Abstract

Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are complaints that a person feels in the skeletal muscles ranging from very mild to severe complaints. If in this case the muscles receive static loads repeatedly and for a long time, it can cause damage to the muscles, nerves, tendons, joints, cartilages and inter-vertebrate discs. From the observation process of identifying physiotherapy problems in family community  by Lecturer and Physiotherapy Study Program students of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Pekalongan University by interviewing family members, it was found that the problems experienced by family members were disorders of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) which were caused by not paying attention ergonomic attitude when doing activities. Situation analysis in the form of observation made by team  in the family community, kebojongan village, comal sub-district, pemalang district in the form of interview with the family community in identifying physiotherapy problems in ergonomic attitudes to redurs using lecture and question and answer methods. The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge about ergonomic attitudes that can reduce the occurrence of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The solution offered to partners is physiotherapy counseling methods on ergonomics to reduce the occurrence of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The implementation of extension activities was attended by four participants. Before extension, participants were given a pre-test and a post-test was given after counseling was carried out as a measure of participants' understanding of extension. The results of the pre test and post test proved that the level of understanding of the participants increased after physiotherapy counseling. It can be concluded that after being given physiotherapy counseling there is a significant increase in understanding the role of physiotherapy regarding ergonomic attitudes and musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Keywords: Ergonomic Attitude, musculoskeletal disorders

Abstract

Corona virus or severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a virus that attacks the respiratory system. The disease due to this infection is called COVID-19. Corona virus can cause respiratory system disorders, acute pneumonia, and death. Prevention of coronavirus can be started from ourself. One of the things that can we do is to know the current information about the Covid-19 pandemic on the WHO website and through public health authorities. WHO advises all of us to avoid novel Covid-19 virus infection by maintaining our health and protecting others.One of them is by doing hand washing using a handsanitizer. These handsanitizers are a new habit and need to be done consistently. In order to prevent the maximum transmission, we must use a handsanitizer appropriately. It is intended that the worship process at the mosque can continue and also to prevent the transmission of Covid-19. This method of community service is the manufacture and distribution of handsanitizer and education of the use of a good and correct handsanitizer to the residents around the mosque. The Community Service Activities Program carried out can provide benefits to the community in the knowledge of using Handsanitizer correctly in preventing the transmission of novelcorona virus (Covid-19). Keyword : Covid-19, Handsanitizer, prevention

Abstract

The hospital is a health service agency that focuses on curative efforts. Hospitals are required to have ideal resources to be able to provide the best service to patients. The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world is a tough challenge for health services. The increase in new cases is so fast that the graph of the improvement looks very sharp. Positive confirmed cases are also increasing while hospital resources are unable to accommodate the number of patients in the area due to limited isolation rooms and their facilities. RSUD Bendan Kota Pekalongan is a hospital designated by the government to become a line 2 (two) Covid-19 referral hospital. Various problems experienced by the hospital, including the limited number of isolation rooms, the limited number of PPE, the limited number of human resources for health workers. This results in various problems, one of which is the nurse's anxiety in handling patients. If this anxiety problem is not resolved, it can result in stress which results in decreased immunity. Therefore, education and consultation on anxiety management are needed for health workers, especially nurses. Education is carried out by providing a pocket book on efforts to prevent Covid-19 anxiety and for those who need consultation, they can carry out online consultation services via Whatsapp. After being given education and online consultation services, it is known that the average score of anxiety for nurses is 5.6429 to 4.1429. There was a decrease in the mean score of anxiety after providing education and online consultation. Keywords: Covid-19, nurse, anxiety, education

Abstract

School institutions are one of the areas of community activity that must implement health protocols in order to prevent the spread of covid-19. The implementation of health protocols in the prevention of Covid-19 requires the support of various components in schools including the commitment of policy maker, community support and facilities as well as increasing the capacity to empowerment of school communities. The purpose of this activity is to provide support to schools in implementing the adaptation of new habits in schools. A total of 34 teachers / staff from 4 schools were involved in this activity. The activity stages include advocacy, creative supportive environment and social support  as well as community empowerment. The results of this activity obtained the same perception and strong commitment from the principal regarding Covid must be a concern. Build an atmosphere and create a supportive environment by building community support (inside / outside of school) as well as providing physical facilities in implementing AKB. Community empowerment activities are carried out through ToT (Training of Trainers) regarding healthy behavior in adapting to new habits in schools in increasing knowledge and building positive attitudes about Covid-19. Suggestions are given to schools to keep commitments and provide support in providing facilities at schools and teachers / staff are expected to convey information about the adaptation of new habits to all students. Keywords : Adaptation to new habits, covid-19, school

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease - 2019, known as Covid-19, is a growing problem in the world and its impact is felt by more than 200 countries including Indonesia. The best way to prevent and slow down transmission is with good information about Covid-19. Socialization and education about Covid-19 is often provided by the government, but it is still not running optimally, people still ignore the health protocol for preventing Covid-19. Based on these problems, it is necessary to do socialization, provide correct information about Covid-19. Seeing the current situation and conditions, socialization was carried out through online media. The selected media is WhatsApp Group. The education given in this activity is how to correct health protocols in the New Normal Era and making natural hand sanitizers. Keyword : Education, Preventing Covid-19, Hand Sanitizer.

Abstract

Under five years family development is  community based health efforts managed by health facilitators which are community based. Under five years family development could be integrated with others programs for achieving higher outcomes and benefits. The forms of integration is holistic-integrative under five years family development (BKB-HI), its integration between under five years family development and integrated services post. Integration also between under five years family development and early education or both of them. Base on problems mapping in Waru Kidul Family Planning village of Pekalongan regency in November 19th 2018 known that BKB’s situation are about : not integrated with integrated services post, nor with early education for children. Health facilitators are not giving education about growth and development of children. That are caused health facilitators unskilled well about growth and development steps of children. Identification and problem mapping by observing BKB’s activities which are interviewing four facilitators and twenty children’s mothers. The questions are about growth and development of children under five years, and also about educational game toys. Some of facilitators have good knowing about growth and development steps of children, but they are not good of knowing about educational game toys for maximizing childres’s development. Interview with children’s mother about stimulation for maximizing growth and development of children under five years old. During accompaniment of BKB, its integrated with integrated services post and early education for children (PAUD Uswatun Khasanah). Health education about child growth and development stimulation was carried out on November 30 2018, attended by BKB-HI facilitators, early education school teachers and parents. After educating, parents' knowledge about growth and development is getting better, facilitators and teachers can optimize educational props to stimulate child growth and development.Keywords : Holistic integrative, growth development, under five years child

Abstract

Covid 19 has a considerable impact in various sectors in Indonesia, especially in the field of MSMEs. UMKM in Batang Regency in their work facing both internal and external problems so that MSMEs have not been able to provide optimal contributions like other economic institutions. One of the problems is the limitation of MSMEs in accessing information and market coverage, labor networks, and access to strategic locations for businesses during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The goal to be achieved is to improve the performance of MSMEs in Batang Regency with the presence of entrepreneurial networks. The specific goal to be achieved is to improve the performance of MSMEs throughout Batang Regency with the application of entrepreneurial networks. The importance of this service is expected to increase the performance of MSMEs through exploratory learning of human resources, encourage efficient use of resources, increase planning and implementation capacity to solve problems, improve network cooperation (networking) in collaboration with business partners and increase competitiveness, providing better service to clients and customers.Keywords: Marketing Network, Covid 19, MSMEs

Abstract

During the era of pandemic of Covid 19 , all schools in Indonesia are forced to implement online learning including the kindergartens. The aim of this activity is to train the teacher of TK ABA Kandang Panjang so that they can create, edit and puvlish video for students learning. The videos are created using android smartphone and edited using Youcut app. Then, the videos are uploaded to Youtube channel of TK ABA Kandang Panjang. There were 3 stages of this activity. They are preparation, implementation, and evaluation. This activity was followed by 6 classroom teacher and the headmaster of the kindergarten. Looking at the evaluation result, it is known that teachers knowledge about creating and editing video using smartphones are increased. However, the Youtube channel has not been used optimally. Keywords: early years education, online learning, kindergarten, learning video
