Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the partial effect of teamwork on employee performance; (2) the partial effect of training on employee performance; (3) the simultaneous effect of teamwork and training on employee performance.This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, which describes variables as they are, supported by numerical data generated from actual conditions. The population in this study was all employees in the Preparation department at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang. The research sample consisted of 50 respondents. This study used a saturated sampling technique due to the small population size; therefore, the sample in this study used the entire population of 50 employees as respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26. Data validity was obtained through a partial t-test and a simultaneous F-test.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the partial effect of work culture on employee performance; (2) the partial effect of work ethic on employee performance; (3) the simultaneous effect of work culture and work ethic on employee performance.This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, which describes variables as they are, supported by numerical data generated from actual conditions. The population in this study was all employees in the Assembly division at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja- Tangerang. The research sample consisted of 84 respondents. This study used a saturated sampling technique due to the small population size; therefore, the sample in this study used the entire population of 84 employees as respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26. Data validity was obtained through a partial t-test and a simultaneous F-test.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, work culture has a t-test effect on the performance of employees in the Assembly division at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja- Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (5.774>1.990) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, job training significantly influences the performance of employees in the Assembling section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (9.937>1.990) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.(3) Simultaneously, work culture and job training significantly influence the performance of employees in the Assembling section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by F count> F table (147.881>3.11) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that work culture and work ethic, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on employee performance in the assembly department at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.

Abstract

The Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Performance in the Preparation Division at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency.This study employed a quantitative associative method, which aims to analyze cause-and-effect relationships or the influence among two or more variables using numerical data that are statistically analyzed to test hypotheses and to explain a particular phenomenon. The population in this study was all employees in the Preparation Department at PT Adis Dimension Footwear Kabupaten Tangerang. The sample size was 98 respondents. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The Slovin formula was used to determine a representative sample size in quantitative research. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis employed multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26. Data validity was verified through a partial t-test and a simultaneous F-test.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, the work environment significantly influences the performance of Preparation Division employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Kabupaten Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value > t table (4.082>1.985) and a significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, compensation significantly influences the performance of employees in the Preparation section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Kabupaten Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value > t table (7.994>1.985) and a significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, the work environment and compensation significantly influence the performance of employees in the Preparation section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Kabupaten Tangerang, which is indicated by F count > F table (72.658 >3.09) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that work environment and compensation variables, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of employees in the Preparation section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Kabupaten Tangerang.

The population in this study was all production employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang. The research sample consisted of 70 respondents. This study used a saturated sampling technique due to the small population size; therefore, the sample in this study used the entire population of 70 employees as respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26. Data validity was obtained through a partial t-test and a simultaneous F-test.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, employee competence significantly influences the t-test on the performance of No Sew employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (3.441>1.996) and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, work discipline significantly influences the performance of No Sew employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (2.536>1.996) and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, workload and work environment significantly influence the performance of No Sew employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by F count> F table (12.720>3.13) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that employee competency and work discipline variables, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of No Sew employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the partial effect of work discipline on employee performance; (2) the partial effect of work safety on employee performance; (3) the simultaneous effect of work discipline and work safety on employee performance.This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, which describes variables as they are, supported by numerical data generated from actual conditions. The population in this study was all production employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja- Tangerang. The research sample consisted of 133 respondents, and the sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The Slovin formula was used to determine a representative sample size in quantitative research. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, work discipline significantly influences the performance of employees in the Cutting department at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (2.191>1.978) and a significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, work safety significantly influences the performance of employees in the Cutting section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (8.195>1.978) and a significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, work discipline and work safety significantly influence the performance of employees in the Cutting section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by F count> F table (66.452>3.07) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the variables of work discipline and work safety, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of employees in the Cutting department at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.

The population in this study was all production employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang. The research sample consisted of 80 respondents. This study used a saturated sampling technique due to the small population size; therefore, the sample in this study used the entire population of 80 employees as respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26. Data validity was obtained through a partial t-test and a simultaneous F-test.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, work motivation significantly influences the performance of employees in the Manufacturing Engineering department at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value > t table (2.994 >1.991) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, the work environment significantly influences the performance of employees in the Manufacturing Engineer section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value > t table (2.623 >1.991) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, work motivation and work environment significantly influence the performance of employees in the Manufacturing Engineer section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by F count > F table (26.994 >3.12) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that work motivation and work environment variables, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of employees in the Manufacturing Engineer division at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on the performance of employees in the Stockfit department at PT Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.This study used a quantitative descriptive method, and the population comprised all employees at PT Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang. The sample size was 81 respondents. Simple random sampling was used to determine the sample size. The Slovin formula was used to determine a representative sample size in quantitative research. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, transformational leadership significantly influences the performance of employees in the Stockfit department at PT Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, as indicated by the calculated t-value > t-table (2.209 > 1.990), and a significance value of 0.000, which is less than the 0.05 threshold. Therefore, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, organizational culture significantly influences the performance of Stockfit employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, as indicated by the calculated t value > t table (10.024 > 1.990) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, transformational leadership and organizational culture significantly influence the performance of Stockfit employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, as indicated by the calculated F value > F table (334.900 > 3.11) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of transformational leadership and organizational culture, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of Stockfit employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous influence of transformational leadership and the work environment on employee productivity at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Balaraja, Tangerang.This study employed a quantitative descriptive method, describing variables as they are, supported by numerical data derived from actual conditions. The population in this study was all employees at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Balaraja, Tangerang. The sample size was 83 respondents. Simple random sampling was used to determine the sample size. The Slovin formula was used to determine a representative sample size in quantitative research. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26.The results of this study indicate that (1) transformational leadership partially significantly influences employee productivity in the Stockfit department at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Balaraja, Tangerang, as indicated by the calculated t-value > t-table (6.618 > 1.990), and a significance value of 0.000, which is less than the 0.05 threshold. Therefore, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, the work environment significantly influences the productivity of Stockfit employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, as indicated by the calculated t value > t table (2.203 > 1.990) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, transformational leadership and the work environment significantly influence the productivity of Stockfit employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, as indicated by the calculated F value > F table (26.219 > 3.11) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of transformational leadership and the work environment, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on the productivity of Stockfit employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.

Abstract

The population in this study was all No-Sew employees at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Balaraja, Tangerang. The sample size was 70 respondents. This study used a saturated sampling technique due to the small population size. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26. Data validity was obtained through a partial t-test and a simultaneous F-test.The results of this study indicate that (1) transformational leadership has a significant partial t-test effect on the work productivity of employees in the No-Sew department at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (5.426>1.996) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, the work environment significantly influences the work productivity of No Sew employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (2.121>1.996) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, transformational leadership and the work environment significantly influence the performance of No Sew employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by F count> F table (58.705>3.13) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that transformational leadership and work environment variables, either partially or simultaneously, have a significant influence on the work productivity of No Sew employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.
