Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi model Balanced Scorecard (BSC) konvensional menjadi Islamic Balanced Scorecard (I-BSC) melalui integrasi nilai-nilai Maqashid Syariah dalam pengukuran kinerja organisasi modern. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada keterbatasan BSC yang cenderung berorientasi pada paradigma materialistik dan belum mampu mengakomodasi dimensi spiritual, etika, serta tanggung jawab transendental dalam organisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis konseptual dan sintesis teoretis, yang mengintegrasikan literatur manajemen strategik modern dengan epistemologi Islam. Analisis dilakukan melalui kritik terhadap BSC konvensional, pengkajian konsep Maqashid Syariah, serta rekonstruksi kerangka pengukuran kinerja berbasis nilai Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model I-BSC yang dikembangkan terdiri dari lima perspektif utama, yaitu perspektif tauhid/religiusitas (hifz al-din), perspektif finansial syariah (hifz al-mal), perspektif stakeholder (hifz al-nafs), perspektif proses internal (hifz al-aql), serta perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan (hifz al-nasl). Model ini mengintegrasikan indikator kinerja kuantitatif dan kualitatif, termasuk aspek etika, niat (niyyah), dan keberkahan (barakah), serta menetapkan bobot berdasarkan skala prioritas dharuriyyat. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa I-BSC mampu menghasilkan sistem pengukuran kinerja yang lebih holistik, tidak hanya berorientasi pada pencapaian ekonomi, tetapi juga pada nilai keadilan, kebermanfaatan (maslahah), dan keberlanjutan (corporate sustainability) yang mencakup dimensi duniawi dan ukhrawi. Dengan demikian, model ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam pengembangan paradigma manajemen berbasis Islam serta kontribusi praktis bagi organisasi dalam membangun sistem kinerja yang etis, transparan, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Kuta Utara menghadapi tantangan dalam memperkenalkan lingkungan fisik sekolah kepada calon siswa dan masyarakat karena keterbatasan media informasi visual yang interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun website virtual tour 3D 360 derajat sebagai media pengenalan lingkungan sekolah yang interaktif dan informatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan pengembangan multimedia interaktif yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, pengumpulan data, pengembangan produk, pengujian fungsionalitas, dan evaluasi. Pengujian dilakukan melalui kuesioner kepada guru bidang multimedia dan IT dengan skala penilaian 1-4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website virtual tour 3D 360 derajat berhasil dikembangkan dengan fitur beranda, profil sekolah, visi-misi, video profile, dan tour sekolah. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan rata-rata skor 3,42 dari skala 4 (kategori baik), dengan aspek desain visual, kemudahan pengoperasian, kejelasan informasi, kemudahan navigasi, dan kecepatan respons mendapat skor tertinggi (4). Implikasi penelitian ini adalah website virtual tour dapat meningkatkan transparansi sekolah, mempermudah orientasi siswa baru, serta menjadi media promosi yang efektif. Website ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi sekolah dalam memanfaatkan teknologi immersive untuk pengenalan lingkungan pendidikan secara virtual.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has permanently shifted organizations toward hybrid work, yet its effectiveness for Generation Z employees remains underexplored from a systemic diagnostic perspective. This systematic literature review examines the impact of hybrid work on organizational effectiveness among Generation Z employees. A search across SagePub, Google Scholar, and Scopus yielded 124 records; after screening, 13 open-access articles published between 2021 and 2026 met the inclusion criteria. The findings show that hybrid work positively influences retention, work-life balance, engagement, well-being, and job satisfaction. Work flexibility and hybrid work models emerged as the most dominant factors, followed by leadership and organizational culture. The results extend Self-Determination Theory and the Job Demands-Resources model by highlighting perceived autonomy and digital-context demands as key mechanisms. Practically, organizations should design flexible, autonomy-supportive, and inclusive work environments to attract and retain Gen Z talent. This systematic literature review synthesizes evidence from 13 studies on hybrid work effectiveness for Generation Z. The findings consistently demonstrate that hybrid work, when implemented with flexibility, autonomy, and supportive leadership, enhances retention, work-life balance, engagement, well-being, and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Transformasi digital merupakan fenomena strategis yang mendorong organisasi untuk melakukan perubahan secara menyeluruh dalam menghadapi dinamika lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompleks dan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran manajemen perubahan dalam mendukung keberhasilan implementasi transformasi digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 40 responden yang merupakan karyawan dalam organisasi yang telah atau sedang menerapkan transformasi digital. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linear, serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen perubahan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap transformasi digital. Dimensi kepemimpinan, komunikasi, budaya organisasi, serta kesiapan sumber daya manusia terbukti berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap keberhasilan transformasi. Kepemimpinan menjadi faktor dominan dalam mendorong perubahan organisasi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa organisasi perlu mengembangkan strategi manajemen perubahan yang terstruktur, meningkatkan kompetensi digital sumber daya manusia, serta membangun budaya organisasi yang adaptif dan inovatif. Dengan demikian, transformasi digital dapat berjalan secara efektif, efisien, dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Burn wounds causes disabilities that lower quality of life and productivity, and can even result in death. Therefore, a promising therapy that may accelerate the healing process of burn wounds and prevent disabilities is currently being developed. The sources from international journals obtained through computer-based literature searches by PubMed, ScienceDirect, Springer Link, and Google Scholar. The focus is on publications from the past five years (2019-2024) using keywords such as "Stem cell," "Burn wound healing," "secretome dental pulp," "Umbilical cord stem cell," "Embryonic stem cells," "Hair follicle derived stem cell," "Adipose tissue derived stem cell," and "Bone marrow derived stem cell." Additionally, academic works (theses) were searched in the Prima University Medan campus library, resulting in a total of 38 articles and one thesis. Four articles and one thesis were then selected based on the required information. The selected articles were analyzed through activities including collection, evaluation, and research development, focusing on comparisons between different types of stem cells. Stem cell therapy for burn wounds is accelerating healing by helping reduce systemic inflammatory responses, enhancing the regulation of anti-inflammatory cytokines, reducing pro-inflammatory cytokines, promoting angiogenesis, modulating the functions of T cells, B cells, and monocytes or macrophages. Adipose tissue derived stem cells are claimed to be the best stem cell therapy, but in practical application, Hair follicle-derived stem cells are the easiest to use. In terms of maximum healing percentage, Human Secretome Dental Pulp stem cells have great potentia stem cell therapy due to their double healing concept

Abstract

Employee mental well-being is becoming an increasingly important issue in modern organizations, especially in the face of high turnover rates and increasingly complex work pressures. In a dynamic work environment, psychological factors such as stress, burnout, and lack of emotional support have been shown to affect employee job satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Therefore, organizations are required to develop retention strategies that not only focus on the financial aspect, but also pay attention to the overall mental well-being of employees. This study aims to analyze mental well-being-based employee retention strategies and examine the role of psychological safety, emotional intelligence in leadership, and mental well-being programs in improving employee retention. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through literature study, observations, and interviews with employees and managers in companies that have implemented mental well-being programs. The findings show that good mental well-being enhances job satisfaction, loyalty, and employee retention. Therefore, mental well-being-based retention strategies should be adopted by organizations to enhance productivity and reduce employee turnover rates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam sistem kerja digital pada organisasi pendidikan dengan pendekatan perspektif fiqih muamalah dan maqashid syariah. Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong transformasi signifikan dalam sistem kerja, termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan, yang menuntut adanya adaptasi dalam pengelolaan SDM secara efektif, efisien, dan tetap berlandaskan nilai-nilai syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, serta tenaga kependidikan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk memahami implementasi sistem kerja digital serta kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip fiqih muamalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem kerja digital dalam pengelolaan SDM mampu meningkatkan efektivitas, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas kinerja. Namun demikian, terdapat tantangan dalam aspek pemahaman teknologi, kesiapan sumber daya, serta penguatan nilai etika dalam penggunaan sistem digital. Dalam perspektif fiqih muamalah, pengelolaan SDM berbasis digital dinilai sah dan diperbolehkan selama memenuhi prinsip keadilan, kejujuran, amanah, serta tidak mengandung unsur gharar dan dzalim. Selain itu, penerapan sistem ini juga sejalan dengan tujuan maqashid syariah, khususnya dalam menjaga kemaslahatan, efisiensi, dan keberlanjutan organisasi. Dengan demikian, integrasi antara teknologi digital dan nilai-nilai syariah menjadi kunci dalam menciptakan sistem pengelolaan SDM yang tidak hanya modern, tetapi juga beretika dan berorientasi pada kemaslahatan bersama.

Abstract

Propionibacterium acnes is a gram-positive anaerobic bacteria, which is a normal flora found in the skin. However, if there is a blockage of pilosebaceous gland secretion and increased sebum production, it can make Propionibacterium acnes bacteria invasive and potentially cause one of the skin diseases, namely acne. To overcome the problem of acne, treatment with antibiotics can be done. However, based on the results of research, treatment of Propionibacterium acnes with antibiotics has experienced resistance. To overcome this problem, another alternative is needed by using herbal plants that have antibacterial compounds, and one of the plants that has potential as an antibacterial is kesambi leaf (Schleichera oleosa). The purpose of this study was to test the antibacterial activity of kesambi leaf extract (Schleichera oleosa) against Propionibacterium acnes bacteria. The type of research used in this study is Experimental Design with Post Test Only Control Group Design. The treatment groups in this study consisted of concentrations of 60%, 30%, 15%, 7.5%, 3.75%, positive control clindamycin, and negative control sterile aquadest with repetition 4 times in each treatment group. Data analysis using One Way Anova statistical test. The results of testing the antibacterial activity of kesambi leaf extract against Propionibacterium acnes bacteria show that the extract has antibacterial activity. Dataanalysis with One Way Anova test obtained p < 0.001 smaller than a = 0.05 which means there is a significant difference in the average diameter ofthe inhibition zone. Kesambi leaf extract (Schleichera oleosa) has antibacterial activity against the growth of Propionibacterium acnes bacteria

Abstract

This research is motivated by the imbalance in stock provision at UMKM Madu Al-Ghifary, which is still managed manually without utilizing historical data, leading to overstock and stock shortages. The objective of this research is to develop a stock prediction system using the Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) method to improve stock planning accuracy. The research method includes collecting historical stock-out data from January 2023 to May 2025, time series data analysis, and web-based system development using the Extreme Programming approach. The prediction process applies the DES Brown model and is evaluated using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The results indicate that the developed system can predict stock requirements with relatively low error rates, thereby supporting more accurate decision-making in stock provision and raw material procurement. The implementation of this system contributes to improving operational efficiency and reducing the risk of lost sales opportunities due to stock shortages. Therefore, the application of the DES method in a prediction system proves to be an effective solution for inventory management in SMEs.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and changes in global work patterns have prompted organizations to adopt flexible work systems, such as hybrid and remote work. This change provides opportunities to improve employee welfare, but also poses challenges in maintaining work-life balance. This study aims to analyze the implementation of hybrid and remote work systems and their impact on employee work-life balance. Using a quantitative approach and surveys, this research identifies how thesework systems affect employees' performance, well-being, and stress management. The findings indicate that hybrid and remote work systems provide significant flexibility in managing work time and location, contributing to an improved balance between work and personal life. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of a flexible work system is an effective strategy in improving employees' work-life balance. Therefore, organizations need to optimize hybrid and remote work policies with the support of appropriate technology and management to improve employee well-being and productivity. This study also provides strategic recommendations for organizations to optimize flexible work policies to support employee well-being.
