Abstract

Abstract

The importance of training and development for organizations is crucial. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of training and development staff within the PKT organization. It explores how effective training and development can positively impact an organization and help achieve its goals. A group of 70 staff members participated in the survey-based study. The results showed that the majority of staff experienced improvements in knowledge, motivation, innovation, knowledge transfer, and confidence in teaching courses as a result of the training and development programs. The results show that there is a strong connection between specific training efforts and improved staff performance, emphasizing the significance of ongoing professional development. Moreover, the study identifies important elements that contribute to the effectiveness of training programs, such as being in line with the organization's objectives, engaging employees, and providing continuous support. The research ends by suggesting ways for organizations to improve their training and development strategies, ultimately unleashing their workforce's full potential and cultivating a culture of continual enhancement. Nevertheless, there are challenges such as cost, limited resources, and changes in technology, as well as potential solutions. It is anticipated that by using the results of this study and implementing several proposed plans, the organization will be able to maximize the benefits of training and development for their staff and achieve long-term objectives.

Abstract

The need for advanced surveillance systems has increased in recent years, reflecting the growing need for increased security measures in a variety of areas, including public safety, industrial monitoring, and military activities. This abstract proposes the development and execution of an autonomous surveillance robot equipped with cutting-edge technologies to improve security monitoring capabilities. By integrating a variety of sensors, such as motion detectors, infrared sensors, and cameras, the suggested surveillance robot is able to precisely and accurately sense its surroundings. With the use of artificial intelligence algorithms, the robot can detect and monitor several targets, navigate through complex areas on its own, and recognize suspicious activity in real time. One of the surveillance robot's primary characteristics is its strong mobility, which enables it to move across a variety of surfaces, including both indoor and outdoor ones. In addition, the robot is built to function well in a range of weather scenarios, guaranteeing continuous observation capabilities. All things considered, the suggested autonomous surveillance robot is a noteworthy development in security technology, providing better situational awareness, faster reaction times, and increased surveillance capabilities, all of which eventually raise the general level of safety and security in both public and private areas.

Abstract

This study is to identify the suitability of the excellent talent components based on the industry's needs for more multitasking engineering graduates. Today's industry needs involve a workforce that is able to equip themselves with a wider range of skills and talents, especially in the world of digitalization. With that, there are several domains that have been identified in shaping the work talents of students. Among them are 1) relational talents; 2) the talent to influence, 3) the talent for self-improvement; 4) talent for thinking, 5) talent for digitalization technology and; 6) employability talent to ensure that TVET graduates are able to work in a high-tech environment in the future. The data of this study involved 741 respondents collected through a set of questionnaires at technical universities this study focuses on the guidelines in PPPM (PT) 2015-2025 to produce multitasking TVET graduates. The study used Win steps software and Statistical Packages for the Social Sciences. The results were to determine the usability of the items in the study, the mean score and the mean measure of domain is show that all components for each domain were appropriate. Where, 42 components for 6 domains were obtained suitable. That all 6 component is for; 1) relational talents; 2) the talent to influence, 3) the talent for self-improvement; 4) talent for thinking, 5) talent for digitalization technology and; 6) employability talent are suitable. This study prepare graduates with competent work styles to contribute the production of expert manpower in technologically advanced industrial world.
