Abstract

Every company wants to have employees with high performance levels. Work Motivation and Leadership Style are considered very influential on Employee Performance. Providing Work Motivation and Leadership Style properly in accordance with sacrifice and competence to employees can improve the performance of the employees themselves. This research was conducted at PT Sahabat Jaya Grafika, Kota Harapan Indah, North Bekasi which aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and leadership style and to find out which factor between the two is very influential in improving employee performance. The author, in this study, used descriptive quantitative research methods, using correlation and regression analysis, with a sample size of 30 respondents. While the data used in this study are data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires filled out by randomly selected respondents. Furthermore, the author uses the SPSS version 22 application as a data processing tool. The results of the study, after going through the data analysis process, obtained the results that work motivation has a significant and strong influence on employee performance, namely with a determination coefficient value of 39.2% and leadership style has a significant and strong relationship with employee performance, namely with a determination coefficient value of 45.4%. Both variables have a significant influence on improving employee performance, namely with a coefficient of determination of 45.4%, and the other 54.6% comes from other factors not examined in this study. The results of the analysis also obtained a regression equation: Y=12.693+0.069X1+0.737X2. The company must pay close attention to employees and the company if it is more consistent and continues to develop in all lines so that employee work results can increase and be able to increase employee loyalty to the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Financial Distress on Tax Aggressiveness during the 2018 – 2022 period, which obtained 30 data in this study. The type of data used is secondary data, in the form of the company's annual report. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing uses the SPSS program to perform multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that the results of the study show that the data meet the classical assumptions such as normal distribution data, no multicollinearity, no heteroscedasticity and no autocorrelation. From the results of the partial hypothesis, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a significant positive effect on Tax Aggressiveness and Financial Distress does not have a significant negative effect on Tax Aggressiveness.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to determine the entrepreneurial desire of students on the influence of entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial creativity on students at the University of West Jakarta. The research design uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data in the study were obtained from 175 respondents who are university students in West Jakarta using a questionnaire as a data collection tool with the survey method. Data analysis in this study using the SEM PLS test tool was carried out testing discriminat validity, convergent validity, composite reliability, outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing. The first stage in this study is to test the validity of the questions of each variable along with their reliability. The second stage tests the influence of each variable. The results showed that there is an influence of entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial creativity on student entrepreneurial desire.

Abstract

The development of Indonesian music every year shows considerable growth. Indonesian music has become a host for music listeners in the country. One of the reasons for this development is that technology is developing rapidly and helping musicians produce and disseminate their work. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Word of Mouth, Digital Marketing, Brand Awareness on Customer Loyalty for new artists, Seven Music Indonesia. Respondents in this study were listeners to Swaragama Jogjakarta radio who listened to the Zona Persada program every Monday - Friday at 19.00 - 21.00 in October - November 2020 who conducted interactive (request) songs. The number of respondents in this study was set at 186 respondents. This research gives the results: 1) Word of Mouth has a significant direct effect on Customer Loyalty, 2) Digital Marketing has a positive influence on Customer Loyalty, 3) Brand Awareness has a positive influence on Customer Loyalty, 4) Word of Mouth, Digital Marketing, Brand Awarness has a significant influence on Customer Loyalty for Seven Music Indonesia's New Artists.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of investment decisions measured by Price Earning Ratio (PER) and dividend policy measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on company value measured by Price Book Value (PBV). The sample of this study consisted of 11 companies included in the LQ-45 group listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses classical assumption tests (nomality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test) and hypothesis with multiple linear regression test which shows that all variables used have been free of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and all these variables are normally distributed. In addition, this study used SPSS version 21.00. The results of this study show that partially investment decisions have a significant effect on company value and dividend policy does not have a significant effect on company value. However, simultaneously all independent variables in this study have a significant effect on the value of the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of population growth, Employment opportunities, and investment on the unemployment rate in Pekanbaru City. The data used is time series data for the period 2006-2021. The research uses multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS version 25 statistical program. The results showed that partially population growth had a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate, employment opportunities had a negative and  significant effect on the unemployment rate, and invesmant had a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate in Pekanbaru City. Simultaneously population growth, employment opportunities and investment have a significant effect on the unemployment in Pekanbaru City. The value of Adjusted R-Squared in this study is 0,909, which means that 90,9% of the labor absorption variable can be explained by the independent variables in this study, the remaining 9,1% is explained by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the effect of price, promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions at the Bogor Belibis Curly Noodle Culinary Business. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions of Belibis Curly Noodles. The sampling technique used accidental sampling so that a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Methods of data collection using observation and questionnaires. The data that has been collected is then processed with data processing techniques used to test the validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques include t-test, coefficient of determination test, multiple linear regression test and f-test. From the results of the research hypothesis test, it was found that H1, H2, H3, H4 and H5 were accepted or in other words the price, promotion, and product quality variables had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, the hypothesis test regarding moderation also shows that product quality strengthens the effect of price and promotion on purchasing decisions.
