Abstract

The aim of the researchers was 1) to describe the quality of Islamic education in MAN Rejoso Darul Ulum Jombang. 2) describe the role of the principal in improving the quality of Islamic education in MAN Rejoso Darul Ulum Jombang. To get the results of the study, researchers used a qualitative approach with the basis of phenomenological thinking and the type of case study research, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that, 1) the quality of Islamic education in MAN Rejoso Darul Ulum Jombang has increasingly increased. This can be seen from the habituation and programs that have been designed starting from the activities of the Ministry of Religion or Ministry Of Religion, activities that are formed from Islamic boarding schools because the notes of students in the MAN Darul Ulum school are domiciled in boarding school and become the flagship program of the Qur'an. In addition, there are also many achievements in the field of religion, both academic and non-academic. 2) the role of the school principal in improving the quality of Islamic education, namely to request activities effectively and efficiently. Providing coaches for extras or teachers with training, seminars, workshops and training, collaborating with other agencies, adding religious subjects into intensive hours following PIB conducted in class XI and providing programs and religious practices to all students for example the Dhuha prayer, dzhur congregation, istighosah, reciting the yellow book, aqidatul lay and so on. Discipline students to carry out habituation and provide the widest possible forum for students who want to be creative.

Abstract

With the existence of qualified teachers, an educational institution can be qualified. From the background of the research above, the researcher formulated the problem, namely how about learning PAI in the classroom, the strategies or efforts of the teacher how to improve PAI learning, what factors support and inhibit the teacher in improving learning. with the aim of describing PAI learning. strategies or efforts or steps of the teacher in improving PAI learning, and describing the supporting and inhibiting factors of teachers in improving PAI learning. The study was conducted using qualitative research. The study used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are PAI learning using three programs, namely intraturicular, extracurricular, and co-curricular. Based on the findings of the teacher researchers provide strategies to students in the form of organizational strategies, learning strategies, and management strategies.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition of Al-Rifa'ie High School students who currently have some unskilled students communicating well in learning activities so that the learning outcomes obtained are not optimal, for example there are unskilled students who ask when they do not understand the subject matter given the teacher, when given the opportunity to answer by the teacher, students cannot answer questions correctly, clearly, and smoothly. Therefore, researchers want to do research to find out how the actual conditions of communication skills of students when learning, especially on Islamic Education subjects. This research is a quantitative research with research methods applied is descriptive method. In collecting data, researchers used the necessary research instruments, namely using a questionnaire and interviews. Analysis of each instrument that has been distributed, shows that the level of communication skills of students in the medium category. This is evident from the answers of students who are more focused on neutral answers, in the sense that these students are not so high in their communication skills, nor are their communication skills too low on PAI subjects. So they tend to be normal towards PAI subjects, their communication skills towards PAI subjects at a moderate level.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the use of application-based interactive learning media (kahoot), find out student learning outcomes after using application-based learning media (kahoot) and find out whether there is an effect of using application-based learning media (kahoot) on learning outcomes of class XI students at Al SMAI -Maarif Singosari.To achieve this goal, this research was conducted using a type of quantitative research using experimental methods with nonequivalent control group design. The research instruments in the form of tests and questionnaires were then tested for validity and reliability using the SPSS program. To test the hypothesis using a sample test paired sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that in the control class there is an average pretest value of 79.51 while the posttest mean value is 85.84 which is still lower than the experimental class. In the experimental class the average pretest score was 86.65 while the posttest average value was 91.84 higher than the control class. The average posttest value of the experimental class> control class is 91.84> 85.84 which means that the experimental class student learning outcomes are higher than the control class. In the paired t-test sample test, the test results obtained were sig-2 tailed at 0,000 <0,05, it was concluded that the use of interactive learning media based on the kahoot application had an effect on the learning outcomes of class XI students at Singosari Malang SMAI Al-Maarif means that the use of application-based learning media is more effective.

Abstract

The teacher is only guided by the material taught by the lecture method, a method that makes students easily bored in learning, so that is what causes student learning outcomes to be less than optimal.  this research was conducted at Mts Darul falah Tunjungtirto singosari, Malang.  the method of data analyst in this study is to use the percentage and the results are as follows, I before applying the make a match learning model on student learning outcomes did not reach the KKM that is 42%, after applying the make a match learning model can be known to increase student learning outcomes  in cycle 1 there was an increase of as much as 75%, while students who had not yet reached KKM were 4 students, based on the results of cycle 2 tests, it was found that an average of 89 and students graduated up to 94%,, So in this case it can be concluded that there is an increase in student learning outcomes through the application of learning models make a match in food and beverage material that is lawful and unlawful in VII Darul Falah's class.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Indonesian waqiah majelis in adolescent moral development in the Merjosari Malang joyogrand housing complex. The problem found in Joyogrand's residential area, Merjosari sub-district, Malang, is still a lot of activities that can damage the morale of teenagers. Among them like hanging out accompanied by drinking (drunkenness), spending time playing games or gadgets together until the early hours of the morning, holding orchestras that often cause commotion and often come together with playing cards at night. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods and types of case studies. Where data collection is obtained from the results based on observation, interviews, and documentation. And analyzing data is done by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that the Indonesian majelis taklim waqiah is able to provide positive benefits to the congregation especially the teenagers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts of teachers in increasing the motivation that exists in class VII students of MTs Al-Ma'arif 02 Singosari. The problems faced by students are still very lacking in learning because many students use gadgets, which increasingly affect students in their learning, from the surrounding environment, wrong in association, lack of attention from parents in learning students. The research location located in the MTs Al-Ma'arif 02 Singosari school located on the street Sidorejo No. 55 Singosari Malang Regency. In this study used is a qualitative method, where documents are obtained based on the results of interviews, observation, and documentation. Which is analyzed by document reduction, document presentation, conclusion drawing. From the results of this study indicate that the motivation that exists in students is still lacking so that the teacher seeks to increase motivation in students with strategies, methods, giving rewards and penalties. While the supporting factors in motivation to learn are the facilities that support the learning process such as LCD and writing, rewards, and a high level of interest in learning. inhibiting factors for the background of students who come from broken home families, poor moral condition, wrong relationships, and low levels of interest.

Abstract

Leadership is the school in implementing school-based management to improve the quality of education in SMP Ma’arif Batu. The purpose of this studi was to obtain a picture of the leadership of principals SMP Ma’arif Batu, school-based management SMP Ma’arif Batu, and the level of quality of education in SMP Ma’arif Batu, and knowing leadership is the school in implementing school-based management to improve the quality of education in SMP Ma’arif Batu. The data is obtained by means of observation,interview, and documentation. Of the analytical menthod used there are there stages namely data reduction data, presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that leadership is the school in implementing school-based management to improve the quality of education in SMP Ma’arif Batu has been going well, if seen the application of the principals in implementing school-based management to improve the quality of education, so that all probelms can be resolved and develop their potential. SMP Ma’arif Batu should pay more attention to leadership style and the application of school-based management not only responsible and participation in currriculum program programs and personnnel decisions but also responsible for increasing the accontability of program success. Principals must be smart in leading groups and delegating tasks and authority. So, that each group is awareof their respective duties and functions in applying the quality of education in SMP Ma’arif Batu.

Abstract

This study aims to describe 1) juvenile religious behavior in adolescents and 2) the role of adolescent parents. The approach used is a qualitative approach, and the type of research is a case study. Data collection is done by observation method, interview method and documentation method. Technical data analysis uses 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Check the validity of the data with an extension of participation, persistence of observation, and triangulation. The results of this study are; 1) religious behavior of adolescents in Santren Hamlet Mendalan Wangi Village, Wagir Sub-District, Malang Regency, many are religious and few are not religious. It is said to be religious because: teenage children are obedient to their parents, polite teenage children to the older, teenagers are active to mosques or prayer rooms, teenage children often attend religious activities, 2) parents in Santren Hamlet, Mendalan Wangi Village, Wagir District, Malang Regency, like; encourage or support any religious activity that is followed by adolescents, fostering personal adolescents by teaching ethics in daily life, teaching mahdhah worship and ghairu mahdhah worship, and advising teenagers with talk and accompanied by action.

Abstract

In today's era, technology has increased so rapidly that there needs to be a more effective and efficient learning method. The suitable method is the mindmapping method using the Imindmap application. This research will be examined at MA An-nur Bululawang in the X-IAG class. The researcher carried out there because there were many problems in class X-IAG such as lazy learning, lack of motivation, etc. which resulted in student learning outcomes declining. Therefore, there is a need for research to create a good classroom atmosphere. With this research, hopefully students can improve student learning outcomes. The desired results from researchers are looking at improving student learning outcomes.
