Abstract

Alcohol is a substance that is most often misused by humans. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education on the knowledge of young men about the dangers of alcohol. Design that is quasy experimental pre-post test. The population in this study amounted to 60 adolescents and a sample of 30 respondents with sampling techniques namely simple random sampling, and showed a paired T-test. The results the knowledge of the experimental group, 0.000 (p <0.05) and the control group 0.231 (p <0.05). Which means there is an influence of health education on the knowledge of young men about the dangers of alcohol in the village of North Molosipat Popayato District West District of Pohuwato? It is expected that the community, the village government and health workers will cooperate with the police to control the behavior of adolescents in the case of drinking alcoholic beverages (alcoholic beverages, so as to avoid criminal acts and traffic accidents).

Abstract

In Indonesia there is an increase, 35.8% of stroke attack elderly patients and 12.9% at a younger age. Total number of stroke survivors   in  Indonesia estimated 500,000 each  year. Whereas in the case of Gorontalo City Health Departement in 2011 amounted to 5,370 inhabitants,  in  2012  totaled  5,681  cases  of  stroke  increases  soul,  men  -  men  and  women numbered 2,035 inhabitants 3,646 inhabitants. Based on data from RSUD. Prof. Dr. Aloei saboe period in 2013 as many as 507 people. Which consisted of 213 patients with Stroke Hemoragic (SH), 294 patients with Stroke Non Hemoragic. This type of research is qualitative. The number of samples is 6 people. Data analysis was done by reading the transcripts and field notes and divide into three main themes namely theme (1) Guidance The Light To Do (2) the expected guidance Method   (3) Guidance material is expected. The results showed that stroke patients experiencing physical and functional disorders of the body and cause long-term psychological responses disorders that affect a change in this life.in this research gives an overview of stroke patients' perceptions of spiritual guidance is expected.

Abstract

Stroke is a cerebrovascular disease which occurs suddenly and causes neurological damage. This research was implemented to stroke patients at RSUD dr.MM.dunda, which aimed to find out the Effectiveness of head elevation models between 30° and 45° to increase oxygen saturation. The design used quasy experiment with non randominize pretest posttest contro group design approach. The samples were 22 respondents who are treated with head elevation between 30 ° and 45 ° for 4 weeks. Statistical test result obtained p value 0,000 less than alpha (p<0,05)  means that Ho rejected, concluded that there is the influence of the elevation on increasing oxygen saturation and more influenced the 30° head elevation models to increase oxygen saturation in ischemic stroke patients at RSUD dr.MM.Dunda Limboto.

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan gejala peningkatan tekanan darah yang selanjutnya berpengaruh pada organ lain, seperti stroke untuk otak atau penyakit jantung koroner untuk pembuluh darah jantung dan otot jantung. Penyakit ini menjadi salah  satu    masalah  utama  dalam  ranah  kesehatan  masyarakat  di  indonesia maupun di dunia. Salah satu faktor resiko terjadinya hipertensi adalah obesitas. Obesitas merupakan peningkatan berat badan karena kelebihan akumulasi lemak. Menurut data WHO tahun 2005, lebih dari 1,4 miliar orang dewasa memiliki berat badan berlebih  dan  sekitar  2,8  juta  orang  dewasa  meninggal  tiap  tahunya  karena obesitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik. Populasinya adalah seluruh masyarakat diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Bulawa yang obesitas baik yang menderita hipertensi maupun yang tidak menderita hipertensi yakni berjumlah 65 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara obesitas   dengan   kejadian   hipertensi   di   wilayah   kerja   Puskesmas   Bulawa kabupaten Bone Bolango denga nila P Value = 0,005 (P Value < 0,05). Dapat  disimpulkan  bahwa  terdapat  hubungan  antara  obesitas  dengan kejadian hipertensi. Saran agar masyarakat memperhatikan gaya hidup, terutama pola makan, dan program diet. Untuk pihak Puskesmas Bulawa, memberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang hipertensi dan obesitas, karena semakin tinggi tingkat obesitas semakin besar pula resiko menderita hipertensi.

Abstract

Diabetic ulcers is one of the common complications that commonly occur in patients with diabetes mellitus. In order to prevent the disease, it requires the effective and efficient treatment of both pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the knowledge and the cases of diabetic ulcers of patients with diabetes mellitus. The type of this study is analytic survey with a cross-sectional study, with a sample of 64 people. The result was processed in univariate and bivariate between knowledge and the cases of diabetic ulcers among patients with diabetes mellitus. The suggestions of this study are addressed to the management of Dr. MM Dunda Hospital, Limboto, in order to further improve the knowledge about diabetes through the dissemination of pamphlets, leaflets and posters to patients in hospital. So, the patients canan read more information about the diabetes mellitus and the prevention of diabetic ulcer cases.

Abstract

Smoking is one problem that is difficult to solve. So that smoking should be treated as an effort as early as possible by providing health information. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving health information on adolescent knowledge about the dangers of smoking. The design of this study uses quasy experiments pre-test post with the design of the Two Group pre-test post. The population in this study is amounted to 87 students and a sample of 32 respondents with random sampling and data analysis using paired t-test. The results showed that the experimental group was 0.001 (p <0.05) and the control group was 0.164 (p <0.05). In conclusion, there is influence of health information on adolescent knowledge in MAN 1 Pohuwato.

Abstract

Clean and health life is habit is a reflection of the head of family who always looks after the healthy condition in home. It is done by his awareness and can cause the members of a family take active participation in healthy activities. When we do not get used to live healthy, the will be many deaseas cause by the people in society. The design in this study in descriptive correlation.  The population is 969 head of family with the sample 87 respondents. The analysis used is chi square test. The result showsthat there is a relation of background knowledge of head of the family with clean and healthy life habit in p<0,005. It is suggested to the nurses to be consistenly active in giving sosialitation of the importance of clean and healthy life habit.

Abstract

Parenting is a factor that is closely associated with the growth and development of children under three years old. Period of children aged 1-3 years (toddlers) is a period when children still need food and nutritional supplies in sufficient quantities and adequate. Malnutrition during this period may interfere with growth and development physically, mentally, socially and intellectually that are settled and continue until the children become mature.The purpose of this study was: to determine relationship between mother’s knowledge about parenting and  growth and development of infants aged 1-3 years in Kayubulan village in 2012. The research methodology taken: the sample was cooperative mothers who had a toddler (ages 1-3 years) in Kayubulan Village, Batudaa Pantai District, Gorontalo Regency, totaling 32 mothers. And sampling technique used was Porposive Sampling, with analysis of statistical test Chi Square (X2). Results: The results of chi square test showed that the value of X2 (11.520) and sig. (0.001) which was smaller than α (0.05). Conclusions: The results of this study showed there was significant relationship mother’s between knowledge about parenting toddlers and  toddlers’ growth and development in Kayubulan village, Batudaa Pantai District, Gorontalo Regency.

Abstract

Imunisasi merupakan intervensi preventif kesehatan masyarakat yang terbukti sangat cost-effective. Pelayanan imunisasi pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dilaksanakan sesuai kebijakan pemerintah setempat, berdasarkan analisis situasi epidemiologi penyebaran Covid-19. Desain penelitian observasional analitik, populasi 265 ibu diwilayah kerja puskesmas Telaga, sampel 73 ibu yang memiliki anak umur 12 bulan Menggunakan teknik probability sampling jenis cluster sampling instrument yang di gunakan adalah kuesioner dan lembar observasi cakupan imunisasi. Hasil yang di peroleh adalah ada pengaruh kecemasan ibu didapatkan nilai P-value 0,000, layanan petugas Kesehatan didapatkan nilai P-value 0,004 dan dukungan keluarga didapatkan nilai P-value 0,000 dengan penurunan cakupan imunisasi dasar pada masa pandemi covid-19 di wilayah kerja puskesmas Telaga.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Marisa Community health centre Pohuwato Regency. The objective of research was to determine The Description of Patients' satisfaction on outpatient's service. The design used cross sectional. The samples are 95. The research used independent statistical test. Based on the result obtained the description of patient's satisfaction about 5 dimension with direct prove value 84.2%, reliability 89.4%, responsiveness 92.6%, guarantee 94.7% and empathy 93.7. There are 5 dimension that described patient's satisfaction with not obtained the result that described not satisfied.
