Abstract

This study based on the condition of Muslim students in Southern Thailand that was difficult to understand Arabic language. Researchers are triggered to know how to implement and how effective Mysterious Box and Card Game (known as KOKAMI) in improving Arabic writing skill towards 5th grade students at the Chariyattham Wittaya Narathiwat School in Southern Thailand. This study is designed to be quantitative with pre-experimental design in the form of one group pre-test and post-test. Data are collected through observation, interview, documentation and test. Further, data are analysed using t-test formula. The results showed that KOKAMI game has effectively enhanced Arabic writing skill of the 5th grade students at the Chariyattham Wittaya Narathiwat School in Southern Thailand with a ratio of tcount 8,881> ttable 2,201. This means H1 is accepted.

Abstract

The study aims to determine whether there is a relationship and how big the relationship is. Non-experimental quantitative research with a population of 53 students. Questionnaire instrument on learning responsibilities and parental social support. Test the validity of expert judgment, reliability test using the Alpha Conbach formula. Data analysis using Product Moment correlation. The results of the study the reliability value of learning responsibility was 0.975, and parental social support was 0.954. The results of the analysis of learning responsibilities show the medium category the results are 64%. and parental social support is in the moderate category, the result is 66%. significance 0.000≤0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and the results of the correlation test rcount 0.549. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between learning responsibility and the social support of parents of SD Negeri 1 (Se-cluster) 1 Solokuro students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Profitability, Leverage, Liquidity and Sharia Supervisory Board on Disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (Study on Islamic Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2019 Period). The sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The number of companies that were sampled in this study were 10 Islamic Banking Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2016-2019 period. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that Profitability Affects Disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting in Islamic Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2019 period. Leverage Affects Disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting in Islamic Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2019 period. Liquidity Affects Disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting in Islamic Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2019 period. Sharia Supervisory Board Influences on Disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting in Sharia Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2019 period.

Abstract

The pandemic Covid-19 has forced all activities to be carried out at home. This is very influential in the world of education. The students’ motivation and interest in learning decreases. The research intends to explore information related to the causes of decreased student motivation and interest in online learning Islamic religious education at SD Muhammadiyah 11 Randegan. The research method is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The data were analyzed qualitative using the Miles Huberman analysis model. The data was proved from the result of the research that the decline in students’ motivation and interest in online learning Islamic religious education at SD Muhammadiyah 11 Randegan occurs slowly. Meanwhile, the causes of the decline in students’ motivation and interest in online learning in Islamic religious education at SD Muhammdiyah 11 Randegan are boring learning, limited learning media used online, lack of direct teacher supervision, lack of parental attention to students when learning online, more students prefer playing mobile phones instead of online learning, and limited interaction between students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leader Member Exchange and Islamic work ethic on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable in Mbok Surip Bone Soft Chicken. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample in this study was 100 employees on all employees of Mbok Surip Bone Soft Chicken. The analytical tool used in this research is path analysis technique with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.0 for windows. This study uses primary data and secondary data, primary data obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement uses a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability, while secondary data was obtained from company documents. The results of this study prove that (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between Leader Member Exchange and Employee Performance. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between Islamic Work Ethic and Employee Performance (3) Leader Member Exchange has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (4) Islamic Work Ethic has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (5) There is a positive and significant relationship between Employee Performance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (6) Leader Member Exchange has a positive and significant relationship on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable, (7) Organizational Citizenship Behavior cannot mediate Islamic Work Ethic and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Learning at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Taman uses the syllabus set by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, which is called K-13. Which in the implementation of Arabic language learning at SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Taman uses the storytelling method. The application of the story telling method is carried out in 3 stages, namely opening, core activities, and closing. Student responses to the application of this storytelling method are very good. blackboard projection. In practice, learning at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Taman is carried out offline and online using zoom during a pandemic. the use of the Storetelling method in teaching speaking skills is an effective indication. Based on the questionnaire processing of student responses to the application of the storytelling method, a score of 83.2% was obtained which was included in the very strong category, namely between 81%-100%. So from the results of this questionnaire, it can be seen that the storytelling method was responded well by students.
