Abstract

Introduction. Insomnia is a sleep disorder that is often a complaint in the elderly which ischaracterized by difficulty sleeping and maintaining sleep. There are various recommendedtherapies for the management of insomnia. One of the therapies used was hypnotherapywhich aimed to find out, compare and analyze hypnotherapy as an intervention inInsomnia. Method. This study used a systematic review design, following guidelinesdescribed by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis(PRISMA). The library source search was conducted online using the Google Scholar,Pubmed, and Science Direct databases. The keywords used are "effectivity","hypnotherapy", "insomnia". The literature search was limited to 2013 to 2021. 7 articleswere analyzed. The articles were selected using the inclusion criteria, namely full textarticles. Results&Analysis. Insomnia is still a health problem in the elderly. Variousattempts have been made to reduce the incidence of insomnia. Hypnotherapy can beapplied to therapeutic. Hypnotherapy provides benefits to reduce insomnia. Hypnotherapyin audio form can increase relaxation thereby reducing insomnia in the elderly.Discussion. Interventions carried out using hypnotherapy have potential in today's digitalera. Further research is needed to identify, develop and analyze a hypnosis-based insomniacontrol model on the index of insomnia, anxiety and sleep quality in the elderly. Inaddition, further research on the mechanism of cognitive therapy that plays a role in thecontrol model.

Abstract

Introduction. Coronavirus Disease 2019 is caused by SARS-Cov-2 which can be transmitted through physical contact such as touching and shaking hands with sufferers. School-age children are at high risk of hand-to-mouth transfer when they come into contact with feces while playing on the school grounds. School is a strategic place and plays a role in optimizing the growth and development of school-age children with promotive and preventive efforts in health. Health education with audio visual will make them imagine and want to try something new, so that through this media it will improve their intellectual and cognitive abilities. This research aim was to analysis effect of health education with audio-visual media as Covid-19 prevention on handwashing behaviour in school age children. Method. This research was Pra-Experiment with one group pretest-posttest design. The number of respondents is 28 students of class V and VI SD Negeri Kapasan 5 Surabaya. Collecting data using observation checklists and questionnaire sheets. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test with a significance level of 0.05. Results & Analysis. This study showed there was an effect of health education with audio-visual media on the ability (p=0.000<0.05), knowledge (p=0.001<0.05), and handwashing attitude (p=0.001<0.05) in school-age children as Covid-19 prevention. Discussions. School-age children are in an active and imaginative phase. Audio visual media make them more interested in learning, because through the media sound and images are presented to support the learning process. Children also experience good and optimal cognitive, motor and intellectual development.

Abstract

Introduction. The hospital as an institution that provides health services has the same responsibility as other health care institutions to improve the health status of the community. Health problems have become a basic need for society. The increase in the standard of living of the community, makes the demands of the community on the quality of health services also increase. The purpose of this study was to analyze correlation of quality health services and the motivation of patients revisiting polyclinic. Methods. The research design used in this study was a descriptive research design with a cross sectional approach. Population was patients who attend Polyclinic of Adi Husada Kapasari Hospital during the research. Sample size in this research were 24 respondents, using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data analysis used Spearman Rho test. Results & Analysis. Results obtained higher service quality in the category of Enough as many as 14 people (58%), motivation to visit the polyclinic is higher in the Good category as many as 12 people (50%). The results of the Spearman test showed that there was a relationship between service quality and motivation to return to the polyclinic (p value = 0.000 <0.05). Discussion.It is hoped that hospitals should evaluate the quality of health services periodically to ensure whether the quality of health services provided by health workers is consistent and in accordance with hospital standards.

Abstract

Introduction. The ability to pay or ability to pay (ATP) is defined as a person's ability to pay for a service or service he receives based on income that is considered ideal. A total of 586,893 (94.55%) residents of Jambi City have become participants in the National Health Insurance (JKN), but the high number of JKN participants is not accompanied by the active participation of the participants in paying monthly fees. as many as 77,489 participants in class I-III. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the ability to pay the contributions of PBPU national health insurance (JKN) participants. Methods. Quantitative study with cross sectional design sample were 83 participants of the national health insurance (JKN) PBPU. Sample taken with cluster sampling technique. Results & Analysis. The variable ownership of assets has a correlation with the ability to pay contributions with (p = 0.020) and PR (5.379) and the income variable has no correlation with the ability to pay contributions with (p = 0.191) and PR (2.356). There was correlation between asset ownership and the ability to pay contributions for PBPU national health insurance (JKN) participants in Kota Baru and Jambi Selatan sub-districts. Discussion. It is hoped that there will be coordination between BPJS and the Social Service departement regarding the participants who have been registered for contribution assistance recipients (PBI) and re-examine whether the participants really fall into the category of the poor and cannot afford, so that they are entitled to receive contribution assistance.

Abstract

Introduction. The current work situation is not in line with expectations desired (the emergence of dissatisfaction at work). Most companies sure ever colored with the phenomenon of employees who have the desire to move (intention to leave). The research aims to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction, OrganizationalCommitment and Job Stress partially or simultaneously on the intention to leave atNahdlatul Ulama Hospital in Tuban. Method. The research uses a quantitative causal and associative approach. The sample amounted to 92 people. Determination of the sample in this study using the method of saturated sampling. Gathering data using questionnaires and interviews, while the analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. Result & Analysis. Research at a significance level of 5% showed that: 1) t-test result on job satisfaction variable is -2.162 with a significance value of 0.033. It means job satisfaction has a negative and significant influence on the intention to leave. 2) t-test on the organizational commitment variable is -2.333 with a significance value of 0.022. It means organizational commitment has a negative and significant influence on the intention to leave. 3) t-test on the job stress variable is 2.241 with a significant value of 0.021. it means job stress has a positive and significant influence on the intention to leave. 4) Determination coefficient test (R2) for X1, X2 and X3 is 0.234, which means the intention to leave can be influenced by job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job stress around 23.4%, then other factors around 76.6%. Discussion. there is no significant effect significant between organizational commitment variables on employee intention to leave Nahdlatul Ulama Hospital in Tuban, where it is known that organizational commitment has negative influence, which means a high level of organizational commitment will make the intention to leave decrease and vice versa if the commitment the organization in a company is low, the intention to leave the employee will be high. with response time.

Abstract

Introduction. Patient safety incidents type of clinic administration are incidents that occur in the process of patient identification, handover, agreement, informed consent, queuing, referral, admission, discharge of patients from inpatient, transfer of care, division of tasks, response of emergency. Methods. Based on patient safety incidents reports of RSNU Tuban, there were 12 patient safety incidents type of clinic administration (standard 0% or zero accident) during January 2021-June 2016 in inpatient unit. This research and to analyze the correlation between nurse's individual characteristics with patient safety incidents type of clinic administration. This research was an observational descriptive study with cross sectional design. Questionnaires were distributed to 48 nurses that divided into 6 inpatient units. Result & Analysis. The results of this research showed that the lower the nurse's knowledge about patient safety and patient safety incidents type of clinic administration, the higher the nurse's work fatigue, the lower the nurse's motivation toward the application of patient safety program, the higher the tendency of patient safety incidents type of clinic administration occurred in inpatient unit of RSNU Tuban. Discussion. The conclusion of this research are knowledge, work fatigue, motivation of nurse have a correlation with patient safety incidents type of clinic administration in inpatient unit of RSNU Tuban.

Abstract

Introduction. To know people's judgment of the services provided by Tuban public health center to the public, there should be a measure of the level of people's satisfaction with health services. The purpose of this study was to measure people's satisfaction based on Permenpan RB number 16 in 2014 and measure people's satisfaction based on the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSIndex). Methods. This study was observational. There were 13 health centers in Tuban analyzed. The sample was 450 people who used health services in Tuban public health centers. The first analysis used the data by Permenpan RB No. 16 of 2014, and the second used the Customer Satisfaction Index (CS Index). Result & Analysis. The results of this research-based Permenpan number 16 of 2014 found all public health centers in Tuban had a value of community satisfaction index in either category. By using CSIndex, it was found that the entire public health center had high satisfaction. Discussion. The value of the Community Satisfaction Index in all public health centers was rather satisfactory. Some reconstruction for supporting facilities, such as clean toilets, comfortable and clean waiting rooms, service information, service flow, management improvement, and product marketing should be done.

Abstract

Introduction. Periapical disease can be treated by endodontic treatment. One way to evaluate the success of the root canal treatment is operating the treatment radiographically used Periapical Index, Strindberg’s Criteria dan Molven’s Criteria. Along with the development of technology, one of the tools that can be used is Computed Radiography. This tool is used to detect abnormalities and periapical healing process. Evaluating the success of root canal treatment using Computed Radiography with Periapical Index, Strindberg's Criteria and Molven's Criteria. Methods. The research sample is computed radiography data at Academic Dental Hospital within a total of 48 samples of single root canal teeth. The observation was observed by two observers through the google form link, before and after root canal treatment according to the criteria. The final results of this research were analyzed using Kappa Test, Kruskal Wallis Non-Parametric Test and Mann Whitney Post Hoc Test. Results & Analysis. The kappa or agreement value of the assessment was higher on the Strindberg's Criteria with a fairly high interpretation compared to the Periapical Index and Molven's Criteria, both of which only scored moderately. There are different assessments when using different types of assessment on the Periapical Index and Strindberg's Criteria. Discussion. Agreement value of the assessment was higher on the Strindberg's Criteria with a fairly high interpretation.

Abstract

Introduction. The problem in this study is the employee turnover rate of at Nahdlatul Ulama Hospital Tuban which is still above the predetermined standard of 5%, while the turnover value in 2021 is an average of 7.44%. Turnover is often used by employees to get or look for better conditions, but this can cause losses for the organization they leave. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Turnover Intention on the performance of honorary employees at at Nahdlatul Ulama Hospital Tuban. Methods. This research was cross sectional design. Sampling technique using proportional random sampling obtained a sample of 71 employees. The analytical technique used was T-test and Kendall Tau correlation to determine the correlation between independent variable (turnover intention) and dependent variable (employee performance). Results & Analysis. The results showed that the value of the Turnover Intention of honorary employees at the Tuban Hospital was included in the medium category and employee performance was also included in the medium category, while the T test showed that the value of sig 0.008 <0.05, which means that there is an effect of Turnover Intention on performance. Honorary employees and Kendal's correlation value of 0.290 have a weak relationship. Discussion. There is an effect of Turnover Intention on the performance of honorary employees at Nahdlatul Ulama Hospital Tuban Tuban, to decrease turnover give rewards to employees who excel, vacation bonuses, and appropriate compensation for employees.

Abstract

Introduction. Response time can cause physical disability and death in patients, the speed, in this case, is an action less than 5 minutes from the patient's arrival at the Emergency department, indirectly experience and education may be related to the length of response time. Based on the problem above, the researcher is interested in researching The relationship between work experience and nurse education with response time for handling patients in the Emergency Installation of RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban. Method. This research uses an analytic survey research design with a cross-sectional time approach. Respondents in this study are all nurses at the RSUD Dr. R. Koesma Tuban were 23 nurses, the technique used in the study was total sampling. The independent variable in this study is work experience and nurse education while the dependent variable is the response time for patient care.The instrument used was a questionnaire, and the analysis of this study used the Pearson correlation test. Results & Analysis. Statistical test results on work experience variables with response time obtained Sig (2-tailed) of 0.04 less than 0.05 then there is a correlation, while for the education level variable obtained Sig (2-tailed) 0.58 greater than 0.05 then it does not have a correlation to response time. There is a relationship between work experience with the response time of handling patients and the level of education has no relationship with response time. Discussion.  Work experience had relationship with the response time of handling patients and nurses need to improve response time of handling patients.
