Educational Values This article aims to explore moral education in the concept of 'Ibadur Rahman through the interpretation of Al-Azhar, so that the understanding of moral education is more varied and more comprehensive. The research approach used is library research whose data is obtained from a literature review with a theoretical and philosophical approach. The results of the study found that the value of moral education contained in Q.S Al-Furqon verses 63-77 Tafsir Al-Azhar by Hamka of education is divided into 3: aqidah education, sharia education and moral education. in Islam Surah Al-Furqon Verses 63-77

The purpose of this study is to find out how the concept of Islamic family education is contained in the letter Ali-Imran verses 33-37. In this case the researcher provides answers to the following questions: 1. How is the concept of Islamic family education in accordance with the Tafsir of Ali'Imran verses 33-37. 2. How is the implementation of millennial family education at Taman Anggun Sejahtera Housing 3 Kepuh Kemiri Village. This type of research uses qualitative research for the method used in this study, namely using analysis or analysis methods. The approach used in this study is to use a descriptive approach, which is to explain the meanings contained in each verse from the main source, namely the interpretation of Surah Ali-Imran verses 33-37 and analyze the meaning contained in secondary data sources so that the results are obtained in order to The results of the research findings show that: (1) in the concept of Islamic family education in Surah Ali-Imran verses 33-37 the results of the traveler's analysis are faith education, worship education, da'wah education and moral education. (2) the application of Islamic family education in the letter Ali-Imran verses 33-37 with current education, namely by instilling values that are applied every day both in the family and in the community so that the hope is able to be used as the foundation of a strong Islamic family in a person's family.

Implementation of Islamic Business Ethics and Preparation of Financial Statements for Muslim Entrepreneurs in Sidoarjo City Sri Wahyuni; Sigit Hermawan

This study aims to determine the suitability between the implementation of business ethics and the preparation of financial statements at the Nursyifa Pharmacy Sidoarjo with Islamic business ethics. This type of research is qualitative with a case study method, data is collected by conducting literature studies, observations and in-depth interviews with informants including owners, employees and consumers of Apotek Nursyifa who are determined using judgment techniques then the collected data is analyzed using qualitative descriptive data analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that Nursyifa Pharmacy implements Islamic business ethics in business activities and financial statement preparation well, although not perfectly. The imperfection of the implementation of Islamic business ethics at the Nursyifa Pharmacy Sidoarjo lies in the employee dress policy applied and the involvement of conventional banks in transactions carried out with distributors that are not in accordance with Islamic law.

Effect of Salary, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of Bangil Religious Court Office Employees Sakinah Fiqih Firdausi; Hasan Ubaidillah

This study aims to determine the effect of salary, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Bangil Religious Court office. This research includes quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 40 employees at the Bangil Religious Court office. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), multiple correlation coefficient (R), f test, t test, and classical assumption test using SPSS. The primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires whose measurements used a Likert scale which were tested for validity and reliability. The result of this research is that there is a simultaneous influence between salary, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. Partially, the variables of salary, work motivation and work discipline have an influence on employee performance. And work discipline is a variable that has the most significant influence on employee performance.

The Influence of Organizational Culture, Leadership Style and Motivation on Employee Performance at the Bangil Religious Court Valentine Mellityastiti; Hasan Ubaidillah

This study aims to describe and explain the influence of organizational culture, leadership style and motivation on employee performance at the Bangil Religious Court. This study uses a quantitative research type, which was conducted at the Bangil Religious Court using a Likert scale. The population and sample in this study were all employees at the Bangil Religious Court as many as 42 respondents and were taken using purposive sampling method. The source of data in this study is primary data obtained through observation and distributing questionnaires to all employees which is then processed using Statistical Product and Service Solution software version 22. Data analysis techniques use data quality tests, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, regression analysis multiple linear and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of organizational culture, leadership style and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 and a value of fcount > ftable which is 38,567.

The Problems of Learning Arabic in the Khoiru Ummah Homeschooling Group 12 Throughout. Formulation of the problem; 1) What are the problems of learning Arabic in the Khoiru Ummah 12 Homeschooling Group? 2) How to solve the problems of learning Arabic in the Khoiru Ummah 12 Homeschooling Group? The research method used by the researcher is a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study: 1) Arabic learning problems a) linguistic problems, namely i) phonological aspects ii) syntactic aspects iii) semantic aspects. b) non-linguistic problems, namely i) in terms of process ii) in terms of results. 2) Solutions to the problems of learning Arabic a) solutions to linguistic problems b) solutions to non-linguistic problems.

Application of the Nazariyah Wahdah Approach to Increase Interest in Learning Arabic for High School Students in Sidoarjo Regency Nurin Fera; Najih Anwar

Problem in this study is, first, how is the application of the Nazariyah Wahdah Approach to learning Arabic in class XI Language at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Tulangan Sidoarjo?. Second, how much is the increase in students' interest in learning Arabic using the Nazariyah Wahdah approach in class XI Language at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Tulangan Sidoarjo?. The methodology applied in this research is Classroom Action Research, with the type of participant. The results show that the application of the Nazariyah Wahdah approach is carried out by taking one material that includes all 4 Arabic skills, namely listening skills, speaking skills, reading skills, and writing skills, as well as 3 elements in Arabic, namely Ashwat, Mufradat and Qawaid. While the increase in interest in learning Arabic states that, in the pre-cycle students who are interested are 64.89% in the less interested category. Then after being given action in the first cycle, students who were interested increased by 67.16% with the same category, less interested. In the second cycle there was an increase in interest in learning Arabic as much as 68.01% and it was included in the moderately interested category. In cycle III, there was an increase of 70.63% with the same category, which was quite interested. So, based on the results of the questionnaire from pre-cycle to cycle III, it is evident that the Nazariyah Wahdah approach can increase interest in learning Arabic for class XI students from the category of less interested to moderately interested with an average of 70.63%.

Use of Web-Based E-Learning Applications in Arabic Learning at Madrasah Sanawiah, Sidoarjo Regency Shabryna Mathovani; Doni Septi

This article aims to determine the process of learning Arabic through a web-based E-learning application at MTs NU Durung Bedug Candi Sidoarjo. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that, 1. Providing socialization of web-based E-learning applications before learning begins for teachers. 2. use of media in the form of video links, Microsoft word, and assignments that will be included in the web-based E-learning application and sometimes if you don't understand, an online meeting will be held via Gmeet or zoom. 3. Stages of school evaluation conducting PTS and PAS using the CBT system (computer basic test). For the week using a web-based E-learning application by entering questions that have been made by the Arabic language teacher. 4. Students' problems in using this application are from the lack of quotas, students' self-awareness in collecting assignments and lack of facilities.
