<![CDATA[This service activity aims to improve the financial literacy of junior high school students at SMP Negeri 1 Arso City, Keerom Regency. The training will be held on September 24, 2021, in the class room of SMP Negeri 01 Arso Kota, Keerom Regency. The participants of the activity were 40 students aged 13-16 years. The training was carried out by introducing the basic concepts of finance, the importance of managing finances, how to manage finances at a young age, and a basic understanding of taxes. Financial literacy needs to be taught as early as possible so as to increase our awareness of the importance of the ability to manage personal finances which in turn brings discipline in managing finances at a higher level. The monitoring and evaluation mechanism of training activities is carried out through the distribution of forms that assess students' understanding after the material is given which is distributed to training students after the activity.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on direct observation of the micro and small scale business actors, they have not been fully used internet as a promotion or sales tool. Whereas throughout accessing various social media is an opportunity to support increasing business sales because the product is more recognized by the public, so that it can increase the likelihood of transactions taking place. Recently, small business actor who is still doing conventional marketplace and have not used information technology such as the internet is a florist, Lestari Cycloop. Lestari Cycloop business group is a group of ornamental plants and cut flowers domiciled around the Cycloop Area. On that basis, this dedication is carried out to help the business group of Lestari Cycloop in conducting online sales/promotion (e-commerce). During the mentoring process partners who are assisted feel very helped by this devotional activity. In addition to facilitating the creation of digital media that if it helps the promotion of products, this community service activity can increase sales profit after being marketed through the empowerment of social media such as FB, IG, and WAG.]]>

<![CDATA[The Village Government or in the Papua Province called Kampung is the smallest government that can manage its finances independently. As a financial manager, the village government must account for the finances managed by preparing financial statements. Village fund managers are usually entrusted to senior high school or vocational high school accounting departments who have studied accounting at their school. High school or vocational teachers as providers of cognitive knowledge related to village financial accounting are very important to know and be skilled in financial management in the village so they can share their knowledge with their students in high school or vocational. Therefore, village finance training is very necessary for accounting teachers in Jayapura City and Regency. This activity was successfully implemented and achieved its objectives because it was implemented with practical training methods. The tutorial is done in front of the class and immediately followed by participants. In the last two sessions there were practices for village accounting exercises so that participants could take part in activities and achieve goals well.]]>

<![CDATA[In order to improve teacher competence, PTK traning activities are carried out for high school teachers in Jayapura Regency and Jayapura City. Classroom Action Research (CAR) training activities using experimental methods using pretest and posttest design, the purpose of using this method is to ensure that this training can provide increased competence for partisicipants while participating in the training. The results of different tests showed that there was a significant difference in knowledge of 0,000 in the time before and aftar the provision of training materials. These results show that providing material stimulus about PTK can improve the competence of teachers in conducting classroom action research to achieve improved performance in teacher performance reporting. This activity aims to be able to foster scientific understanding and understanding of teachers about PTK, support teachers in writing PTK proposals, and teachers are expected to manage and analyze PTK results data, as well as be able to produce research reports and scientific publication.]]>

<![CDATA[The training discusses WarpPLS 5.0, which can be used on the structural model of reflective or formative indicators models. WarpPLS 5.0 It also provides variable moderation and mediation testing (even three segments) more simply. In addition, it also provides a relationship analysis between latent variables that are not linear. The training focuses on the application (applied philosophy) of the WarpPLS method & the operating skills of Software WarpPLS-5.0, as well as avoiding complicated and complex discussions of mathematics and statistics. Meanwhile, Mendeley training, which aims at the management of citation and literature in student scientific work, can increase students ' understanding of their operation in supporting the quality of citation and reference of student's scientific work.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the service activity is to provide education and knowledge of gender-responsive family activity planning and budgeting to the congregation of GKI Getsemani Kotaraja, Jayapura City. The results of the service can be concluded as follows: Residents of the GKI Getsemani Kotaraja Congregation in Wik III can gain new knowledge about the meaning of planning, family budget, and gender responsiveness, nature (sex), and provide an understanding of knowledge between differences in nature (sex) and gender so that each family can carry out every activity together both in planning and budgeting a gender-responsive family.Community service activities to strengthen and sharpen understanding of the basic concepts of planning, budgeting, and gender responsiveness, gender concepts and understanding in socialization activities how to make good gender-responsive planning and budgeting in each family in the GKI Getsemani Kotaraja congregation so that they can understand and can distinguish gender-responsive planning, as well as develop knowledge to develop all businesses or activities family and even society in achieving their satisfaction and well-being.]]>
