Abstract

Keadaan pandemi ini merupakan salah satu faktor pendorong terciptanya persaingan bagi semua kalangan, terutama dalam hal ini para pelaku bisnis. Para pebisnis harus merespon situasi ini dengan bijak yang mendukung kebutuhan tersebut adalah internet. Perilaku konsumen merupakan sikap manusia dalam memanfaatkan pendapatannya dalam memenuhi kebutuhan, baik secara individu maupun sosial khususnya perempuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengacu pada proses pembelian produk atau jasa melalui internet dan untuk mengetahui perilaku konsumen serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen terhadap minat dan keputusan pembelian secara online pada Black Friday dan Flash Sales di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah membandingkan hasil penelitian, jurnal dan data yang meneliti belanja online di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pandemi belum mengurangi konsumen dalam membelanjakan suatu produk selama pandemi online. Meski budaya ini baru pertama kali ditanamkan di AS, negara lain juga merayakan pesta belanja online ini, termasuk Indonesia. Masyarakat Indonesia juga tertarik dengan pesta diskon di akhir tahun ini karena diberikan kemudahan berbelanja terutama pada saat pandemi yang hampir semuanya dilakukan secara online. Sehingga dapat menjadi referensi dan pertimbangan bagi e-commerce di Indonesia dalam menghubungkan dan menjaga pelanggan untuk memberikan promo diskon dan tetap berbelanja di tokonya agar toko tersebut menarik dan disukai oleh pembeli.

Abstract

Mengembangkan pertanian organik dipilih oleh Pemerintah Kota Batu didasarkan pada upaya pembangunan berkelanjutan di sektor pertanian Kota Batu dengan tujuan jangka panjang yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengembangkan pertanian berwawasan kesehatan yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Junrejo, Kota Batu, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan pertimbangan bahwa daerah tersebut merupakan rekomendasi dari Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kota Batu sebagaiwilayah pilot project sentrapengembangan pertanian padi organik di Kota Batu tepatnya pada kelompok tani Sri Mulyo, Desa Pendem. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode analisis nilai ekonomi total. Analisis nilai ekonomi total dipilih dalam penelitian ini dengan tujuan mengetahui  nilai benefit cost atau biaya yang dikeluarkan dengan manfaat yang diperoleh dari pengembangan pertanian organik. Berdasarkan hasil studi kasus ditemukan nilai ekonomi total pada pembangunan pertanian padi organik di Desa Pendem sebesar Rp. 1.123.447.422,- yang terdiri atas beberapa nilai sebagai berikut : .  Nilai  Manfaat  Langsung  sebesar  Rp.  189.780.000,.  Nilai  Manfaat  Tidak  Langsung  sebesar Rp.197.410.792,.  Nilai  Pilihan  sebesar  Rp.476.681.000, dan . Nilai  Keberadaan  sebesar  Rp. 259.575.630Kata kunci: Nilai Ekonomi Total, Pertanian Padi Organik

Abstract

Nowadays, halal tourism with economic community empowerment being goverment concentration in advancing the economy in Indonesia. Asset based community development is one of the method approach on empowering the economic community. Then, village assets such as nature, humans, and other resources become a potential empowerment and welfare of the village community. Jodipan as one of the tourism village destination has the both element : residents and village officials participated in the development and empowerment of the village community, is in line with Islamic principles, namely maqashid Syari’ah. This study exerts a qualitative approach with case study on Jodipan tourism village. Data from this study were obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. While the data were analyzed by triangulation method to determine the validity of the data obtained. Through this research, it was found that halal tourism development in Jodipan village has a great strategy to build the village, as like the role of government of keeping al-Dharuriyat, industry sector which can be material, financial, or empowerment training and private industry as for keeping al-Hajjiyat, and maintaining tahsiniyat by using mass media to support promotional activities.

Abstract

Peran literasi pemasaran Islami dalam memediasi keberadaan brand love terhadap suatu produk, dalam hal ini khususnya pada produk makanan halal, pada pembentukan pola perilaku belanja konsumen. Studi ini menemukan bahwa brand love merupakan determinan signifikan dari perilaku belanja konsumen untuk produk makanan halal. Selanjutnya, brand love berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan, kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen dengan literasi bentuk pemasaran islamic. Pentingnya literasi khususnya Islamic marketing dengan adanya brand love dalam membentuk pola perilaku konsumen saat berbelanja khususnya produk makanan halal. Temuan menunjukkan munculnya lima tema besar, yaitu pemasaran Islam dan perspektifnya, kegiatan dalam pemasaran Islam, peluang, kontroversi dan tantangan dalam Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran Islam memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap karakteristik perilaku berbelanja konsumen dan oleh karena itu mempengaruhi pilihan utama mereka tentang produk dan layanan tertentu. Studi ini menggambarkan berbagai desain dan metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam konteks makanan halal dan teori yang digunakan peneliti untuk menjelaskan perilaku pelanggan terhadap makanan halal dan determinan perilaku pelanggan terhadap makanan halal

Abstract

The banking world is currently experiencing rapid growth, new banks have emerged such as Islamic banks, so it is inevitable that a competitive and tight banking business will emerge. This service activity is expected to provide provisions for the participants, so that they can improve the Islamic economy. Understanding of Islamic banking products will provide benefits for them in terms of the Islamic economy. The systematics of the implementation of this service activity are Socialization, Literacy and Implementation with the assisted subjects who are partners of this community service activity are Karang Taruna and Dinoyo Residents in Lowokwaru District, Malang City. The activity is carried out in three stages, namely problem identification, activity implementation, and implementation evaluation. The result of the implementation of this activity was that the Participants expressed their gratitude to us for being given the opportunity to take part in the Islamic banking literacy and socialization activities so that they could open their minds who had so far felt that conventional banks and Islamic banks were the same. This shows that the literacy and socialization of Islamic banking in society is still not active enough so that activities like this should be carried out more frequently.

Abstract

Defrayal or financing is funding provided by one party to another to support the planned investment, either by themselves or institution. In other words, the financing is funding incurred to support the planned investment. Financing terms in effect means that I believe, I trust. The word financing means (trust) that means financial institutions as sahib al-mal put their trust in someone to carry out the given mandate. The fund should be used properly, fairly, and must be accompanied by a bond and the terms are clear and mutually beneficial for both parties. Each financial institution has syari’ah philosophy to seek the pleasure of Allah. to obtain good in the world and the hereafter. Therefore, any activities of financial institutions which feared deviate from the guidance of religion should be avoided. In the implementation of the financing, Islamic bank must fulfill two very important aspects, namely: (1) syar’i aspect, where in each realization of financing to customers, the Islamic bank must be oriented to the Islamic Shariah; and (2) the economic aspect, which is still considering the gains, both for banks and for Shariah bank customers

Abstract

This study focuses on the Islamic philanthropy movement and the optimization of ZISWAF conducted by LAZIS Sabilillah Malang City in an effort to overcome the economic recession in the city of Malang. Islamic philanthropy is an effort to alleviate poverty and empower the mustahiq economy through the provision of capital loans and business assistance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Islamic philanthropy variables and the optimization of ZIWAF on efforts to overcome the economic recession in Malang City through economic empowerment of business development and its implications for mustahiq through the utilization of zakat, infaq and shadaqah funds in LAZIS Sabilillah Malang City. The research methodology used in this research is research quantitative analysis tools with Smart PLS which aims to build a detailed view of the object of research by collecting information or symptoms that are happening now and then looking for solutions in solving the problem with a quantitative approach. The research design itself consists of two main activities, namely the data collection design and the sampling design. This study aims to determine the role of Islamic philanthropy that affects the optimization of ZISWAF against the economic recession in Malang City.From the results of this research, it can be found that the optimization of ZISWAFable to mediate the relationship of Islamic philanthropy programs carried out on the economic recession variable. Because the direct relationship between Islamic philanthropy and economic recession is significant, the optimization of ZISWAF mediates the relationship between Islamic philanthropy and partial mediation. The higher the ZISWAF optimization value obtained by mustahiq, the higher the success of overcoming the economic recession. the higher the Islamic philanthropy that exists and is obtained from mustahiq, the higher the success rate of overcoming the economic recession that is carried out. The higher the ZISWAF optimization obtained by mustahiq, the higher the success rate in overcoming the economic recession that is carried out.

Abstract

Halal tourism has recently begun to be frequently discussed with its enormous economic potential. referring to Crescent Rating data which states that in 2014 Muslims around the world spent around US$126.1 billion for tourism expenditure allocation where Indonesia was in the 6th position as the most favorite halal tourist destination in the world. This potential needs to be observed by Indonesia with several favorite tourist attractions that have long been known to the world in this country. Lombok Island as one of the favorite tourist destinations in Indonesia in 2015 has won two awards as the World's Best Halal Tourism Destination and the World's Best Halal Honeymoon Destination where the Governor of West Nusa Tenggara TGM Zainul Majdi has stated his readiness to develop halal tourism in Lombok. with several favorite destinations such as Senggigi Beach, Gili Trawangan, and Mount Rinjani. So in this journal, the author will describe the results of research using a SWOT analysis on the development of halal tourism on the island of Lombok.
