Abstract

This study discusses and analyzes the visual design of chocolate snack packaging and relates it to the buying interest of adolescents. Teenagers are a group of people who are in the process of growing and entering the adult stage. This makes teenagers have thoughts that continue to develop and change their mindset in terms of consumption. On the other hand, chocolate snack products are an important industry in Indonesia. With a large population in Indonesia, large cocoa production, and high levels of chocolate consumption, Indonesia is ranked 6th on a global scale. In this study, the approach was carried out quantitatively and analyzed descriptively. Data collection was carried out through literature studies and surveys of young respondents aged 17-25 years who live in Bandung and consume chocolate snacks. The results of this study indicate that the visual design of chocolate snack packaging can encourage adolescent buying interest, but it is the brand indicator that is the most significant driver of purchase interest

Abstract

This concern arises because of a new technology that has become a phenomenon known as artificial intelligence machines or Artificial Intelligence (AI) which can be used in various activities, one of which is in the field of law because it can perform artificial intelligence like humans such as thinking, learning, and also self-development. This makes the role of the legal profession in providing legal services questionable. This study aims to determine the results of analysis of Artificial Intelligence (AI) machines that can potentially or not replace the role of legal practitioners and legal responsibility in the use of AI. The writing of this article uses normative research and uses conceptual and legislative approaches. Based on the results of the analysis conducted currently there is no special regulation that expressly regulates AI according to Indonesian law, AI itself is only a machine used in facilitating the work of legal practitioners and AI responsibility is imposed on the creator or user of AI because it is not a legal subject who can carry out legal actions consciously according to applicable provisions in Indonesia

Abstract

The phenomenon of criminal law enforcement today is increasingly losing its direction and is even considered to have reached its lowest point, the justice-seeking community complains about the process of investigating criminal acts (general) which is a convoluted process, protracted and even has no end to its resolution, this situation clearly does not provide legal certainty, justice and benefits in law enforcement, moreover there will be violations of the rights of suspects, one of the causes of this situation is the absence of a provision for the time limit of investigation (vacuum of norms). The research method used in this study is to use the type of Normative legal research with the approach used in this study is a statute approach and a conceptual approach, with the specification of the research is descriptive analytical, while the technique of collecting legal materials used in this study is to use document studies. i.e. documents obtained from the Jatanras Unit of the Source Police Station. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there are no provisions governing the time limit for investigation of suspects from the start of investigation to the transfer of cases to trial, so the status of suspects depends on the investigation process. The absence of a time limit in determining suspects causes legal uncertainty guaranteed in Articles 28D and 281 paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution, therefore in the Draft Criminal Procedure Code there is a time limit for investigation as stipulated in article 48 of the Criminal Procedure Bill. Paragraph (1) and Paragraph (3).
