Basid1, Yusuf W21,2Jurusan Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah MalangAlamat korespondensi : Jalan Raya Tlogomas 246 Malang 65144ABSTRACTThe use of slag as aggregate is quite reasonable because the waste slag is one that has not beenexploited well, in addition to the waste in the waste, slag also categorized tixic and hazardous waste(B3). So, find the solution of the existing problems such as slag used as aggregate in concretemixes. This research was to determine the effect of variety in slag aggregate gradations oncompression strength, porosity and tensile strength of concrete side with up and down 7% fromfuller curve at 28days. From the test result obtained by the maximum compression strength of theconcrete with slag aggregate gradation that occurs at gradation III above fuller curve for 36,99Mpa, while the maxsimum tensile strength sides also occurs in gradation III in the amount of 32,55Mpa and for testing the minimum porosity derived porosity also occurs in gradation III is at 2,42%.The result of testing the mechanical properties of concrete at 28 days showed that there wasinfluence by variety in the strength of slag aggregate concrete. That the more subtle gradations onaggregate become the concrete more dense and has good quality.Key Words : Concrete, Variety, Slag Anggregate

To improve the quality of planning and control ofthe building project B FIA UB used a method, and the method used herein is Project Evaluation andReview Technique (PERT) Method and Presedence Diagram Method (PDM) with a software programtool Microsoft Office Project 2003.Completion time planning the optimal project using PERT and PDM is 303 days with atotal cost Rp 16,278,036,000.00 (including contractors profit + 10% PPN). From the calculation ofthe target analyte project completion time T (d), shows that the possibility of the project is completedon time / period of 303 days (normal time) only by 50%. Whereas if the duration / Project Completionperiod plus 3S (three times the standard deviation) is 303 days + 14.13 = 317.13 days, then it islikely the project is completed on time / period of 317.13 days at 99% (on time).Keywords: Time, Cost, SDM, PERT Method, PDM, Microsoft Office Project 2003.

Community is very disturbed bythe presence of various types of waste that is around their neighborhood. Ranging from industrialwaste to the waste home.The basic requirements of a road construction is to prepare the surface layer of a flat andstrong to ensure high security for a long time and the preservation of every detail in a variety ofweather. It required an asphalt mixture that is capable of supporting loads as well as capture thedamaging effects of traffic and the weather (climate) and can provide good service.With the addition of waste tire rubber is significantly affect mixture properties such Lataston(HRS-WC) Stability, Marshall Quontient, Flow and Air Voids. This is evidenced by the results oftesting using a Marshall. The average value of stability the average of 1220 kg. The addition of HDPE fibersis intended to increase the tensile strength of concrete.The concrete was mixed using gresik cement type PPC, sand with the gradation limits zone 2,the gravel with a maximum grain size of 20 mm, and HDPE fibers with a width of 0.5 cm and 2.5cm long. Variations in the addition of HDPE fibers are 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%,9%, 10% of the volume of the mixture. Tensile strength testing performed with a cylindrical testpiece with a diameter of 150 mm and 300 mm height at the age of 28 days of the test object. Tensilestrength of concrete data analysis using regression analysis.The results showed that the addition of HDPE fibers can increase the value of tensile strengthsides. It can be based ontime schedulle project in November 2012 or at the time the project reaches 17 weeks, the progressof the plan should reach 28.648%, but the reality on the ground has reached 24.194%, so it can beknown deviation -4.454%.The method applied in this thesis Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) to speed up implementation ofthe project in order to achieve the optimum time in the rest of the work project. TCTO a time andBiya exchanges with a view to speeding up the duration.Acceleration time is done by holding the shift work. Of the project schedule has been delayed,the rest of the project is completed within 180 days for a total cost of Rp. 32,679,810,571.24.However if the project accelerated by using TCTO to return to the original plan schedule is 162days obtained a fee of Rp. 33,462,446,260, the difference between the cost of Rp. 782,635,689.88.Keywords: Time and Cost

This is due to the coupling stalks ofbamboo structure is usually done using conventional ropes, diarrhea and pegs, so thecoupling is less robust. This gives the impression that the power connection is very low, so lookfor an alternative type of connection is stronger, and therefore needed a study for the connectionstructure of bamboo is more solid, the effect of the use of bamboo ori instruction in connectionto the horses bolt with resin mortar filler.From the tests the maximum compressive strength values obtained material resin mortarspecimens at 32 MPa. From the test results on material specimens tap the value of the maximumcompressive robust to be used as filler material in connection ori bamboo horses. Testing theconnection ori bamboo horses given level of loading is: 2000kg, 3000kg, and 4070kg. Bambooeasel Smbungan ori show damage upon receiving load of 4070 kg with a deflection of 8.02mm.Damage to the specimen material is different, this is due to the percentage of the added materialand a different impact. In thisresearch, a normal concrete brick consist of cement, san, and water which given variation ofcarbide waste ranging from 10%, 20%, and 30%, afterwards a replacement of sand by bottomash is made with a given variation of carbide waste 10%, 20%, and 30%. Result of the researchthat applying sand as subtle aggregate and waste of carbide as additional material for cementgets the best result on the variation of carbide waste 30% with strength of compression 69,10MPa and 3,58% absorption capacity, it is better rather than normal concrete brick on the variationof carbide waste 0% with compressive strength of 48,74 MPa and 5,49 absorption capacity.After wards, by doing replacement of sand with bottom ash as subtle aggregate and addedwaste carbideas its variations is obtained the best results in the variation of carbide waste 30%with compressive strength 52,37 MPa and 6,92 of absorption capacity better rather than 0% ofvariation carbide waste with strength of compession 19,64 MPa and 12,01 of absorption capacity.Keyword: Concrete Brick, bottom ash, waste carbide.

Metode ini memiliki banyak kekurangan, karena lindi yangdihasilkan tidak dapat dikontrol, menimbulkan bau, estetika yang buruk, pencemaran air tanah danpermukaan, serta dampak negative lainnya. Namun metode inilah yang digunakan di seluruh TPAyang ada di Kabupaten Tabalong, dimana tidak ada pengelolaan/pencegahan yang baik terhadappencemaran baik air, udara, dan tanah, serta control terhadap sanitasi lingkungan.Perlu adanya perubahan metode pengelolaan sampah dari Open Dumping menjadi SanitaryLandfill sesuai UU no.18 tahun 2008 tentang pengelolaan sampah. sistem sanitary landfill inimerupakan salah satu sistem pengolahan sampah terkontrol dengan sistem sanitasi yang baik. Sampahdibuang ke Tempat Pemprosesan Akhir (TPA), kemudian sampah dipadatkan dengan bulldozer danselanjutnya di tutup tanah.Dari hasil analisa diperoleh jumlah penduduk tahun 2032 sebanyak 5.394.643 jiwa dan timbulansampah sebesar 668.760,08 m3. Dari analisa stabilitas lereng didapat nilai FS dengan menggunakanmetode Bishop = 4,322, Fellenius = 4,019, dan metode Janbu = 3,814 dinyatakan aman.Kata Kunci : Sanitary Landfill, Stabilitas Lereng, Gas Metan.

One of the factors that determine thelevel of performance of the system of providing clean water is effectiveness network.Results ofthe evaluation of the performance of a network of water pipes are clean before it shows that therelative energy level at each node the pipe showed a huge differenceLinear programming is a method which is very popular and reliable in solving optimizationproblem that contain linear function.Besides the simplicity of its functions, the ease factor insolving the equation system makes the linear programming more interesting to be applied insolving various optimization cases.This project to find out the level of linear programming to solving optimization problemsdiameter pipelines in the water distribution system.The results of the analysis Indicates that themodel linear programming is quite consistent and can provide optimum solutions appropriateobjective function and constraint functions of the set.Keywords: linear programming, diameter, pipe networks, optimization.
