Ray Traso Jaya is company that manufactures and sells paving block products , bataco , riol concrete and pits wind where in the production process experience disturbance in carry out the production process caused level management supply ingredient raw sand and cement that are not optimal as a result company difficulty for Fulfill needs customers who are fluctuating . Formulas problem in study this is " How " determine supply ingredient raw materials and costs supply ingredient optimal raw material at Sinar Traso Jaya?”. Study this aim for determine supply ingredient optimal raw material and cost supply ingredient optimal raw . Method analysis used _ in research this is method Analysis Calculation With Markov Chain. Where is the result study this company can adapt costs required at the time level booking with ingredient fluctuating standard _ with notice stock ingredient available raw . _ That is if ingredient raw sand initial 0 or stock empty on level ordering 170.638 kg the optimal cost is at Rp. 1300,000 , if ingredient cement raw 0 or stock empty on level booking as much as 57,617 kg with the optimal cost is IDR 1,300,000.

Abstract

Website is one of the services that can be used by computer users connected to the internet . The website makes it easy for computer users to interact with other internet users and browse information on the internet network . Kindergarten is one of the institutions engaged in the field of education for early childhood. The purpose of making this thesis is to create an academic information website for parents of students in kindergarten. To create a kindergarten website , several methods are needed. In this thesis report the methods used include literature study, observation and interviews. This website was developed using the PHP programming language and database used is a MySQL database. In this thesis report, a system has been created that has facilities such as student data, teacher data, class data, child achievement data, child grade data, child report cards data, announcement data, and activities in kindergarten.

Abstract

Based on the results of the discussion in data processing according to field data, there are the results of the discussion, as follows: The number of street light poles is 100 traveling rods and one hundred lighting lamps. The distance between the poles is 50 meters and the height of the poles is 7 meters and the LED lights are 90 watts so that they do not meet the lighting standards of general street lights. Installation must follow the provisions for installing aerial cables in PUIL 2000 TC (Twistet cabel) as aerial cables are already familiar in the field. (In PUIL, there are various types of aerial cables NFY, NFAY, NF2X, NFA2X, etc.) On the TC cable for identification: On the TC cable there is a line / strip one is used to mark the phase = N, On the TC cable there is no line / strip is used to mark the neutral = N The nominal current in each panel is 12.37 amperes and the total use of lighting on the Sutomo-Merdeka road is 18,000 watts . The total cost budget is; total material price + tax + profit = IDR 1,515,164,000.- + IDR 174, 243,860.- + IDR 303,032,000.- , = IDR 1,992,440,660 -.

Abstract

In this final project, a submersible pump has been applied. From the pump data obtained a capacity of 27.10 l/s. Pump head 14.62 m based on calculations in the field. By using empirical equations it can be determined the main parameters of pump planning, namely specific speed, pressure loss on the pipe wall, length, diameter and type of pipe, number and type of pipe accessories used. By conducting research and measurements in the field, the pipe diameter is 6 inches, the type of Ci and the length of the pipe is 1260 meters using the Hazen William formula and the continuity of flow and pressure loss along the pipe (head losses friction) and pressure losses (head losses minor) is 20.50 meters.

Abstract

Dense traffic on the roadway often causes traffic bottlenecks, particularly at intersections, such as the unsignalized junction of Tukad Yeh Aya Street and Pemuda Street. The study goals are three analyses: existing performance analysis, alternative selection, and forecast analysis. The study of the performance of the Tukad Yeh Aya Street – Pemuda Street junction in the current situation yields a value of C, which is represented by the duration of intersection delay, which is 24.53 seconds / cur. This result is 1,09 more than PKJI, 2014 limit of 0.85. As a result, various options must be implemented or planned in order to decrease the value of the degree of saturation to a specified limit. To enhance the performance of the Tukad Yeh Aya Street – Pemuda Street junction, two options were based on the current circumstances, designing a one-way and adding APILL lights for four stages led by 2014 PKJI. After calculating, the alternative finds that the one-way road planning alternative has an intersection delay of 10.06 second / cur or the service level is good with a value of B. Therefore, the one-way road planning alternative is chosen as the one that will be used in planning the next five years.

Abstract

In this paper, the K-Nearest Neighbor and XGBoost algorithms will be implemented in lung cancer prediction. This prediction is important because lung cancer is one of the highest causes of death worldwide. Prediction and diagnosis of this cancer can be done with machine learning algorithms such as K-Nearest Neighbor and XGBoost. Based on the results of the analysis and testing of the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm and the XGBoost algorithm, the results show that the two algorithms obtain a very good level of accuracy, as well as obtain a balanced precision, recall, and f1-score. But in this case the XGBoost algorithm tends to be better than the KNN algorithm in recognizing a given data pattern.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of fuzzy logic in the design of an automatic water valve system. Fuzzy logic is used to calculate input values to avoid inappropriate power due to excessive sensor input variations. The system performance assessed is the success of the system in regulating the number of people at the capacity of water volume availability. The sensor system detects the number of people entering to determine the capacity according to the given input. The system is designed using an ATmega328 microcontroller. Ultrasonic & PIR sensors are used to predict the number of people passing by the door. To evaluate the performance of the system, the maximum number of 800 people, to avoid system failure. Experiments showed better accuracy in determining the degree of rotation of potentials and relays when the Tsukamoto fuzzy logic model was implemented. The system is more stable and the average value obtained is 34.1%.

Abstract

In the last 10 years, competition between companies (business entities) has become increasingly sharp. The company continuously strives to reduce production costs and improve the quality of its products. The development of cooperation with suppliers is one of the efforts made by many companies to achieve this goal. Currently no single company can manufacture its products without the involvement of suppliers. Collaboration in determining policies for supplying and manufacturing companies in terms of supply creates a production system network ( PSN) that has a collaborative relationship pattern . This relationship creates an innovation in the manufacturing system which certainly brings benefits to both parties. Silver, Pyke and Peterson (1998) suggested the need for coordination in determining inventory policies between suppliers and manufacturers, with the aim of being able to make savings on the aspects of setup costs per unit, ordering costs per unit and transportation costs per unit. Determination of inventory policy as a result of cooperation between suppliers and manufacturers creates the need to determine the combined lot size. The research objective is to obtain a combined lot size determination model that takes into account the aspects of reducing setup and improving production quality. The results of demand forecasting in the future are the basis for calculations in production planning, inventory control and calculating the cost of procuring the most economical raw materials.

Abstract

There are various problems experienced by cadets at the Indonesian Aviator Academy (API) Banyuwangi, one of which is the effect of engine vibrations on the pilot of the cessna 172s aircraft. Vibration is a physical factor in the workplace that comes from the work equipment used. The impact of vibration on humans mainly occurs in certain parts of organs such as: chest, head, jaw, nerves and other joints. In general, exposure to mechanical vibrations in the body can cause disturbances in comfort at work, accelerate the occurrence of work fatigue and the emergence of disturbances to occupational health. The discomfort that affects the cadets at the Indonesian Aviator Academy (API) Banyuwangi affects the causes of fatigue that can cause plane crashes. This study aims to determine the effect of engine vibration on the performance of the pilot of the cessna 172s aircraft. The results of this study were based on questionnaire data obtained from cadets, 50% of 25 respondents answered that they had felt numbness in the hands when holding the steering lever of the aircraft and felt anxious when there was excessive vibration. The condition experienced can be a safety risk for pilots and cadets if the existing problem is not quickly given a solution to the solution.
