Noise becomes a very important issue to reach a level of comfort in the room. Many technical efforts are made to reduce noise levels such as by creating materials that are able to absorb sound waves well. The results of the study show that many materials can be used as noise absorbers, one of which is patchwork waste. The research aim to study is to obtain effective results from room dampening by utilizing used fabric waste. This study examined used fabric waste as soundproof partition walls. The method used to determine the value of sound red uction and absorption coefficient is a method of measuring sound from different positions with variations in fabric types and variations in shape of space. Variations in the type of fabric are woolen fabrics, denim fabrics, and cotton fabrics. While the va riation of the shape of the wake is the shape of a cube, cone and tube. The optimum results obtained at the side measurement position, cube space shape, and type of fabric are wool fabric with a percentage of noise reduction of 35.38% from 80 dB to 51.7 dB .

There are various problems experienced by cadets at the Indonesian Aviator Academy (API) Banyuwangi, one of which is the effect of engine vibrations on the pilot of the cessna 172s aircraft. Vibration is a physical factor in the workplace that comes from the work equipment used. The impact of vibration on humans mainly occurs in certain parts of organs such as: chest, head, jaw, nerves and other joints. In general, exposure to mechanical vibrations in the body can cause disturbances in comfort at work, accelerate the occurrence of work fatigue and the emergence of disturbances to occupational health. The discomfort that affects the cadets at the Indonesian Aviator Academy (API) Banyuwangi affects the causes of fatigue that can cause plane crashes. This study aims to determine the effect of engine vibration on the performance of the pilot of the cessna 172s aircraft. The results of this study were based on questionnaire data obtained from cadets, 50% of 25 respondents answered that they had felt numbness in the hands when holding the steering lever of the aircraft and felt anxious when there was excessive vibration. The condition experienced can be a safety risk for pilots and cadets if the existing problem is not quickly given a solution to the solution.

FOD (Foreign Object Debris) merupakan aspek kritis dalam operasi penerbangan di landasan bandara. FOD merujuk pada segala jenis benda asing yang dapat ditemukan di landasan pacu, taxiway, dan area di sekitar bandara. Seiring berjalannya waktu, teknologi deteksi FOD terus ditingkatkan untuk memastikan keselamatan dan keamanan penerbangan yang lebih baik. Salah satu komponen utama dari sistem deteksi FOD yang canggih adalah kamera visual yang dapat mendeteksi benda-benda asing pada landasan pacu dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi sehingga memungkinkan tindakan pencegahan yang tepat waktu. Metode pendeteksian objek asing di landasan bandara menggunakan YOLOv5 (You Only Look Once version 5) adalah pendekatan yang menggabungkan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dengan teknologi visualisasi komputer untuk mendeteksi objek. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan model deteksi FOD menggunakan YoloV5 dalam upaya meningkatkan keamanan di landasan bandara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan action camera untuk menangkap berbagai objek yang dapat ditemukan di landasan bandara. Kemudian, melatih model YoloV5 menggunakan data yang didapatkan untuk mengidentifikasi dan melacak objek-objek tersebut secara otomatis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa YoloV5 memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi sebesar 70% dalam mendeteksi objek-objek di landasan bandara tanpa terpengaruh oleh berbagai kondisi pencahayaan dan cuaca.

Abstrak Suhu perairan berperan mengendalikan kondisi ekosistem perairan. Peningkatan suhu menyebabkan peningkatan dekomposisi bahan organic oleh mikroba. Perubahan suhu permukaan dapat berpengaruh terhadap proses fisik, kimia dan biologi di perairan tersebut. Suhu air yang baik adalah antara 25℃-30℃, pada derah yang suhu air nya relatif rendah atau pun tinggi perlu pemanas atau pendingin untuk mencapai suhu yang relatif stabil. Pada sensor suhu yan berbahan dasar logam, semakin tinggi suhu maka nilai resistansi akan semakin besar. Salah satu sistem pendingin yang biasa digunakan oleh masyarakat adalah lemari es. Sebagian besar lemari es menggunakan sistem refrigeraasi kompresi uap (SRKU) yang memiliki coefficient of performance (COP) yang tinggi dibandingkan sistem pendingin lainnya. Suhu air memang harus dipertahankan dalam hal budidaya jika suhu naik ikan akan stress sedangkan ada beberapa cara untuk mempertahankan suhu air bisa dengan TEC termoelektric control atau sistem kompresi dengan sistem pendinginan kompresor dengan freon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain inovasi pengkondisian suhu air pada proses pemijahan kepiting bakau. Kata kunci: suhu, sistem pendingin, kepiting

This paper discusses control mass-spring-dumper (MSD) system used in vehicle suspensions. The vehicle suspension consists of mass, coil (spring), and shock absorber (dumper). MSD provided a shock effect when the vehicle was caused by the frictional force on the load. The dificulty to achive the stability of suspension and the following of set point tracking. Therefore, the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) based on tuning 1-degree of freedom (1-DOF) and 2-degree of freedom (2-DOF) were proposed to stability when the disturbance accours. The MSD equation was obtained by using the laplace transform and validated in Matlab Simulink. The result shows that the proposed PID control reduces disturbance rejection by the smaller set point tracking peak amplitude of 0.01, overshoot of 0.68%, rise time of 0.199 seconds. The 1-DOF tuning achieved set point tracking and disturbance rejection with a peak amplitude of 1.13, overshoot 12.9%, rise time 0.134 seconds, and the 2-DOF tuning achived set point tracking and disturbance rejection with peak amplitude of 1.07, overshoot 6.53%, rise time 1.28 seconds. The proposed PID control has the best performance than 1-DOF and 2-DOF controller.

This research aims to examine the effect of the avgas-ethanol fuel mixture on the fuel spray temperature. The research was carried out using a pressurized tube which was sprayed into the mock up which was assumed to be an aircraft combustion chamber with a pressure of 2 bar and a distance of 7,73 cm which would later be sprayed using pure avgas, a mixture of avgas and ethanol namely A80E20 and A60E40 then added with a temperature sensor at the end nozzle, center of jet, and impact wall. The spray temperature can result in incomplete combustion and result in higher exhaust emissions and also damage to the engine if it does not match the temperature capacity of the combustion chamber walls. The spray temperature results for the A60E40 fuel mixture are the lowest temperature, namely 25o-18.2oC and knowing that the more fuel is mixed, the lower the temperature of the fuel.

The throttle is a device on the Cessna 172s training aircraft which is used to increase the amount of air used during combustion. To help overcome difficult throttle adjustments, special tools are needed in the form of a tracker. The existence of representative and useful tools to make things easier and save costs is really needed, therefore research to create work aids currently needs to be increased. Tool testing is also very important in knowing the maximum working point of the tracker tool which can determine properties such as shear elastic modulus, torsional yield strength and rupture modulus. The torsion test results consist of two parameters, namely the torsional moment parameter and the shear stress parameter. The tool that has been created in this research will analyze torsional strength using simulation.

Noise is a sound that causes sound violence and disturbs humans. In the aviation industry, noise affects flight safety and success because it can interfere with the concentration and performance of flight cadets. In addition, high intensity can also cause stress and fatigue in flight cadets, reducing their ability to maintain focus and respond to critical situations. This study aimed to analyze the impact of noise produced by engine sounds and radio signals on pilots. The results of this study on the aircraft dashbord sound noise value is greater because the aircraft dashbord clan is located adjacent to the engine while the smallest noise value is found in data retrieval in the back seat because it is farther from the engine. Sarden merupakan salah satu makanan instan yang diunggulkan di Indonesia. Namun, ada berbagai masalah yang ada didalam pengalengan ikan sarden, diantaranya adalah korosi. Salah satu upaya pencegahan korosi adalah dengan menggunakan metode pelapisan. Inhibitor organik merupakan pelapis yang harganya terjangkau dan mudah didapat di alam untuk industri pangan. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan inhibitor organik dengan metode pelapisan menggunakan ekstrak gambir dan kopi pada sambungan las SMAW stainless steel aisi 304 karena penerapan metode tersebut mudah, bahan mudah didapat dari alam dan aman untuk lingkungan industri. Penelitian ini mengambil sample pipa saluran saus sarden di PT Balmbangan Food Packers Indonesia. Sambungan pipa yang terkorosi diambil untuk analisa kronologi laju korosi yang terjadi pada sambungan pipa dengan menggunakan SEM, pipa di potong searah dengan garis pipa untuk dapat menampilkan struktuk sambungan secara rinci. Dalam penelitian ini penambahan inhibitor organik kombinasi ekstrak daun gambir (uncaria gambir roxb) dan ekstrak kopi (coffea) pada sambungan las SMAW plat baja tahan karat AISI 304 dapat menurunkan laju korosi pada sambungan plat baja tahan karat dari laju korosi sebelumnya. Perbandingan kombinasi terbaik inhibitor yakni 70% ekstrak kopi dan 30% ekstrak gambir.

Indonesia is the fourth coffee producer in the world after Brazil, Vietnam and Colombia. However, in the 2018-2021 period, the value of Indonesian coffee exports experienced a decline, which was in line with the low volume of Indonesian coffee exports in that year compared to the previous period, so that Indonesia's position fell from fourth to fifth as a coffee exporting country in the world. These various things could be due to the lack of downstream processing in coffee processing in Indonesia. The current problem is that there is no tool for the process of separating coffee into clear coffee, this tool is available abroad and the price is quite expensive. This research tries to make a clear coffee streamer and analyzes the production results of a clear coffee streamer. The results of the design of a clear coffee streamer tool using stainless steel material can be used with a capacity of 20 liters and a maximum heating temperature of 100oC, while testing the production capacity of the clear coffee streamer tool produces data using a material volume of 1500 ml resulting in a production volume of 850 ml in a time of 75 minutes. Meanwhile, using a volume of 200 ml of material produces 950 ml with a time of 75 minutes.
