Abstract

Pemerintah menerbitkan UU tentang OJK untuk menunjukkan bahwa mereka benar-benar berkomitmen untuk menindaklanjuti lembaga keuangan yang tidak dapat diandalkan oleh anggota mereka, yang berdampak negatif pada anggota terutama mereka yang kurang memahami dan memahami lembaga keuangan yang baru didirikan. Mereka tidak memperhatikan dasar-dasar operasi lembaga keuangan tetapi hanya teriming-iming oleh balas jasa yang tinggi.Metode penulisan studi ini melakukan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini berasal dari studi pustaka yang menggunakan data sekunder dan didokumentasikan dengan cara yang sesuai. Data sekunder berasal dari buku, jurnal, dan sumber pendukung dan pelengkap lainnya, seperti artikel website.Dalam hal ini, pengawasan dan perizinan usaha koperasi yang modelnya terbatas dari, oleh, dan untuk anggota saja atau koperasi close-loop, akan berada di bawah kewenangan Kemenkop UKM. Artinya, pengawasan OJK pada koperasi open-loop itu baru akan efektif dimulai dua tahun setelah UU P2SK diundangkan atau Januari 2025. Hal ini diharappkan agar dapat meningkatkan kapasitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) supaya menjadi pengawas koperasi open-loop.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the coffee-producing countries as well as coffee connoisseurs who get attention from local and international communities. The culture of drinking coffee is enjoyed by all people in the world, but as time has progressed, the meaning of coffee drinking culture has become its meaning. The existence of this coffee drinking culture also creates a place to enjoy coffee and lifestyle activities for consumers called coffee shops or coffee shops and makes this a research subject. Research that has been done produces several things in influencing customer decision making. This research is expected to provide an understanding of customer decision making in choosing a coffee shop location to enjoy a cup of coffee and other activities, namely the café atmosphere and customer experience.

Abstract

Persaingan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang semakin ketat dalam hal Ekonomi Digital sudah menjadi nyata dengn semakin berkembangnya teknologi. Perkembangan ekonomi digital semakin meningkat akibat pandemic covid-19. Namun tidak semua UMKM di Indonesia sudah menerapkan konsep digital karena kurangnya pengetahuan atau kurang tersediannya sarana dan prasarana pendukung ekonomi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi terkait strategi pengembangan UMKM dalam memanfaatkan ekonomi digital.Ekonomi digital harus memperhatikan faktor-faktor pendukungnya di antaranya ketertarikan, sikap dan kemampuan individu dalam menggunakan teknologi digital dan alat komunikasi seperti smartphone (HP), tablet, PC desktop, dan laptop. Di samping itu, strategi penerapan ekonomi digital yaitu meningkatkan pendapatan pasar ke luar negeri, menambah unit produksi dan meningkatkan kualitas produk, meningkatkan proses marketing online. Keterlibatan para warganet baik sebagai pelanggan, sosial media influener, maupun sebagai reseller menjadi faktor penentu dalam ekonomi digital. Keberhasilan UMKM dalam mengembangkan usahanya ini dapat membantu pemulihan ekonomi Indonesia yang mengalami penurunan akibat pandemic covid-19.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of digital accounting systems on business development for UMKM in Sidoarjo. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The population in this study are SMEs in Sidoarjo who use a digital accounting system, and the sample is taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were collected using in-depth interview techniques and relevant sources on the internet. Data analysis was performed using qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the use of digital accounting systems has a significant influence on business development for UMKM in Sidoarjo. In its use, the digital accounting system simplifies the process of recording and reporting finances, as well as assisting UMKM owners in making more precise and accurate business decisions. In addition, the use of digital accounting systems also helps UMKM in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations, so as to produce better business performance. In this case, it is advisable for UMKM in Sidoarjo to adopt a digital accounting system as part of their business development strategy. This will help UMKM improve their business performance and compete with other UMKM. In addition, the government can also provide support and assistance to UMKM to adopt digital accounting systems, so as to accelerate the growth of UMKM in Indonesia.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the performance of the employees of the Financial Management Agency and Regional Income Management in the City of Banjar has not been maximized due to the lack of training, one of which is asset management and service delivery by employees who tend to be less focused and slow resulting in organizational plans or targets not running optimally because of the cycle time is not quite right. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. What is the effect of training on employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. What is the influence of training and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance at the BPKPD in Banjar City? The research method used is quantitative. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 50 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Training tends to be good and employee performance is high, so training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the training, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the employee's work motivation, the higher the employee's performance at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 3). Training and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the training and the higher the work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency.

The research results show: 1). Competence tends to be good and employee performance is high, so competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competency, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Libraries Office. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service. 3). Competence and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so that competence and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competence and high work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service.

Abstract

Business legality is a standard that must be met by economic entities. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) must meet these requirements to compete in the free market era. This requirement is problematic because many business actors do not have business legality. We face various obstacles such as lack of means to ensure legality, difficulty in responding, and lack of knowledge. This paper discusses the results of community service provided, namely assistance and the importance of business legality for MSMEs. The purpose of this service is to raise awareness and provide a framework of thinking about the importance of business legality for MSMEs to compete in the open market. The implementation method used is touse in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of the implementation is the issuance of a Business Identification Number (NIB) which is the legal umbrella of an official business and recognized by the state through the OSS Institution or known as Online Single Submission.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation factors consisting of compensation, promotion and work environment on employee performance at the Banjar City Transportation Agency. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. How does compensation affect employee performance? 2. How does promotion affect employee performance? 3. How does the work environment affect employee performance? 4. How does the effect of compensation, promotion and work environment simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service? The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 56 employees and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Compensation tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the compensation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service. 2). Promotion tends to be good and employee performance is high, so promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the promotion, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service. 3). The work environment tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the work environment, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service 4). This research is motivated by the still not optimal performance of the Banjar City Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency employees which is characterized by frequent recording and reporting errors involving administrative management, the completion of existing work that is not in accordance with work achievement targets, employees who arrive late from work hours entering work that has been determined, besides that employees often leave the effective time of working hours and delays in completing work. How does work discipline affect employee performance? 4. How does competence, motivation and work discipline simultaneously influence employee performance at the BPKPD in Banjar City? Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of financial resilience in times of crisis of each company engaged in the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector, namely PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, and PT Sentra Food Indonesia Tbk during 2019- 2021 through ratio analysis. The data analysis method used is a quantitative descriptive method, namely by collecting, processing, and interpreting the data obtained so that it can provide a clear picture of the situation under study based on the numbers. The result of this study is that the liquidity ratio has a significantly positive effect on financial resilience. While the leverage ratio and profitability ratios have no significant positive effect on financial resilience.
