This study aims to describe the improvement of soft skills and learning achievement of X Pharmacy class students by using an environment- based cooperative learning model in Biology subjects at SMK Negeri 4 Lebong. This study is a Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study were 29th grade Pharmacy students of SMK Negeri 4 Lebong which consisted of 29 people consisting of 5 male students and 24 female students. Whereas, the object in this study is soft skills and student learning achievement on Biology subjects conducted through an environment-based cooperative learning model. Retrieval of research data using observation and test sheets. The results of this study indicate that the application of environment-based cooperative learning models can improve soft skills and student achievement in each cycle. On average the soft skills of students in the pre cycle, cycle I, and cycle II were 35.29% respectively; 54.74%; and 66.03%. The percentage of students' mastery learning in the pre cycle, cycle I, and cycle II were 55.17%; 75.86%; and 89.66%. The improvement data then proves that the application of environment-based cooperative learning models can improve soft skills and student achievement in Biology subjects at SMK Negeri 4 Lebong.

Teaching and learning activities in SMK 4 Lebong, can take place well supported by many factors, one of which is teacher work performance. In SMK 4 Lebong has 27 teachers who are often found teacher performance is not optimal in the teaching process, incompatibility of material taught with Learning Implementation Plans (RPP). Therefore teacher performance has a very important role for education.The aim of the study was to find out the causes of the performance of teachers in 4 Lebong Vocational High Schools were still low and to find out ways to improve teacher performance in SMK 4 Lebong. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Descriptive research method is a research method that describes the actual situation at the time of the research through collecting data which is then interpreted with prestige with each other so that the formulation and analysis of existing problems is obtained. Teacher performance in SMK 4 has been good, but the elements of quality are work, knowledge of work and initiatives that often causes teacher performance to be low. efforts made to improve teacher performance in SMK 4 Lebong based on SWOT analysis are one of them by improving performance based on quantity of work, improving performance based on improving the quality of work, improving performance with improved personal quality.

The aim of this research is to enhance student’s cooperation and learning achievement in for Students of X Nurse SMKN 4 Lebong. The research subjects were 22 people students, 11 men and 11 women students. By applying the Implementation of Cooperative Type Make A Match Model. The kind of this research is classroom action research which was conducted in three cycles. Procedure used involves planning, Implementation, observation and reflection. The research instrument that had been used is the test namely the objective test which had been trial the validity and reliability of test and also the observation sheet for observation the learning activity of the students and teacher.To try the significance of student’s cooperation and learning achievement in first to third cycle, it is used t-test, and in first cycle the calculation gained tcount = 2,02. In second cycle the calculation gained ttable = 2,10. And in third cycle, the calculation gained tcount = 2,30 By comparing the tcount and ttable it is gained tcount > ttable namely 2,30 > 2,02. Thus, the learning achievement of Sport subject in the first post test at first cycle to third post test in second cycle is significance. So that the learning activity in first post test at first cycle and second post test second cycle is significance also.Based on the result it’s recommended to the teachers in applying the model of Make A Match type according to their owns situation.

This study aims to describe the Package C equality education program which includes: 1) The context, input, process, and product of the Package C program. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection is done by the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Proof of the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Analysis of the data used is qualitative analysis with steps of data collection, data reduction, and conclusion drawing. The research results obtained in this study are: 1) Evaluation of the context of the Package C education program includes: the level of community needs for package C equality education programs and the socio- economic conditions of students; 2) Evaluate the input equivalence education package Package C, program organizers, competent tutors, curriculum, and facilities and infrastructure that are still lacking, and funding for the implementation of the package C program; 3) Evaluation of the process of the Package C education program includes: Schedule of learning activities, appropriate learning methods and models, motivation for learning citizens, and learning media used; 4) Product (product) equality of the Package C education program evaluation results from the implementation of programs and benefits of the C package equality education program for the community.

This research aims to describe the improvement of thinking skills and learning achievement of the fifth grade students of SDN Cluster II North Lebong Lebong Regency. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) combined with quasi-experiment. Subjects in this study were fifth grade students of SDN Group II North Lebong 2018/2019 academic year which amounted to 84 students of 53 male students and 31 female students from 67 Lebong Elementary Schools, SDN 20 Lebong and SD 58 Lebong. The object of this research is the thinking skills and student achievement in the subject of Natural Sciences (IPA). Retrieval of research data using observation and test sheets. The results of this study indicate that the adoption of the Rotating Trio Exchange strategy can improve students' thinking skills and learning achievement in each cycle.

This study aimed to describe the application of the synectic model in learning IPA can improve creativity of students in the fourth model in learning IPA can imprive student achievementin class V SDN Gugus III Kab. Lebong city describes the effectivess of synopitic model improve the learning achievement of math student in grade V SDN 73 Gugus III Lebong.The research is a classroom action research combined with quasi experiments. The subjects of this research are grade V A and B SDN 73 Lebong City as PTK class and experimen class white class V B SDN 73 as control class. The instruments cllas used are observation and test sheets. The technique of data analysis using the formula of the average percentage value of data analysis using the formula of the average percentage value of classical leaaning and t tes, white the observation data is analyzed with the average score, highest, score, score difference and the range of values for each criterion.

This reasearch aimed to Describe creativity of student learning in mathematics lesson grade XI SMK Negeri 3 Lebong, Describe student learning achievement in mathematics lesson grade XI SMK Negeri 3 Lebong, Describe efectivity applying inquiry learning model to improve student learning achievement in mathematics at SMK N 3 Lebong. The kind of this reasearch subject of this experiment is student grade XI TKJ 2 SMK N 3 Lebong as PTK class, then student grade XI TKJ 1 SMK N 3 Lebong as experiment class and student grade XI Accountancy SMK N 3 Lebong as control class. Class selection is chosen propositive random sampling. This data is collected using teacher observation sheet, student observation sheet, and student learning achievement test. After t-tes it can be concluded that by using inquiry learning model be able to improve creativity and student learning achievement.

This study aims to improve children’s fine and cognitive motor skills thtough the useoftrainingmethodsinkingdergarten.Thistypeofresearchisclassroomactionresearch (PTK), with research subjects is students of group B kindergarten Aisyiyah 1 Lebong in school year 2018-2019. Total amount are 13 children, consisting 7 girls and 6 boys. This research was conducted in 3 cycles, consist of each cycle was held on one meeting, consisting of 4 stages namely 1. planning, 2. implementation, 3. Observation and 4. reflection. The data collection technique is collected by using observation. The data analysis technique using percentage formula to determine the differences between cycels with t-test. Based on the analysis of the result and discussion it is known that the use of training methods can improve fine motor skills and cognitive at the age of kindergarten. The aim of this study was to: 1) Describe the development of pocket guidance and counseling books for the prevention of bullying in Bengkulu City High School, 2) Describe the effectiveness of the guidance and counseling pocket book for prevention of bullying in Bengkulu City High School, the research method used the ADDIE model. consists of five main stages, namely (A) nalysis, (D) esign, (D) evelopment, (I) implementation, and (E) valuation, which is used to analyze data from expert validation, namely design experts, linguists, and guidance and counseling expert with 25 research subjects. The results of this study are: a) The feasibility assessment by material experts is obtained in the Very Eligible category. Students' responses to the existence of a guidance and counseling pocket book for prevention of bullying in Bengkulu City High School for small group trials included in the very low category and for the experimental class test in the very high category and in the control class included in the low category. The pocket book of guidance and counseling for the prevention of bullying in the High School of Bengkulu City is very effective for students 'knowledge and can increase students' knowledge about preventing bullying.

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TEAM GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) MODELS TO IMPROVE SELF-CONFIDENCE AND SPEAKING SKILLS (Case study at English subject of eighth Grade Student of SMPN 01 Lebong) Intan Prilia; Bambang Sahono

This research aims to describe the improvement in self-confidence and speaking skills of students in English subjects in the eighth grade of SMP N 01 Lebong by applying the TGT learning model. The research conducted was classroom action research combined with quasi-experiment. The subjects of this study were grade VIII. The instruments used are observation and test sheets. The data analysis technique uses the average formula for the percentage of classical learning completeness and t-test, while the observation data is analyzed by the average score, highest score, lowest score, difference in score, and range of values for each criterion. The results showed that the implementation of the team games tournament (TGT) type learning model improve students' self- confidence and speaking skills
