Abstract

This article describes the importance of educational reform as an act of innovation and educational renewal, especially in Indonesia. The forms of educational reform are very diverse, one of which is in the form of decisions and policies issued by the government in enforcing provisions in national education, such as curricula, learning models and other policies. However, in carrying out an education reform one must always remember the basis for the implementation of education itself so as not to take wrong actions and result in failure in its implementation

Abstract

Online learning is the answer to the Covid-19 pandemic that has hit all corners of the world. Face-to-face learning experiences a shift and of course this has a direct relationship with several learning components. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Magetan is one of the favorite educational institutions in Magetan with more than a thousand students. This condition in online learning certainly requires good preparation so that learning material is still conveyed. The research approach in this article is a qualitative and case study type. Snowball sampling was used to extract data from several informants. And the researcher will follow the main informant's directions who appoint other informants. Data analysis used is Miles B. Huberman's theory where there are three data analysis workflows in interrelated steps, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the study stated, in online learning, teachers at MIN 3 Magetan prepared everything well considering that online learning has several weaknesses and is different from in the classroom learning. Four teacher competencies are very supportive online learning implementation considering that good skills are needed from the teacher in managing and connecting several things related to online learning. In addition, teachers are required to supervise their students with the help of parents and guardians. Evaluation or assessment in online learning is carried out by the teacher based on the quantitative and qualitative descriptions. Learning assessment that touches the psychomotor realm in online learning only touches cognitive and affective aspects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out which online shops have an effect on the shopping culture of the Made Taman community in Made Taman Village, Lamongan Regency in 2020. In this study the researchers chose to use quantitative methods. The population in this study were adolescents or adults aged 20 years to 40 years who resided in Made Taman north and south in 2020 in Made Village, Lamongan district, totaling 48 respondents. The test technique uses simple Linear Regression analysis, the results obtained from the calculation between the value of t count> t table with a significant level of 5%, namely 7,477> 2,012, so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. After getting to know the Online Shop, people more often shop at online stores than traditional markets because the people of Made Taman are very satisfied with the quality given to the online shop and believe shopping at an online shop is the right decision.

Abstract

Children are the future of the nation. The child's development period is an important time in determining the character of the child. The behavior and actions of parents to children become a pattern of foster care that plays an important role in shaping their character. Activities and backgrounds of parents can form a pattern of foster care applied to their child. The form of foster care patterns has its own impact, both permissive, over protective and authoritative foster care patterns. Through quantitative research method with 100 respondents obtained that the three foster care patterns are related to the development of children's personality. All three have significant influence.

Abstract

This study aims 1) to find out how women’s empowerment is carried out in Balai Sakinah Aisyiyah, 2) to determine the effect of women’s empowerment on increasing the productive economy in Balai Sakinah Aisyiyah’s programs (BSA). Respondents used in the study amounted to 30 membersof Balai Sakinah Aisyiyah.Dta collection methods used in this research are questionnaire and documentationmethods. This research uses a quantitative approach with inferential analysis with a simple linear regression model with the help of SPSS 23. Significance is written by default as 0,05 (5%). Research result are:1) after participating in coaching The Balai SakinahAisyiyah’s programs, members get useful result, namely the knowledge and the economic aspect. 2) from the analysis, it was obtained that the R square value or the coefficient of determination (KD) was 0,344, which means that women’s empowerment had an effect on increasing the productive economy by 34% and the remaining 66% was influenced by other factors. Sig 0,001 which means that the probability value is smaller than 5%, namely 0,05, identifies that women’s empowerment has an effect on the productive economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether online learning had a significant effect on learning motivation of class A students of the Islamic Education program in the Covid-19 pandemic era. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this research are 54 Students in class A Islamic Education Program STAI Salahuddin Pasuruan. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which is distributed by researchers by google form. The testing technique uses simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence between online learning (X) on learning motivation (Y), because the value of t count> from the t table with a significant level of 5%, namely 6,057> 1,671. The contribution of online learning to the learning motivation of class A students of the Islamic Education Program of STAI Salahuddin was 41.4% and the remaining 58.6 was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

A phenomenon of Qur'anic education that is faced with a more difficult time where today is easily found in schools where in this education does not use a method but only uses daily methods in reading the Qur'an. In this case it takes a method to facilitate a learning to read the Qur'an. One of them is by using the An-Nahdliyah method, which aims to practice the recitation of the Qur'an properly and correctly. This research uses a type of library research or literature study. The final analysis results use descriptive analytical methods to present about the An-Nahdliyah method in the learning activities of the Qur'an. Thus the researcher formulated the problem: 1) How the reading system in the An-Nahdliyah method, 2) How the teaching and learning process at TPQ An-Nahdliyah. The results obtained as follows: The reading system of The An-Nahdliyah method, including: Tartil, Tahqiq, and Taqhonni. While the educational methods used in the teaching and learning process at TPQ An-Nahdliyah are: demonstration method, drill method, question and answer method, and lecture method..
