Abstract

This research means to determine the effect of work discipline, commitment, and work stress on employee performance. The following research is based on the fact that RSUD Sidoarjo is experiencing problems with its human resources. Many employees do not comply with the applicable SOPs at work, resulting in decreased employee performance. Based on the declining performance of employees, it resulted in complaints from RSUD Sidoarjo patients at the Graha Delta Husada Installation.The design of this research carried out in this thesis uses the type of quantitative research. In this study using a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample technique of 85 medical workers at the RSUD Sidoarjo, Graha Delta Husada Installation.The results of the study prove that work discipline has a partial positive effect on employee performance, organizational commitment partially positive effect on employee performance, work stress partially negatively affects employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengenai pendelegasian sebagian kewenangan Bupati yang dalam implementasinya berpengaruh pada efektivitas kinerja kecamatan di kabupaten Sidoarjo. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mendiskripsikan tentang efektifitas kinerja yang dilihat dari pelaksanaan kegiatan dan kapasitas sumberdaya manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pendelegasian sebagian kewenangan Bupati kepada Camat di Kabupaten Sidoarjo masih kurang optimal. Selain dari pelaksanaan pendelegasian yang masih bersifat adminitratif dan menggunakan pola penyeragaman dimasing masing kecamatan tanpa mempertimbangkan perbedaan potensi karakter kecamatan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Compensation on employee job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The target population in this study were all employees at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo, totaling 122 employees. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire with a sample of 103 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22 for windows. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there was an influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Compensation on Job Satisfaction at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. The implementation of the results of this research analysis is as input for the company on the subject matter that has been adapted to the existing theory.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work experience and job training on employee productivity with motivation as an intervening variable. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. PRATAMA PUTRA TRANSPORTATION in the driver and co-driver section, totaling 54 employees. The sampling technique used the total sampling method (saturated sampling). The sample in this study were 54 employees at PT. PRATAMA PUTRA TRANSPORTATION. The data used in this study are questionnaire data and data sourced from PT. PRATAMA PUTRA TRANSPORTATION. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis using SmartPLS 3.2.8 Software. The results obtained from the path analysis showed that work experience had a significant effect on employee productivity, job training had a significant effect on employee productivity, work experience had a significant effect on motivation, job training had a significant effect on motivation, motivation had a significant effect on employee productivity, work experience had a significant effect on motivation. significant effect on employee productivity through motivation as an intervening variable, and job training has a significant effect on employee productivity through motivation as an intervening variable. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress, work environment, and compensation on job satisfaction with motivation as an intervening variable. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 70 employees at PT. Loyal Friends Group. The data used in this study is questionnaire data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis using software smartPLS 3.2.8. The results obtained from the path analysis showed that job stress had no significant effect on job satisfaction, job stress had a significant effect on motivation, work environment had no significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment had no significant effect on motivation, compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a significant effect on motivation, motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job stress does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction through the motivation variable as an intervening variable, the work environment does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction through the motivation variable as an intervening variable, compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction through motivation variable as an intervening variable. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of salary, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Bangil Religious Court office. This research includes quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 40 employees at the Bangil Religious Court office. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), multiple correlation coefficient (R), f test, t test, and classical assumption test using SPSS. The primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires whose measurements used a Likert scale which were tested for validity and reliability. The result of this research is that there is a simultaneous influence between salary, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. Partially, the variables of salary, work motivation and work discipline have an influence on employee performance. And work discipline is a variable that has the most significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the influence of organizational culture, leadership style and motivation on employee performance at the Bangil Religious Court. This study uses a quantitative research type, which was conducted at the Bangil Religious Court using a Likert scale. The population and sample in this study were all employees at the Bangil Religious Court as many as 42 respondents and were taken using purposive sampling method. The source of data in this study is primary data obtained through observation and distributing questionnaires to all employees which is then processed using Statistical Product and Service Solution software version 22. Data analysis techniques use data quality tests, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, regression analysis multiple linear and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of organizational culture, leadership style and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 and a value of fcount > ftable which is 38,567.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Internship Experience, Motivation, and Academic Achievement on students' readiness to enter the world of work and to find out that Self Efficacy moderates the effect of Internship Experience, Motivation, and Academic Achievement on students' readiness to enter the workforce. This is a descriptive study using quantitative methods. Sampling was carried out using the Probability Sampling technique using the Simple Random Sampling method and collecting data using a questionnaire. The population of 428 people using the Slovin formula was obtained as many as 81 respondents. Using multiple linear regression, MRA, and hypothesis testing in the SPSS version 22 program. The results of the study prove that Internship Experience, Motivation, Academic Achievement have a significant effect on students' readiness to enter the world of work. Also, Self Efficacy strengthens the influence of Internship Experience and Motivation on students' readiness to enter the world of work, and Self Efficacy weakens the influence of Academic Achievement on students' readiness to enter the world of work.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cultural characteristics, commitment, and organizational communication on the performance of employees of the Independent Cendekia Insan Educational Institution. The analytical tool used is tabulating the questionnaire, collecting data in the form of validity testing and reliability testing. The hypotheses in this study were tested using classical assumption analysis, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), partial correlation coefficient, t test, F test and test using SPSS software for Windows version 18. The results of this study resulted in several conclusions, namely: ( 1) There is a simultaneous influence of organizational culture characteristics, Commitment, and Communication on employee performance (2) There is a partial influence of organizational culture, Commitment, and Communication characteristics on managerial performance (3) Among the characteristics of organizational culture, Commitment, and Communication, cultural characteristics organization has the most significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction with the work environment as an intervening variable at Pt. Beautiful Sonokeling. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 122 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used in this study is a path analysis technique with the help of software for the operating system called Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) Version 3.0. The data used in this study are questionnaire data and data sourced from Pt. Sonokeling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The results of this study prove that Hypothesis 1: work motivation variable has an effect on job satisfaction. Hypothesis 2: leadership has an effect on job satisfaction. Hypothesis 3: organizational culture has an effect on job satisfaction. Hypothesis 4: work motivation affects the work environment. Hypothesis 5: leadership has an effect on the work environment. Hypothesis 6: organizational culture affects the work environment. Hypothesis 7: work environment affects job satisfaction. Hypothesis 8: work motivation affects job satisfaction through the work environment as an intervening variable. Hypothesis 9: leadership has an effect on job satisfaction through the work environment as an intervening variable. Hypothesis 10: organizational culture affects job satisfaction through the work environment as an intervening variable.
