Abstract

ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH VERSION: In contrast to the previous two years, the government allowed people to go home for Eid in 2022. The government has optimism that the 2022 Eid homecoming implementation can run safely from the COVID-19 attack. In fulfilling the logistics of the Police, especially in meeting the needs for infrastructure, there are several logistical errors, namely: 1) Errors in planning facilities and infrastructure; 2) Incorrect procurement, both in terms of quantity and type of equipment; 3) Wrong in equipment distribution; 4) Weaknesses in the misuse of infrastructure facilities; 5) Delivery, storage and use that are not in accordance with the proper standards, resulting in equipment defects; 6) Specific errors in storage within a certain time; 7) Errors in equipment maintenance; 8) Lack of supervision and control resulting in equipment being lost, damaged or not functioning properly. The research method is a qualitative research with a literature study method, research The research method is a qualitative research with literature study methods, descriptive research and field observations. The reason this method is used is because there is still a pandemic threat and very high activity from the police so that data cannot be searched in the field. In large numbers, the sample population/subjects are UNINUS postgraduate postgraduate students who are also members of the National Police. The place and time are the Nusantara Islamic University Campus, West Java Regional Police and several homecoming post points, . The result is the conclusion that there is a need for strict monitoring and monitoring of the homecoming flow and recommendations to the police leadership. Berbeda dengan dua tahun sebelumnya, pemerintah mengizinkan masyarakat melakukan mudik Lebaran pada tahun 2022 ini. Pemerintah memiliki optimisme penyelenggaraan mudik Lebaran 2022 dapat berjalan aman dari serangan COVID-19. Dalam pemenuhan logistik Polri khususnya dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan sarana prasarana terdapat beberapa kesalahan logistik yaitu : 1) Kesalahan dalam perencanaan sarana dan prasarana ; 2) Salah dalam pengadaan baik dari sisi jumlah maupun jenis peralatan; 3) Salah dalam distribusi peralatan ; 4) Kekurangan dalam kesalahan pemakaian sarana prasarana; 5) Pengiriman, penyimpanan dan penggunaan yang tidak sesuai standar yang seharusnya sehingga menimbulkan kecacatan peralatan; 6) Kesalahan khusus dalam penyimpanan dalam waktu tertentu; 7) Kesalahan dalam perawatan peralatan; 8) Kurangnya pengawasan dan kontrol yang mengakibatkan peralatan hilang, rusak atau tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Metode penelitian merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, penelitian Metode penelitian merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, penelitian deakriptif dan observasi di lapangan alasan  metode ini digunakan karena masih adanya ancaman pandemi serta kesibukan yang sangat tinggi dari aparat kepolisian sehingga tidak dapat dicari data dalam jumlah besar, populasi sampel /subjek adalah mahasiswa pasca sarjana S2 UNINUS yang juga merupakan anggota Polri. Tempat  dan  waktu adalah Kampus Universitas Islam Nusantara, POLDA Jawa Barat dan beberapa titik posko mudik, . Hasilnya adalah kesimpulan perlunya pemantauan dan monitor ketat arus mudik dan rekomedasi ke pimpinan Polri.

The goal is to know:) planning community empowerment in improving undertaking through training program. beauty make-up the management of 2) training program. beauty make-up whatever the 3) supporters and that in the training program. beauty make-up 4) evaluation beauty make-up training program held in PKBM Ujungberung. of copyright. Study theory that used in this research was: A. The concept of community empowerment. B. The development of an increase in the income of the. C. Program concept training. D. The concept of hairdos beauty. E. The concept of education non-formal. The methodology using descriptive with a qualitative approach. A middleman: the data the observation, interview, and documentation. The subject is: Institution manager, a tutor and the study. Discussion and the outlines of: 1) planning empowerment that included the community in fact carried out by the community will receive benefits felt by the community. Abstract

Product quality is an absolute requirement to compete in the global era. Quality control is done to maintain and improve product quality in accordance with company standards and consumer desires. CV Gradient Bandung is a company engaged in the field of plastic especially plastic injection. The production system used by this company is make to order so that the number and specifications of the products vary according to the customer’s wishes. This study aims to determine how the analysis of quality control using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and kaizen. The analysis shows that quality control is in a state of uncontrolled or still experiencing irregularities. The most type of disability is 7715 pcs short mold. From the cause and effect diagram it can be seen that the factors causing product defects are human, machine, mold, raw material, and environmental factors. Based on the tools of kaizen implementation in the form of 5S (seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, shitsuke) and 5W + 1H (what, why, where, when, who, how), the recommended improvement obtained is the holding of more stringent supervision and control in machine and mold maintenance, more careful in the selection of raw materials, cleanliness and comfort of the production site, and provide training for employees to have sufficient skills.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic has had an impact on the economy, such as factories in Cimanggung District, Sumedang Regency, laying off their employees. Lecturers and students try to solve this problem by building SMEs. This begins by analyzing the village’s potential in the form of mahogany waste and the potential of community human resources as former wood furniture workers. The method used in the design is Quality Function Deployment which can be interpreted as the implementation of achieving product quality which is judged by the level of customer satisfaction being pursued. So this method has an approach by involving consumers and stakeholders in every design stage. Based on the research results, this creative product design will be accepted by consumers if it meets the aspects of ergonomic design, durable and strong material, environmentally friendly, has attractive colors and designs as well as prices and uses are appropriate. Based on this research, a product prototype is formed. The size of mahogany glass products based on anthropometric data is divided into 3 size categories. Small size (S), medium size (M), and large size (L). Anthropometric data processed are work station design data and work desks/chairs. From the calculation and design, ergonomic work stations are produced, namely cutting, turning, assembly and finishing work stations.

Abstract

This study discusses the “Personal Selling as a means of product promotion label. The purpose of this study wanted to know Personal selling activities, the use of social media in marketing the product label, and the need to study the behavior of consumers Sales Representative to support the activities of Personal Selling. The theory used is the theory of Marketing, Personal Selling and Theory of Symbolic Interaction. This research was conducted at PT. National Label Umas Daya and as a key informant was four sales representatives who work as personal selling. Researchers used the case study method with qualitative approach and data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The results of the study, in doing marketing, sales representatives have done the stages of personal selling as a promotional tool in marketing the product label as expected. The use of internet and social media to support marketing activities.
