Abstract

This research means to determine the effect of work discipline, commitment, and work stress on employee performance. The following research is based on the fact that RSUD Sidoarjo is experiencing problems with its human resources. Many employees do not comply with the applicable SOPs at work, resulting in decreased employee performance. Based on the declining performance of employees, it resulted in complaints from RSUD Sidoarjo patients at the Graha Delta Husada Installation.The design of this research carried out in this thesis uses the type of quantitative research. In this study using a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample technique of 85 medical workers at the RSUD Sidoarjo, Graha Delta Husada Installation.The results of the study prove that work discipline has a partial positive effect on employee performance, organizational commitment partially positive effect on employee performance, work stress partially negatively affects employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengenai pendelegasian sebagian kewenangan Bupati yang dalam implementasinya berpengaruh pada efektivitas kinerja kecamatan di kabupaten Sidoarjo. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mendiskripsikan tentang efektifitas kinerja yang dilihat dari pelaksanaan kegiatan dan kapasitas sumberdaya manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pendelegasian sebagian kewenangan Bupati kepada Camat di Kabupaten Sidoarjo masih kurang optimal. Selain dari pelaksanaan pendelegasian yang masih bersifat adminitratif dan menggunakan pola penyeragaman dimasing masing kecamatan tanpa mempertimbangkan perbedaan potensi karakter kecamatan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Compensation on employee job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The target population in this study were all employees at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo, totaling 122 employees. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire with a sample of 103 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22 for windows. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there was an influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Compensation on Job Satisfaction at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. The implementation of the results of this research analysis is as input for the company on the subject matter that has been adapted to the existing theory.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of salary, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Bangil Religious Court office. This research includes quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 40 employees at the Bangil Religious Court office. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), multiple correlation coefficient (R), f test, t test, and classical assumption test using SPSS. The primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires whose measurements used a Likert scale which were tested for validity and reliability. The result of this research is that there is a simultaneous influence between salary, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. Partially, the variables of salary, work motivation and work discipline have an influence on employee performance. And work discipline is a variable that has the most significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the influence of organizational culture, leadership style and motivation on employee performance at the Bangil Religious Court. This study uses a quantitative research type, which was conducted at the Bangil Religious Court using a Likert scale. The population and sample in this study were all employees at the Bangil Religious Court as many as 42 respondents and were taken using purposive sampling method. The source of data in this study is primary data obtained through observation and distributing questionnaires to all employees which is then processed using Statistical Product and Service Solution software version 22. Data analysis techniques use data quality tests, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, regression analysis multiple linear and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of organizational culture, leadership style and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 and a value of fcount > ftable which is 38,567.

Abstract

This quantitative research study investigates the influence of organizational culture, leadership style, and work environment on job satisfaction, with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The study population comprised 185 employees from a private organization, and a sample of 65 respondents was selected. A Likert scale questionnaire was employed for data collection. Utilizing path analysis techniques and t-statistic tests through SmartPLS 3 for Windows, the results revealed several significant findings. Firstly, organizational culture, leadership style, and work environment were found to have direct and positive effects on job satisfaction. Additionally, organizational culture and leadership style had direct and positive effects on job satisfaction through the mediating role of organizational commitment. Moreover, work environment indirectly influenced job satisfaction through organizational commitment. Lastly, organizational commitment was found to have a direct and positive impact on job satisfaction. These findings highlight the significance of fostering a positive organizational culture, effective leadership, and a conducive work environment to enhance job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study contributes to the existing body of knowledge on employee satisfaction and emphasizes the importance of organizational factors in promoting a fulfilling work experience. Highlights: The study examines the impact of organizational factors on job satisfaction through the lens of organizational culture, leadership style, and work environment. Path analysis is used as the analytical tool to understand the direct and indirect effects of these factors on job satisfaction. The findings emphasize the significance of fostering a positive organizational culture, effective leadership, and a conducive work environment to enhance job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Abstract

This quantitative study investigated the impact of HR competence, emotional intelligence, and work ethic on work productivity, with motivation serving as an intervening variable. The research was conducted among employees of a production division in a manufacturing company. Data from a sample of 60 employees were collected through interviews and questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS. The findings revealed that HR competence, emotional intelligence, and work ethic significantly and positively influenced both productivity and motivation. Furthermore, motivation had a significant positive effect on productivity. Notably, emotional intelligence exhibited a significant positive effect on productivity when mediated by motivation. However, the study found no significant influence of competence and work ethic on productivity when motivation acted as an intervening variable. These results highlight the importance of fostering emotional intelligence and motivation to enhance employee productivity in the workplace, suggesting potential implications for organizational practices and management strategies. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the impact of work motivation, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance at a leading organization. The research utilized a quantitative approach, employing data processing in numerical form. The entire population of 52 employees was included as the sample, ensuring a saturated sample. Questionnaires were administered, and data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS version 22 program. The findings revealed that work motivation positively and significantly influenced employee performance, while the work environment also exhibited a positive and significant effect. However, work discipline showed a negative and insignificant relationship with employee performance. These results contribute to our understanding of the factors shaping employee performance and emphasize the importance of fostering a motivational work environment. Highlights: Work motivation and work environment positively impact employee performance. Work discipline does not significantly affect employee performance. This quantitative study explores the interplay between motivational factors, the work environment, and employee performance, providing insights for enhancing workplace productivity. Abstract

This quantitative study aimed to investigate the influence of work environment, career development, and motivation on employee performance. The research was conducted at a private organization, using a sample of 66 employees. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires and employing the IBM SPSS version 16 program for analysis. The findings from the F and T tests indicated that work environment, career development, and motivation had both individual and combined effects on employee performance. This study emphasizes the significance of fostering a conducive work atmosphere, facilitating career growth opportunities, and nurturing employee motivation to optimize organizational performance. The implications of these findings highlight the importance of prioritizing these factors within organizations to achieve sustained success and competitiveness in the global economy. Abstract

This quantitative study aims to examine the influence of job training, work motivation, and work environment on employee work productivity in the context of CV. Budi Mulia, a leading cracker manufacturing company. The research employed a Non-Probability Saturated Sampling Technique, gathering data from 80 employees. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS Statistics version 25. The findings indicate that job training, work motivation, and work environment significantly affect employee work productivity. Notably, the work environment emerged as the most influential factor positively impacting employee productivity. This study sheds light on the importance of optimizing the work environment to enhance overall performance, offering implications for managers and organizations seeking to maximize their workforce potential.
