Abstract

This study aims to discuss the phenomenon of young marriage from a hadith perspective in Lemahmulya Village. This study uses a mixed-method approach by applying a descriptive analytical-critical method. The object of research is the phenomenon of young marriage that occurs in Lemahmulya Village. The subject of this research is of course the persons of young marriage which consists of three categories of factors causing it. The results and discussion of this study indicate that the phenomena that occur in Lemahmulya Village consist of three categories of factors, namely the low economic and educational factor, the accident factor due to promiscuity, the self-will factor and religious observance. This study concludes that the phenomenon of young marriage that occurred in Lemahmulya Village from the perspective of hadith in terms of practice does not conflict with religious rules because it has benefits for each perpetrator and with the dispensation given by the court with very urgent reasons accompanied by sufficient supporting evidence then The young marriage that took place in Lemahmulya Village also did not violate state law. However, it is necessary to reconsider the impacts caused by young marriage.

Abstract

This study aims to find a consensus between the Qur'an and stoic philosophy about the happiness of life. The concept of happiness which varies in each individual, gives birth to different solutions. The discourse on happiness in the Stoics has become an actual thing among millennials today. This research uses a descriptive-analytical method with a qualitative approach and literature review as the main reference source. The results and discussion in this study found that there are similar indicators in achieving happiness between the Qur'an and the philosophy of stoicism. This study concludes that the Qur'an and the philosophy of stoicism are not two contradictory things, amor fati (love of destiny) and emotional control taught by the Stoic philosophers as well as the concepts of gratitude and patience in the terminology of the Qur'an. This shows that the Qur'an and philosophy have a common concept that can be met.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss the philosophy of prophethood according to Ibn Sina and Murtadha Mutahhari. The method used in this research is the library method with a qualitative approach. Sources of data used in this study are primary data in the form of books written directly by Ibn Sina and Murtadha Mutahhari, and secondary data in the form of books, journals, documents, and others related to the object under study. The results of this study are differences of opinion regarding the concept of prophethood, according to Ibn Sina, humans are humans who have obtained divine power in the form of divine intuition given by God to the human He chooses. Meanwhile, according to Murtadha Mutahhari, the Prophet is a human being chosen by God to guide mankind and every Prophet has his characteristics. Among the characteristics of the Prophet are miracles, infallibility, guidance from Allah, noble goals, constructive, striving, and possessing human values, and having revelations in the form of holy books. This research is expected to have a contribution both theoretically and practically. Theoretically, this research is expected to provide insight into the treasures of Islamic scholarship, while practically it is expected to provide benefits for research readers.

Abstract

Being a single parent is not easy, especially if it is experienced by a woman or mother who has reached middle adulthood. Where the age is no longer young, but the task is increasing. This study aims to find out what is the meaning of life, what is a single parent woman in middle adulthood, and how is the process of finding the meaning of life in single parent women in middle adulthood. The method used in this study is a qualitative method through a case study approach that produces descriptive data, namely written words or words from people or observed behavior. The meaning of life is a process to find the meaning of various events that have occurred both in the form of happiness and suffering and are reflected on oneself to achieve the goal, continue life until the individual feels a meaningful life and creates feelings of happiness. Everyone has the freedom to find the meaning of his life, so the meaning of life can be owned by anyone and under any conditions, one of which can be owned by a single parent woman in middle adulthood. The meaning of life is not found just like that, but is pursued through a process, one of which is through the spiritual dimension. Because the meaning of life is inseparable from the spiritual dimension, then one aspect of one's success in achieving the meaning of life is through the way of surrender, namely with Islam which is a work of outward practice and directed activity, faith which is inner worship and ihsan which is awareness in every person. steps taken, words spoken, and actions taken.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the comparison of political philosophy thoughts, especially regarding the caliphate of two Muslim intellectual figures from Egypt who lived in the same period. Ali Abdul Raziq and Rashid Rida, these two figures talked about the formulation of the ideal state form for Muslims and the implementation of Islamic government. The author writes down the arguments of the two figures and then compares them with the formulations of the two. Khilafah which is a system of government that follows the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad, sharia as the legal basis and Islam as an ideology in running the government. This type of research is library research by applying the comparative method, which prioritizes library materials as the main source. The results of the research from the two Muslim intellectual works from Ali Abdul Raziq's book entitled al-Islam wa Usul al-Hukm and the book Al-Khilafah wa Al-Imamah written by Rashid Rido, show that there are very basic differences in the thoughts of the two figures, where Rashid Rida firmly held the position that followers of Islam are required to uphold the caliphate in their country based on sharia and ijma. On the other hand, Ali Abdul Raziq argues that there is no binding obligation for Muslims to establish a caliphate in their country, he argues that Muslims are free to choose what ideology will be applied in a country. Because in the Qur'an and as-Sunnah do not regulate the form of state that Muslims must apply. The thought of Islamic political philosophy, of course, does not only come from these two figures, many Muslim intellectuals argue that this matter needs to be explored for the benefit of Muslims in terms of the state.

Abstract

Hadith is a guide other than the Qur'an that can guide Muslims to the right path. The Day of Judgment is the day of retribution for all people for the sins they have committed, and there is not a single creature on Earth who can avoid the Day of Judgment or the Day of Judgment. Recently, a phenomenal film called “Messiah” appeared on a platform that has a lot of fans, namely Netflix. This study aims to discuss the criticism of the saga about Dajjal in the film Messiah from the perspective of hadith. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying Literature review method. The results and discussion of this research are that the main player named Payam Golshiri (who plays the role of Al-Masih) in the film's storyline does not describe as al-Masih ad-Dajjal described in the hadith, based on authentic hadith such as the hadith narrated by Muslim and Bukhari. Although there are several scenes that depict Payam Golshiri, which is the character of al-Masih ad-Dajjal, they still do not fully describe the teachings of Muslims. This study finds that sagaciously, the Messiah film contains several scenes that depict Payam Golshiri as a representative of al-Masih, but cinematically, there are several events that do not depict al-Masih in hadith but rather describe ad-Dajjal such as the place where Payam Golshiri descended, resurrected the slain youth, moved as fast as the wind described by a hurricane, and the Jews followed Payam Golshiri.

Abstract

The rights and obligations of husband and wife are very important things in marriage. This research aims to discuss problem the rights and obligations of husband and wife in the perspective of hadith the prophet in the book of ‘Uqūd al-Lujayn, by comparing various sharah hadith. The type of research is qualitative research using library studie, by method sharah muqaran (comparative) from the book mashadir ashliyah to explain central themes in the hadith. The results of this study show that the book ‘Uqūd al-Lujayn the husband and wife have rights and obligations that is, husband should lead his family and has to treat his wife well. Wife also has the right to receive a living from her husband and the wife has to obedient the husband. Conclusion from research is there are several hadith that explain the right and obligation of the husband and wife, Shahih Bukhari No. 2751, Sunan Tirmidzi No. 1163, Musnad Ahmad No. 19162, Musnad Ahmad No. 1573.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the phenomenon of matchmaking bureaus through the millennial era tantan application in the view of hadith. The methods used by researchers are descriptive-qualitative through literature studies. The results and discussions in this study include the definition of a matchmaking bureau, the positive and negative impacts of a matchmaking bureau, the definition of a tantan application, the mechanism for using a tantan application and hadith analysis. This study concluded that based on the hadith of Ibn Majah gained an understanding that it is okay to make friends and even find a partner through social media. However, you must be more careful because in addition to many positive impacts, of course there are negative impacts that can occur if misused.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the understanding of hadith on the phenomenon of online gambling in the era of digital disruption. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach and also library research or a form of data collection through literature. The results and discussion of this study show that online gambling is not allowed. Islam makes gambling a serious mistake and despises what a form of gambling is. As for this criminal gambling included in the jarimah ta'zir, everyone commits forbidden deeds and has no had, qisas, and kafarat, for the judge is given the freedom to punish with ta'zir based on his ijtihad which in case can prevent him from repeating his deeds of being beaten or imprisoned and given minor contempt. As for the provisions of the jarimah ta'zir which remain non-existent, all are left to the government or the courts, in which case it is the judge who determines, as for the intent of this determination.

Abstract

The latest news is not only obtained from television shows, but also through gossip accounts on social media. One of them is an account called @lambeturah. The purpose of this study is to discuss the Lambe Turah Instagram account as a trigger for controversy from the perspective of the hadith of the Prophet Saw. About liars who convey information that is not necessarily true and exaggerate the information. This type of research uses qualitative methods, namely the method of analyzing data not in the form of numbers using a library research approach. This study concludes that in this Instagram account tren there is an element of lies, this can be seen from the delivery of news which is only based on assumptions. It can also be seen from the description of the hadith about the delivery of authentic quality news that the Prophet Saw. taught us to say good things and be silent. This study recommends to the public as a guide before receiving news, to be more careful in using social media.
