Jurnal Komuniksi Islam dan Kehumasan (JKPI) terbit sejak tahun 2017. Terbit dua kali setahun pada bulan Juni dan Desember oleh Prodi Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam dengan nomor ISSN: 2621-9492, Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Berisi tulisan yang diangkat dari hasil penelitian dan kajian analisis ilmiah di bidang ilmu-ilmu, Ilmu Dakwah, komunikasi Islam, Public Relation Islam, Fotografi Islam, dan lain-lain. Penyunting menerima tulisan yang belum pernah dipublikasikan di media lain. Naskah yang dikirim berbahasa Indonesia harus disertai abstrak berbahasa Inggris. Sedangkan naskah yang dikirim berbahasa Inggris harus disertai abstrak berbahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

Cultural Da'wah is a da'wah activity that can be carried out using scientific approaches, customs, arts, and other cultural elements. Cultural Da'wah can also be used to understand the religious phenomena found at the empirical and practical level. Religious experience in the community is processed by adherents from religious sources, namely through reasoning and interpretation of religious texts. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose and explain the cultural da'wah of the tahfidz Islamic boarding school in Kiai Marogan, Palembang. This research is related to the cultural propaganda of Tahfidz Kiai Marogan Islamic Boarding School including the establishment of Tahfidz Kiai Marogan Kindergarten, the establishment of Tahfidz Kiai Marogan Middle School, Tahfidz Teacher Quarantine Program for Orphan Independence, Addition of the Location of the Tahfidz Kiai Marogan Islamic Boarding School in Plaju.

Abstract

leadership is one of the keys to success that has a role in achieving organizational goals. The quality of the leader is considered as a factor in the success or failure of an organization. Becoming an effective leader in millennial generation is a tough challenge. Millennial generation is closely related to information and digital communication. So that the communication used develops according to need. The presence of technology in communication makes a change from conventional to digital. This must be a concern by a leader so that as a leader is able to provide spirit and encouragement to millennials in the right way. The research method used is a library reseach that discusses leadership, communication, and millennial generation. Leaders in the millennial era must be trendsetters, they must be able to support millennial generate.ons in order to be innovative and creative and have an entrepreneurial spirit

Abstract

Dalam organisasi orang-orang yang dalam kelompok kerjanya berusaha mengembangkan keahlian dan pandangan mereka, yang kadang-kadang ada perbedaan tentang pekerjaan/tugasnya dengan pekerjaan/tugas kelompok lainnya.Ketika interaksi diantara mereka terjadi, maka konflik menjadi potensi untuk muncul. Dalam kehidupan berorganisasi setiap saat dapat terjadinya konflik baik berbentuk konflik antar individu sebagai anggota organisasi, maupun konflikantara anggota dengan organisasi. Kondisi konflik tidak menguntungkan bagi kepemimpinan karena akan menimbulkan berbagai kesulitan dalam menggerakkan anggota agar berkerja sama, dalam usaha mencapai tujuanbersama. Dalam kondisi ini partisipasi anggota tidak saja menurun, tetapi juga menghindar dan menantang sebagai pertanda kepemimpinan kurang atau tidak efektif. Konflik/pertentangan mendorong individu mencari teman menunjukkan solidaritas diri dan permasalahan, sehingga terjadi pengelompokan anggota yang bertentangan denagn yang lain, baik secara terang terangan maupun sembunyisembunyi.

Abstract

In organizations people who work in groups work to develop their skills and perspectives, which sometimes have differences about the work / duties with the work / tasks of other groups. When interactions between them occur, then conflict becomes the potential to arise. In organizational life at any time conflicts can occur in the form of conflicts between individuals as members of the organization, as well as conflicts between members and the organization. Conflict conditions are not favorable for leadership because it will cause various difficulties in moving members to work together, in an effort to achieve common goals. In this condition member participation not only decreases, but also evades and challenges as a sign of lacking or ineffective leadership. Conflicts encourage individuals to look for friends to show their self-solidarity and problems, so there are groupings of members that contradict others, both openly and secretly

Abstract

Attention is an important element in the learning process. With attention, the learning process will be active and conducive. The effectiveness of the learning process in the classroom will be achieved if each student is able to achieve good attention so that explanations from lecturers or other students can be absorbed well to realize quality learning success. The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of nonverbal communication can be an alternative in increasing student attention in the learning process. The qualitative method is the method chosen in this study. The number of subjects taken in this study were 28 students of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Data collection in this study uses observation and interview techniques. While the data analysis in this study is descriptive qualitative data analysis. From these results it can be concluded that nonverbal communication can be an appropriate alternative in increasing student attention in the learning process.

Abstract

As a religion, Islam was regulated every asfects of life including how a good learning ethic is, this can be found in the books written by Islamic scholars. Among the books dealing with the learning ethics are ‘Ta’lim almuta’alim’ written by Syaikh Burhanudin Az-Zarnuji. The study of this book has been done with the part on determines the subjek that will be studied, selecting teachers and making friends, the purpose of this study is to analyze about determines the subjek that will be studied, selecting teachers and making friends according to Syaik Burhanudin Az-Zarnuji. Research Methods are conducted with literature study research through a qualitative approach. Research show according to Syaik Burhanudin Az-Zarnuji that the most important knowledge is the Tawheed, and the next step is shariah, then after that the others. Thereafter a student should select a teacher who is knowledgeable, religiously and morally. Than in choosing friends should choose good friends who can motivate the spirit of learning.

Abstract

With the nature of qana'ah, peace of life can be achieved. In order to improve the qana'ah nature of the people of Palembang city, the implementation of the communication strategy of Ustadz Fauzan Yayan is very important for Ustadz Fauzan Yayan. The purpose of this study was to determine how the communication strategy of Ustadz Fauzan Yayan's da'wah communication in improving the qana'ah character of the people of Palembang city. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were 10 people in Palembang city. The results of this study indicate that (a) the da'wah communication strategy has been implemented by Ustadz Fauzan Yayan in order to improve the qana'ah nature of the people of Palembang, namely the al-hikmah method, the al-mau'idzah hasanah method, and the al-mujadalah method and (b ) the qana'ah nature of the people of Palembang city after the implementation of the da'wah communicationstrategy has increased both in aspects (1) willingly accepting what is there, (2) asking Allah SWT for appropriate additions and keep trying. (3) patiently accepting God's provisions, (4) putting their trust in Allah Almighty, and (5) not being attracted by the deceit of the world.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of information technology and communications in Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic Boarding school South Sumatra. This research method is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using participant observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis procedure performed by the display, reduction, categorisation, syntesis, and hypothesis data. The results of this study are; (1)the application of ICTs, (2)the process of planning,implementation and evaluation, (3)the process of integrating ICT, (4)ICT be used as a learning tool, administration and as media promotio, (5) optimize the role of ICT, (6) the constraints on its implementation. Based on the results, this study offers some recommendations, namely,;boarding school must immediately address the issue of lack of power, and hold a new Client Server with a larger capacity.

Abstract

Based on the results of the study, it is understood that da'i ethics which are regulated in the al-Qur'an are grouped into three categories, namely speaking ethics. Da'i in preaching oral bil al according to the norms of the Koran must be in clear language (baligh), not burdensome to the audience, polite language (qaulan layyinah), language ethics according to the forum, and the principle of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar ; (2) Deed ethics, is the regulation of the norms of the Koran regarding the deeds of preachers, namely to do good in accordance with the words, to be affectionate to the public, istiqamah, to manifest faith with righteous deeds, to do good deeds in accordance with Islamic law, to leave Allah's prohibition and carrying out orders, not being harsh to the public and compelling, and (3) ethics in exemplary, namely as a profile of the manifestation of good values (mahampang) according to the norms of the Koran that exemplary da'i, is a moral manifestation of al-Qur'an with its polite appearance, close relationship with the people, spreading the form of love as a preacher with mad'u, and totally surrendering to the truth value of the Koran.

Abstract

One of the important points in the process of da'wah is the content of the message. Namely the teachings contained in the Qur'an, al-Hadith, Ijma 'Ulamak and Qiyas. Meanwhile, the purpose of preaching itself is to make Islamic teachings manifest in every aspect of people's lives, the economic aspects are colored by Islamic teachings, as well as aspects of law, as well as politics and so on. Democracy as a form of government that is carried out by placing the people as holders of sovereignty, requires people who understand this role. There are three roles of the ummah in this case, namely electing a leader or head of government, exercising control over government policies and determining the goals the government must achieve. Therefore, Islamic communication or da'wah activities in this case need to contribute in an effort to educate the people so that they can play these roles. The contribution of da'wah in this case is to provide information about the criteria for a leader who is eligible to be elected, to provide information about policies such as what the government needs to do and the goals or directions that need to be taken.
