Introduction: Describe clinical reports of pre- and postneurofunctional interventions in cases of agenesis of the corpus callosum. Clinical case: The baby was born spontaneously with a weight of 3100 g, 40 weeks of gestation and required a stimulus of applause for 10s until finally the baby cried for the first time. The baby was born with the thumb congenitally entwined bilaterally. At the initial evaluation, the child has fluctuating tone in the upper and lower extremities. Spasm in the upper trapezius, tibialis anterior and facial muscles (frontal, masseter, obricularis oris), very weak central muscles and hypotonia of the upper and lower extremities. The goals of neurofunctional intervention are to improve motor skills, improve head control, improve core ability in sitting position, and readiness to crawl. the child did not show any orthopedic deformities, but there was limited range of motion and muscle weakness and changes. Conclusion: Functional focused motor interventions proved to be effective, as GMFM showed an improvement in gross motor function after a short intervention period from 31 points to 48 points in the total dimension B.

Background: Management of Physiotherapy for Osteoarthritis Dextra grade 3 Kellgren-Lawrence accompanied by tight hamstrings and decreased quadriceps muscle strength and decreased range of motion of the knee flexion joint. Objective: To report on the results of a physiotherapy program on Osteoarthritis Dextra grade 3 Kellgren-Lawrence with hamstring tightness and a decrease in quadriceps muscle strength and a decrease in the range of motion of the knee flexion joint. Methods: The patient is a 53-year-old woman with a primary diagnosis of Osteoarthritis Dextra grade 3 Kellgren-Lawrence accompanied by tight hamstrings and decreased quadriceps muscle strength and decreased range of motion of the knee joint for flexion. Physiotherapy was carried out 5 times with details of TENS in the area around the knee for 13 minutes, ultrasound of the hamstring tendon for 6 minutes, stretching of the hamstring as well as strengthening of the quadriceps muscle with stretching of the hamstrings tendon for 5 times. Therapy 2 times a week. Results: After 5 treatments, the results showed a decrease in pain from a score of 10 to 6, the level of difficulty from a score of 11 to 4 and the level of dependence from a value of 4 changed to a value of 3. The assessment was measured by the Jette scale. Conclusion: In this case there is a significant progress of changing the value on the Jette scale. This is probably because from the initial indication of OA, the patient immediately underwent a physiotherapy process.

Objective: Compare the effectiveness of Constraint Induced Movement Therapy (CIMT) and Motor Relearning Program (MRP) on upper extremity and hand functions in post-stroke patients.. Methods: This research is an experimental study design. randomaized control pre test post-Test Design. Sample of convenience of twelve (12) stroke subjects are selected and devided into group I and group II. Group I received CIMT and group II with MRP. Results: test normality with Shapiro Wilk Test obtained normal distribution data while with test homogenity with Levene's test obtained data has variant Homogen. The results of hypothesis testing in treatment group I with the One Sampels T-test obtained pvalue <0.001 in Wolf Motor Function Test (WMFT) CIMT intervention can improve Upper Etremity function. In the treatment group II with the One Sampels T-test, the pvalue was <0.001 at WMFT. So it can be concluded that MRP intervention can improve Upper Extremity function. The independent sample t-test results show a p-value <0.360, which means there is no difference in the functional increase in Upper Extremity Stroke conditions between CIMT and MRP interventions. Conclusion: there was no difference in effectiveness between CIMT and MRP for improving upper extremity function in poststroke patients.

Introduction: Low back pain is one of the major problems faced by a worker. According to data from a survey by work-related diseases of 43,000 workers in agriculture, 27,000 of them complain of low back pain. Wrong posture done by workers for a long time will trigger the emergence of pain in the lower back. Case Presentation: The method used in this study is a case report from a patient low back pain at Ngawi Hospital with a identity TN.BC with the age of 56 years. The patient felt pain in the lower back in November 2020 because he often lifted heavy loads while doing activities in the fields such as lifting fertilizers, lifting spray tanks. Management and Outcome: the provision of infrared, TENS and Core stability exercise (CSE) is one of the effective methods to reduce complaints of pain in the lower back Discussion: This IR application given to LBP patients will provide a relaxing effect and help blood flow to the area. Giving TENS here is used to block the pain that appears. This type of Core Stability exercise aims to improve neuro-omuscular control , endurance, central muscle strength to maintain dynamic spinal stability. CSE can control during the movement of weight transfer, functional activities such as sitting, standing and walking. We all need a good Core stability program to prevent low back pain from initiating limb movement, for proper utilization of muscle strength and to improve performance. Conclusion: Handling physiotherapy in the form of giving IR, TENS and CSE can reduce complaints of low back pain that farmers complain about.

Introduction: Osteoarthiritis (OA) is a disease joint degenerative whichinvolve the joints securingloads such as hip, knee and ankle foot. Osteoarthiritis occurs when there is abnormality radiography form the osteophytes, degree of sclerosis bone subchondral, loss of bone cartilage andsand formation ofcysts. Generally clinical symptoms of OA among others pain, stiffness and l imitation of motion. Other risk factors for knee OA are gender, obesity, joint injury, repetitive joint loading, osteoporosis and muscle weakness. Case Presentation: In this research, the method used is case report. The case report comes from a 70-year-old Mrs. S patient at one of the hospitals in Magetan. The patient complained of pain in both knees, then the right knee was more painful than the left. Knee pain experienced by the patient or less since one year ago with no known cause. The pain gets worse when you sit for a long time and when you get up from sitting to standing. Management and Outcome:The provision of isometric exercise and strengthening exercise is one of the exercise therapy that can be given to OA patients to reduce pain and increase muscle strength. Discussion:Isometric exercise is given to patients because this exercise can reduce pain because when trained isometrically the muscle contracts/moves without lengthening the muscle because no change can minimize movement and reduce pain, besides that isometric exercise uses adaptive concepts to relieve the pain felt. Strengthening exercise is given to muscles that experience weakness. Strengthening exercise can increase the resistance and stability of the knee joint so that the load received by the joint decreases. By decreasing the joint load, the pain will decrease so that functional activity will also increase Conclusion:Handling physiotherapy in the form of giving exercise therapy can reduce pain complaints in cases of osteoarthritis.

Background: Pain in the lower back is a common case experienced by most people in the world and one of the global health problems and identified quite high prevalence among the productive age. Piriformis syndrome often cause of misdiagnosis of LBP and sciatica secondary to entrapment of the sciatic nerve in the piriformis muscle by the greater degree of sciatica. Piriformis Syndrome result the pain in the gluteal area, piriformis muscle spasm, decreases gluteal muscle strength and decreases functional activities. Physiotherapy management for Piriformis Syndrome can be done using stretching modalities. Research Objectives: to determine the effect of self stretching on the degree of pain due to piriformis syndrome at Teras Health Center, Boyolali Regency. Research Methods: This study used a case study. There were 5 people who met inclusion criteria. Pain was measured by VAS that confirmed after treatment. The demography data age, body mass, and bodymass index, gender, and grade of OA. Result: The pain showed decreased between pre-test and post-test after treatment. Conclusion: Self stretching was giving beneficial to reduce pain in individuals with piriformis syndrome.

Introduction: Retention Urine Postpartum (RUP) is the inability tourinate spontaneously after 6 hours post labor per vaginal or 24 hours post SC . This occurs because of the dyssynergy of the contraction mechanism which there is weakness of detrusor muscle and a decrease in the relaxation of the external urethral sphincter, increasing resistance to urine flow. Physiotherapy can be participate in providing stimulation of detrusor muscle and increasing relaxation of the external urethral sphincter. Case Presentation : Patient a woman , 27 years old, primigravidae, 7th day postpartum, catheter inserted , unable to urinate spontaneously , and still feel pain in the stitches , thus interfering with their functional activities. Management and Outcome : The patient is given a program of physiotherapy in the clinic and home program .Physiotherapy treatment is given every day for 11 days , namely sensory stimulation of tactile in the S2-S4 dermatome area which can stimulate pelvic and pudendal nerve. Tactile stimulation in the form of touch with light pressure on the sensory areas S2-S4. After treatment the started to urinate spontaneously after 4 days of treatment, even though the bladder had not completely emptied , disappearance of incisional pain in the perineum, and increased functional ability. Discussion : Giving sensory stimulation treatment in the area S2-S4 dermatome area will help stimulate the muscle contractions of detrusor muscle and the external urethral sphincter for relaxation so that the urine can come out spontaneously . In addition , sensory stimulation can reduce pain at the incision site in the perineum.

Introduction: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) is a peripheral neuropathy caused by entrapment on the median nerve in the carpal tunnel resulting in limited nerve mobility. The aim of this study is to find out the effectiveness of the neurodynamic technique (tensioning and sliding) and ultrasound therapy to reduce symptoms in CTS patients. Case Presentation: The patient was a 47 years old woman with sensory impairment and decreased functional ability. Sensory impairment includes pain, paresthesias, and numbness in the palm and thumb to the ring finger. Management and Outcome: Treatment given was a conservative treatment by physiotherapy in the form of neurodynamic technique (tensioning and sliding) and ultrasound therapy. The instruments used were the Numeric Pain Rating Scale to measure the pain and Boston Carpal Tunnel Questionnaire to measure the severity of symptoms and functional ability. Discussion: The results obtained were the decrease of tenderness T1: 3 to T4: 2, motion pain T1: 3 to T4: 2, and increased functional ability of the patient. Conclusion: The addition of hand splinting use during working with giving neurodynamic technique (tensioning and sliding) and ultrasound therapy can effectively reduce pain and increase functional ability.

Introduction: Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a chronic condition that affects millions of children and often persists into adulthood. ADHD is one of the most common neurodevelopmental disorders with a worldwide prevalence rate of 5% among children and adolescents. The ratio of men to women is 2:1. The risk factors for ADHD include blood relatives with ADHD or other mental health disorders, exposure to rac un environment , the use of drugs , alcohol or smoking by the mother during pregnancy, maternal exposure to the toxic environment and also birth prematurely . Case Presentation: The method used in this study is a case report from a patient at the Mitra Insan Mandiri (MIM) Clinic in Ponorogo with the identity of An. ANP aged 3 years 5 months. Management and Outcame: Administration of neuro sensory (NS), head massage, expression massage, sensory integration and paravertebral release with myofascial release (MRF) technique showed a fairly good effect on the problems that exist in patients with ADHD. Discussion: Giving n euro senso used to download sensory stimulation and to train children to be quiet. Sensory integration (SI) therapy focuses on increasing the child's capacity to integrate sensory and input. SI therapy uses a neurophysiological approach to implementation and can reduce hyperactivity and attention problems. Head massage is useful for sensory stimulation, reducing children's emotions and providing a sense of comfort so as to make children calmer. M assage expressions may provide sensory stimulation to the face. Paravertebral release with the Myofascial Release (MFR) technique is given to reduce spasm in the paravertebral area. Conclusion: The provision of therapy programs in the form of neuro sensory, sensory integration, head massage , expression massage and paravertebral release using the MFR technique can have a fairly good effect after 4 therapy sessions in dealing with problems caused by patients with ADHD.
