Being an entrepreneur today has become a trend that many young people choose. Not a few college graduates choose to build their own business. In fact, pioneering and building businesses since students. But the very basic thing when a student is about to start becoming an entrepreneur is dana's problem. To meet various needs while fulfilling education at the university, many students need a number of loans that can help meet their financial needs Being an entrepreneur today has become a trend that many young people choose. Not a few college graduates choose to build their own business. In fact, pioneering and building businesses since students. But the very basic thing when a student is about to start becoming an entrepreneur is dana's problem. To meet various needs while fulfilling their education at the university, many students need a number of loans for students that can help meet their financial needs. The purpose of the activity is students and students are able to practice how to make proposals that will be submitted to the Banking, Government, or Universities that provide funding assistance for students in the plan to create small businesses. The results of these training activities broadly include the success of the target number of, trainees, the ability to achieve the objectives, the ability of the planned target material, and the ability of participants in understanding the training material. The target of the training participants as previously planned was 30 students and students around the township in relation in one way or another, then the students who participated in this training numbered 27 students. The figures show that this training/ socialization activity can be said that the target participants reached 90% can be said to be successful/successful.

The main objective of this community engagement namely to identify and understand banking products and services that Bank Papua offers to the community. Meanwhile, the information related to Products of banking can be obtained through lecture at the Economics Department in relation to the types of banking products and the objectives of them or the similar information also can be gain from marketing person from Bank Papua who capable enough to explain in detail about banking products and services. According to the outcome of this activity that had been conducted to the Economics’ Students from Faculty of Economics and Business at Cenderawasih University, can be concluded as follow: In order to distribute fund, the conventional banks will distribute it through deposits and savings to the public in form of loans, as well as in form of financing for the Islamic Banks. In addition, the loan from conventional banks in distributing process will subject to interest and other loan services in the form of administrative fees, and commission fees. Whereas Islamic banks are based on buying and selling and profit sharing; in order to provide in depth meaning of Bank Papua products and services, a film screening by Bank Papua Speakers had been played, and the key speaker from Marketing Division of Bank Papua has given a talk about Bank Papua products and services namely electricity payment, telephone payment, tuition fee, transfer service, and others. This activity has relevance to the Economics students that they have been introduced during their study in university in the subject of Monetary Economics I & II during Semester II & III and other subject such as Banks and Financial Institution on (V Semester) as well as Monetary Policy in Development sector (VII Semester). Therefore, the outcome of this activity that could motivate students to recognize the characteristics of Bank Papua products and services as well as can differentiate between genuine and counterfeit money.

The objectives of the Village Development Planning Socialization Activities for Students of the Year 2018 KKN Participants are the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Cenderawasih are: 1) Increased knowledge of participants about the village development planning process in accordance with applicable regulations; 2) Increasing participants' knowledge about planning models that can be applied in the village development planning process; 3) Increased participants' knowledge about synchronization and consistency between planning, budgeting, implementing, and monitoring government programs from village to district levels. The method of applying science and technology is to carry out seminars with adult learning methods. The results of the implementation of this activity indicate that there was an increase in the training participants' ability / understanding by 24.65 percent related to 1) the village development planning process in accordance with applicable regulations; 2) planning models that can be applied in the village development planning process; and 3) synchronization and consistency between planning, budgeting, implementing, and monitoring government programs from the village to the district level. As many as 96 percent of participants attended the training, while 2 percent did not attend training.

This study describes about the community engagement activity in regard to conduct the dissemination of special regional regulations number 25 in 2013 on the distribution, acceptance and management of the financial special autonomy fund for members of MRP and DPRP/DPRD in Papua Province. This activity has purpose to provide an understanding for the representatives of MRP and DPRP/DPRD in monitoring and managing special autonomy fund. The participants of this activity are 90 people. Then, the result of this activity is expected to enhance an understanding of MRP and DPRP/DPRD representatives in regard to monitoring how special autonomy fund can be managed in Papua Province

Living in urban area makes us unable to grow crops or garden because of limited land. Many innovations have been discovered, including: tabulampot, verticulture, hydroponics, and aeroponics. By implementing these innovations ,the problems as above can be solved. This is because these four methods do not require a large area of land, and only take a short time. The purpose of this activity is so that mothers in RT 011 / RW 006 Kotaraja can practice how to cultivate fish and vegetables in buckets for family food security. The results of this training activity include, the achievement of training objectives, the achievement of planned material targets and the ability of participants to understand the material. The participants of this training were 9 mothers around the activity location, due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Of the 9 mothers, then they are willing to continue this training information, each mother becomes 2 people.So there are 26 mothers who get this training information. This figure shows that this training/socialization activity can be said to be a target of participants who reach 87% can be said to be successful.

The Purpose of community devotion is 1) to know and understand the banking products. 2) to know and understand the credit facilities of MICRO Enterprises (KUM) and credit People's Business (KUR) PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) TBK. Based on the results of the community service made to the community of dragon fruit farmers in Arso XIV Keerom District can be concluded the following things: 1). The banking office can be understood through the submission of the lecturer who is devoted to the community and the speaker of the employee Micro Banking Manager PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero). Tbk. Introduction of the lecturer on the purpose and objectives. Explaining the meaning of the Bank is a business entity that raises funds from the community in the form of deposits and reorganized funds that have been compiled through Giro deposits, savings and deposits to the community in the form of loans (loanable Fund) for conventional banks. For conventional banks can provide interest-charged loans and other lending services in the form of administrative fees, provision fees, and commissions. In The material delivery to the people of the dragon fruit farmers in ARSO XIV Keerom District in this case the mothers in ARSO XIV of Keerom District are very motivated in understanding and can distinguish Micro Business credit (KUM) and the People's Business Credit (KUR) FROM PT. State financial reformation, which was followed by the issuance of Accrual-based Government Accounting Standards (SAP), and the Village Law that strongly influenced the teaching skill of government accounting in Indonesia. This development requires the availability of competent human resources to participate directly and actively in managing government finances so that good governance in government sector is achieved. Human Resources who are competent in managing state finances are produced from educational institutions where the teacher is one of the factors that has the most significant contribution. Therefore, in relation to the development of government accounting today, it is necessary to conduct government accounting training for accounting teachers. The implementation of Community Service activities is carried out by using lecture methods, tutorials, and discussions. Activities have been carried out properly as expected. The training activities were carried out with the number of 25 (twenty five) participants in accounting teachers in SMA and SMK in Jayapura City, Jayapura Regency, and Keerom Regency. The training was carried out with tutorial and discussion methods as much as 60% of all training and problem training / practice activities as much as 40%. Participants feel they have benefited from the activities they have carried out.

The goals to be achieved from this community service activity are: To equip youth to have an understanding of the importance of entrepreneurs and be able to work independently with proper business planning and management. The training that was carried out stimulated teenagers to be creative and innovative by making bags with paper raw materials and producing products from the paper newspaper raw materials. By participating in this service activity teenagers will understand the importance of entrepreneurial spirit in relation to the very limited employment opportunities lately and their mindset will change rather than become a civil servant but become an entrepreneur. These teenagers are formed into people who are confident, independent, creative, innovative and not easily discouraged.

Several previous studies provide evidence that Classroom Action Research benefits teachers in improving a deep understanding of students’ thinking and learning, making changes to the teaching and developing teacher’s professional process, improving self-confidence in teaching ability and changing insights about teaching and learning and renewing commitment to the teaching profession. Currently the problem that occurs is that some teachers have not been optimal in conducting and producing good class action research reports, as well as creating articles sourced from class action research activities carried out that can then be published through scientific journals. In order to improve the competence of teachers to be able to produce a scientific paper that can be used as publication article of scientific journals carrying out class action research training activities for high school/vocational teachers in the Jayapura Regency and Jayapura City. Trainig Data Analysis Class Action Research uses the practical method of data analysis using SPSS analysis tools, the purpose of using this method is to ensure that this training can provide increased competence and understanding for participants during the training.

Good financial management is still considered as something that is not important because there is no awareness from micro and small businesses. Therefore, the idea arises that financial and digital literacy should be life skills that must be provided to micro and small businesses in Jayapura. Financial literacy education in micro and small business is a concept about the introduction of financial management wisely in order to be able to manage finance well, control financial expenditures by distinguishing which ones are needs and which are just wishes. Financial literacy and digital literacy mentoring activities have been carried out by getting excellent attention from participants by requesting the same activities can be done as follow up. Also, it has delivered several discussions about daily and monthly cash books as well as simple Financial Statement at the end of the year for dormitories.
