Abstract

Kebutuhan terhadap teknologi informasi pada sekarang ini telah menjadi kewajiban untuk setiap industri ataupun organisasi. Rata-rata seluruh aktifitas baik yang terletak pada sesuatu industri maupun organisasi tidak terlepas dari kedudukan teknologi informasi yang ada saat ini. Teknologi informasi merupakan sekumpulan komponen yang digunakan untuk memproses sebuah informasi serta melaksanakan tugas - tugas yang berkaitan dengan pemrosesan informasi. Institut EFG adalah perguruan tinggi yang sedang berkembang disalah satu pulau di Kalimantan. Sejak tahun 2012, Institut EFG berupaya untuk mempersiapkan organisasi dan tata kerja dengan memadukan sumberdaya yang ada dan standarisasi sistem administrasi ke dalam organisasi dan tata kerja. Penataan organisasi dan tata kerja dilakukan mengikuti prosedur yang telah ditetapkan yaitu dengan mengadopsi struktur dan tata kerja yang menerapkan prinsi-prinsip Good University Governance (GUG). Penataan organisasi dan tata kerja yang tepat dalam suatu organisasi dan tata kerja akan menjamin tercapainya tujuan dan sasaran dari organisasi dan tata kerja tersebut. Oleh karena itu, permasalahan yang telah dijabarkan maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem berbasis website untuk proses Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas (SPPD) di Institut EFG. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada dapat dinyatakan bahwa metode User Centered Design (UCD) tepat untuk digunakan dalam melakukan perancangan website yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk digunakan dalam proses administrasi yang dibutuhkan di Institut EFG. Diharapkan dari perancangan website ini dapat memudahkan pihak-pihak terkait untuk proses pembuatan Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas (SPPD). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahapan diawali dari identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, pembangunan aplikasi, dan kesimpulan dan saran.

Abstract

Keamanan jaringan Mikrotik menjadi hal yang penting untuk dipertimbangkan, mengingat semakin maraknya serangan siber yang terjadi. Salah satu cara untuk mengingkatkan keamanan jaringan Mikrotik adalah dengan menerapkan Firewall Filtering dan Port Knocking. Firewall Filtering digunakan untuk memblokir port-port yang rentan terhadap serangan, sedangkan port knocking digunakan untuk menambahkan lapisan keamanan tambahan dengan mengharuskan pengguna untuk memasukkan kombinasi port sebelum dapat mengakses jaringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara implementasi dari sistem keamanan jaringan Mikrotik menggunakan firewall filtering dan port knocking. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan firewall filtering dan port knocking dapat meningkatkan sistem keamanan jaringan Mikrotik. Firewall filtering dapat memblokir serangan dari luar jaringan, sedangkan port knocking dapat mencegah serangan dari luar jaringan.

Abstract

Pertashop adalah inovasi usaha ritel BBM, LPG dan produk PT Pertamina (Persero) yang dikelola bersama sebagai bentuk sinergi antara Kementerian Dalam Negeri dan PT Pertamina (Persero) dalam memeratakan energi hingga ke pelosok negeri, Pertashop merupakan bagian program One Village One Outlet. Nota Kesepahaman antara PT Pertamina (Persero) Nomor 193/1536A/SJ dan Kementerian Dalam Negeri Nomor SD-06/C00000/2020 – SO tentang dukungan Pemerintah dan Masyarakat Desa dalam peningkatan dan pengembangan program Pertashop. Dari Perhitungan Saving Matrix didapatkan penghematan perhitungan Jarak Tree Logic dengan Jarak Saving Matrix. Penghematan jarak diperoleh dari selisih antara penghitungan jarak tree logic dan penghitungan jarak saving matrix, yaitu sebesar 3.771 Km. Penghematan Penghitungan Rute tree Logic sejumlah 21 Rute dan rute saving matrik sejumlah dua rute, yaitu sebesar 19 rute penghematan. Perhitungan penggunaan bahan bakar minyak mobil tangki yang diperoleh dari selisih perhitungan tree logic dengan perhitungan saving matrix adalah sebesar Rp 25.642.800. Dengan perhitungan saving matrix manajemen dapat melakukan upaya efisiensi atau penghematan jumlah mobil tangki yang beroperasi, jarak tempuh distribusi, penghematan rute dan penghematan bahan bakar minyak. Peneliti juga mengharapkan dengan adanya analisis data, penghematan dapat mengurangi emisi gas rumah kaca dan polusi udara, seiring dengan pengurangan pemakaian kendaraan operasional mobil tangki dan konsumsi bahan bakar kendaraan yang bertugas melakukan distribusi. Segenap upaya untuk menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan dalam rantai distribusi bahan bakar minyak perlu terus dilakukan oleh manajemen.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the results of the assessment and comparison of user experience in online airline ticket booking applications using the user experience questionnaire (UEQ). Data collection methods include using literature studies and distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this research was a simple random sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. Validity tests and reliability tests are also carried out using statistical calculations and tools. Based on the average score assessment on each travel A and travel B application scale using the UEQ questionnaire, both applications have a good overall user experience (UX) level. In travel application A, the average score for each scale, such as attractiveness, is 2.6, clarity is 2.4, efficiency is 2.5, accuracy is 2.4, stimulation is 2.5, and novelty is 2.5, all of which indicate that this application scored above or at least equal to the established "excellent" threshold. Meanwhile, for travel application B, the average score on each scale also shows that this application reaches a good UX level. The average scores for the attractiveness scale were 2.4, clarity was 2.5, efficiency was 2.5, accuracy was 2.3, stimulation was 2.4, and novelty was 2.2, all meeting or exceeding the threshold value of "excellent." From these results, it can be concluded that travel has a good performance in providing a satisfactory user experience on the online airline ticket booking application. Although there are slight variations in the average scores on several scales between the two applications, both overall provide an excellent user experience based on evaluation using the UEQ questionnaire.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether e-service quality and sales promotion have an impact on e-customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. The precise sample size for this study is not available. However, it is comprised of residents of Indonesia's five biggest cities who have used the e-wallet app. Users of e-wallet applications who met the requirements of never using one and not utilizing the application for less than three months made up the study's sample. Purposeful sampling, a nonprobability sampling technique, was applied in this study. The study sample consisted of one hundred respondents in total. Papers, questionnaires, and a literature review gathered data for this study. This inquiry employed the path analysis method. Several inferences can be made in light of the study's findings and the following discussion, including the following: Sales promotions and online customer happiness are correlated. The caliber of e-services has some bearing on e-customer happiness. E-customer satisfaction is simultaneously influenced by sales marketing and the quality of service. Sales promotions have an impact on consumers' propensity to make further purchases. The caliber of the e-service partially influences repurchase intentions. E-customer satisfaction has some bearing on repurchase intentions. Repurchase intentions equally impact sales promotion, e-service quality, and e-customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to design and build an employee performance assessment information system using the rating scale method. The data collection methods used in this research were observation, interviews, library research, and a literature study. The research utilized the rating scale as the method for assessing employee performance. The author used the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in system development. The review and analysis confirmed this research's success in developing an employee performance assessment information system using the rating scale method. The successful implementation of this system has had a positive impact by providing a solution to the challenge of performance assessment that is less than objective. With the existence of an employee performance appraisal information system, companies now have tools that can reduce the level of subjectivity in performance appraisals. Using the rating scale method in this system provides consistent evaluation standards, increases assessment accuracy, and presents a higher element of objectivity. In conclusion, implementing the employee performance assessment information system opens up opportunities for continuous improvement in human resource management. With a focus on objectivity and measurability, this system has the potential to become an invaluable tool in achieving company goals and vision.
