<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze forms of creative economic empowerment and analyze business sustainability during the pandemic in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone, Kuta Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study used the methods of observation, interviews and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data used is the triangulation technique. The data analysis method used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study found that forms of community economic empowerment through a sustainable creative economy include Entrepreneurship Training for Making Seaweed Dodol, Crackers and Sticks, Training for Makeup and Hair and Training and Distribution of Screen Printing Tools. Meanwhile, training in the cultivation and processing of Oyster Mushrooms is not sustainable. Empowerment activities have an impact on increasing the skills of participants so that they are given business capital in the form of equipment and equipment so that they obtain business income.]]>

<![CDATA[Research on the Application of the Auditory Intellectually Repetition method with the Everyone is Teacher Here Method Measured by Motivation and Chemistry Learning Achievement on the Main Material Hydrocarbons is a quasi-experimental research type with a research design involving 3 classes, namely the first class is taught with the Auditory Intellectually Repetition method, Everyone Is Teacher Here method and the third class taught by a combination of them with different treatments. This research was conducted at MA Darussalam, Lombok, in the 2020/2021 academic year. This study aims to determine the differences in motivation and achievement in learning chemistry of students who are taught using the Auditory Intellectually Repetition learning model and Everyone Is Teacher Here method on the subject matter of hydrocarbons repetition with a combination of them on the subject matter of hydrocarbons, and knowing the differences in students' motivation and achievement in learning chemistry taught by those two methods. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a significant difference in the application of the Auditory Intellectually Repetition method with the Everyone Is Teacher Here method measured by motivation and achievement in learning chemistry on the subject matter of hydrocarbons. ]]>

And a job application letter is one of the highly vital letters and has a very tight tie with the world of business. This letter is the first step in making a meeting between an organization that functions as a target and the candidate who works as a letter writer, which will lead to an agreement over an employment connection. Concerning the act of composing this letter, it undoubtedly involves the application of adverbs or the selection of adverbs whose application is impacted by the context of the circumstance.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of online learning has the potential to be a challenge for education practitioners to carry out learning and teaching activities. Online learning systems tend to have a different reciprocal impact than face-to-face learning. This condition is certainly a difficulty for educators in carrying out online learning and teaching. The increasing online learning platforms indirectly change the set of lecturers to be more open-minded and inclusive of a variety of renewable information technologies that can support the sustainability of the teaching and learning process. The focus of this study generally was; 1) To analyze the student’s responses to an online learning system based on academic intensive home activities; 2) To analyze the effectiveness of the online learning system during the pandemic. The purpose of this study was to analyze the student's responses to the online learning system based on academic intensive-home activity. The method was qualitative descriptive research. The results of this study were; that 75% of the online learning process was based on doing academic homework intensively. 66.7% of students were motivated by an online learning system based on academic intensive-home activities. 85.5% of student performance improved in literacy and digital literacy.]]>

<![CDATA[The German penetration into the hinterlands of Cameroon brought about urban dynamics in architecture in the city of Bamenda. This study seeks to explain the mutations that have taken place in the city of Bamenda from the colonial era which is 1884 to date. Our methodology used a qualitative approach to data collection and analysis. Techniques like; in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and photographs were explored. Our findings reveal that the inhabitants of Bamenda are copying and embracing Western models as time passes. The advent of modernity is pushing everyone to put up a self-content structure where he/she can live comfortably. Also, the old buildings are being demolished to erect new and befitting ones. The development of infrastructural projects has caused a rural exodus and there is limited land for construction, as a result of this, the inhabitants are forced to build story buildings to meet up with their construction demands hence leading to urban dynamics in architecture in the city of Bamenda. We also noticed that the culture of the Bamenda man is fast depreciating due to the introduction of modernity. The changes in architecture in the city of Bamenda have greatly improved the living conditions of the inhabitants.]]>
