Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of frontliner service quality, mobile banking and trust on customer satisfaction of Indonesian Islamic banks in the city of Malang. This research is a quantitative research. The method used to test the hypothesis is to use an instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with simultaneous test (F test), coefficient of determination (R2) and partial test (t test). The sample in this study was 92 respondents with the provisions, each respondent is a customer of an Indonesian Islamic bank and a customer who is a user of the mobile banking service application bsi mobile. The data used is primary data that can be obtained directly through questionnaires to Indonesian Islamic bank customers. The results showed that the quality of frontliner service, mobile banking and trust had an effect either partially or simultaneously on the satisfaction of Indonesian Islamic bank customers in the city of Malang. The results of the research on the hypothesis, show that the quality of frontliner service has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, mobile banking has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat dimanfaatkan secara langsung oleh industri perbankan,khususnya bank syariah, dengan melakukan inovasi produk digital untuk melayani nasabah di masapandemi covid-19. Layanan digital perbankan syariah terkait mobile banking menggambarkan prosesvirtual yang mendukung semua layanan yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan tingkat literasiperbankan syariah secara signifikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengklarifikasi dampakkeandalan dan kenyamanan layanan digital terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank Syariah IndonesiaKota Malang. Metode penelitian ini memakai kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel yangdigunakan adalah metode sampling bertarget. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Google Formyang dibagikan kepada 100 responden. Untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSS 2022. Hasilsurvei ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan pelanggan yang fluktuatif (X1) berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y). Variabel serviceability (X2) untuk layanan digitalberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y). Variabel kepercayaanpelanggan dan kemudahan penggunaan layanan digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapkepuasan pelanggan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p˂o, o5). Nilaikoefisien determinasi adalah 0,832, artinya kontribusi layanan digital terhadap kepuasan pelanggansebesar 83%, sisanya sebesar 17% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of emotional and rational factors on student decisions to chooseIndonesian Islamic Bank products at the University of Islam Malang students. The sample in this study was 99students of the Islamic University of Malang. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of thedata used in this study using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity,simultaneous F test, coefficient of determination, and t-test. The results of this study show that variableemotional factors and rational factors significantly affect the decision to choose a product. While partially 1)the emotional factor variable partially has a significant and positive effect on the decision to choose a product,2) the rational factor variable partially has a significant and positive effect on the decision to choose a product.

Abstract

This study was used to determine the analysis of sharia principles in the insurance PrudentialIndonesia Sampang branch. This research includes qualitative methods, with interview anddocumentation data collection techniques. The principles applied to Prudential insurance in theSampang branch are: 1) mutual assistance, 2) justice, 3) trustworthiness, 4) willingness, 5)monotheism, 6) prohibition of usury, 7) prohibition of maysir, 8) prohibition of gharar. With theresults of Prudential Indonesia Insurance, the Sampang Branch has implemented shariaprinciples in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa No.21/DSN-MUI/X/2001 concerning generalguidelines for sharia insurance, DSN-MUI Fatwa. The mechanism for managing tabarru' fundsat Prudential Indonesia's Sampang Branch is in accordance with DSN-MUI Fatwa NO. 53/DSNMUI/III/2006 concerning tabarru' contracts in sharia insurance, DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 81/DSNMUI/III /2011 Regarding the refund of tabarru' for insurance participants who quit before theend of the agreement period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of customer knowledge, religiosity, and social environment oninterest in saving in Islamic banks among students of the Islamic University of Malang. The type of research used iscorrelational research. The sample in this study was 99 students of the Islamic University of Malang. Data wascollected by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the data used in this study using validity test, reliability test,normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, simultaneous F test, coefficient of determination, and t-testresults. The results of this study simultaneously the variables of customer knowledge, religiosity, and socialenvironment have a significant effect on interest in saving in Islamic banks. While partially 1) the variable ofcustomer knowledge partially has a significant positive effect on interest in saving, 2) religiosity partially has asignificant and positive effect on interest in saving, and the social environment partially has a significant andnegative effect on interest in saving.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceptions of benefit, convenience, comfort, and risk on customer interest in using e-banking Bank Syariah Indonesia during the covid-19 pandemic in malang city. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method. The method used in this study uses quantitative methods using multiple linier regression analysis technique and hypothesis testing with SPSS. The result of data analysis show that the perception of benefit convenience, comfort, and risk simultaneously affects customer interest in using Bank Syariah Indonesia e-banking during the covid-19 pandemic. Partially, perceptions of convenience and comfort affect customer interest in using Bank Syariah Indonesia during the covid-19 pandemic, while perceptions of benefit and risk have no effect on customer interest in using e-banking Bank Syariah Indonesia during the covid-19 pandemic in the city of malang.

Abstract

Perumahan dengan konsep Islami berkembang sangat pesat, bahkan saat pandemi Covid 19. Tidak adanya konsep baku tentang perumahan Islami memunculkan berbagai macam model perumahan Islami. Tak jarang perumahan Islami hanya dimaknai sebagai perumahan dengan transaksi tanpa  riba. Padahal sebagai salah satu  bagian dari aktivitas ekonomi dan kebutuhan dasar seorang Muslim, pengembangan perumahan harus diarahkan untuk mencapai falah yang terangkum dalam terwjudnya Maqasid Syariah. Karena itu kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganilis perumahan Islami terbesar di kota Malang, De Prima, dengan menggunakan perspektif Maqasid Syariah. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif - konseptual, penelitian menemukan bahwa pada secara umum perumahan De Prima telah melakukan pengembangan perumahan Islami sesuai dengan maqasih syariah. Konsep Islam tidak hanya diaplikasikan dalam transaksi pembiayaan tanpa riba, melainkan juga pada seluruh proses  pengembangan perumahan. Selain itu kajian juga  menemukan bahwa penjagaan terhadap agama (hifdz-al-Din) terimplementasikan dengan baik. Sedangkan penjagaan terhadap jiwa / kehidupan (hifdz al-Nafs) tidak terealisasi dengan baik. Ini terlihat dari tidak adanya fasilitas kesehatan yang memadai, baik di dalam perumahan maupun diluar perumahan yang dapat dijangkau dengan cepat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of technological advances and Islamic capital marketeducation on public interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. The method used is a correlationalquantitative method with several stages of research which include distributing questionnaires, collecting data,and analyzing data. The questionnaire was tested using validity test, reality test, normality test,multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, determination test (R2),and t test. The results of this study indicate that the variable of technological progress has a positive andsignificant effect on public interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. The Islamic capital marketeducation variable has a positive and significant effect on public interest in investing in the Islamic capitalmarket.

Abstract

Nowadays, halal tourism with economic community empowerment beinggoverment concentration in advancing the economy in Indonesia. Asset basedcommunity development is one of the method approach on empowering theeconomic community. Then, village assets such as nature, humans, and otherresources become a potential empowerment and welfare of the villagecommunity.Pujon Kidul as one of the tourism village destination has the both element :residents and village officials participated in the development and empowermentof the village community, is in line with Islamic principles, namely maqashidSyari’ah. This study exerts a qualitative approach with case study on Pujon Kidultourism village. Data from this study were obtained by conducting observations,interviews, and documentation.While the data were analyzed by triangulation method to determine thevalidity of the data obtained. Through this research, it was found that halaltourism development im Pujon Kidul village has a great strategy to build thevillage, as like the role of government of keeping al-Dharuriyat, industry sectorwhich can be material, financial, or empowerment training and private industry asfor keeping al-Hajjiyat, and maintaining tahsiniyat by using mass media to supportpromotional activities..

Abstract

Kegiatan jual beli produk fashion secara online atau melalui e-commerce sudah cukup berkembangsaat ini khususnya di Indonesia, sebab memiliki banyak manfaat yang salah satunya mempermudah konsumenuntuk memenuhi kebutuhan berbelanja lantaran lebih praktis dan dapat diakses dimanapun selama memilikikoneksi internet. Namun disisi lain kegiatan jual beli secara online juga memiliki dampak negatif terkaitpermasalahan hukum yang bisa merugikan konsumen. Dengan adanya permasalahan ini maka transaksitersebut dianggap tidak sah karena tidak sesuai dengan etika bisnis dan juga peraturan dalam hukum islam.Oleh sebab itu konsumen berhak mendapatkan perlindungan konsumen agar terpenuhi kebutuhanya dalammelakukan transaksi jual beli produk fashion secara online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatifdeskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data yang berkaitan dengan pembahasan dengan teknik library dan fieldresearch dan di analisa menggunakan metode triangulasi. Peneliti memperoleh hasil bahwasanya pelaku usahadalam transaksi jual beli produk fashion secara online sudah menerapkan peraturan sesuai dengan hukumislam dan juga etika bisnis islam yang mana berarti telah terjadi pula perlindungan konsumen di dalamtransaksi tersebut.
