnya.

Abstract

Merariq merupakan suatu bentuk perkawinan unik yang ada di masyarakat suku sasak. Secara umum, perkawinan itu terjadi karena adanya interaksi yang di lakukan antar individu yang satu dengan lainnya. Perkawinan ini di katakan unik karena tata cara atau peroses perkawinana adat suku sasak ini berbeda dengan tata cara perkawinan adat lain yang ada di perovensi Nusa tenggara Barat. Keunikan perkawinan adat sasak ini terlihat dari perosesnya yang dimana bila kedua belah pihak, laki-laki dan perempuan telah sepakat untuk melakukan ikatan perkawinan pihak laki-laki melarikan perempuan ke rumah kerabatnya untuk di sembunyikan beberapa hari sebelum penyelesaian adat di tuntaskan. Peroses melarikan si gadis ini dalam istilah sasak di sebut merariq/melaiq. Penelitian di lakukan di desa Gerantung dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, yaitu pengamatan yang merupakan aktivitas penelitian fenomena yang di lakukan secara sistematis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pandangan hukum pidana terhadap adat merariq bagi masyarakat kelurahan Gerantung tidaklah bertentangan dengan adat yang ada bahkan dalam perkatiknya masyarakat menerapkan akan tindakan pidana jika melanggar atuaran adat dan negara, salah satunya Pasal 330 dan 332 terhadap adat merariq.
