Abstract

The industries of silver craft in Bali are centrally in the Celuk village. Results crafting gold and silver were produced in Celuk village have a quality high and can be produced in a large number. This research aims to how innovation strategies mediate the influence of organizational culture on the performance of silver handicraft SME’s organizations in Gianyar Regency especially Celuk village. The respondent of this research were 48 managers of silver handicraft enterpreneurs in Celuk village. The data is collect by interviews deployment questionnaire method. The data is analys using analysis descriptive and analytical inferential technique. Hypothesis test is using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. The results are that organizational culture has a positive and not significant effect on organizational performance. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on innovation strategies. It is showing the application of cultural organizations is quite strong against the performance of a company. The innovation strategy has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance and the innovation strategy is a full mediation between organizational culture and organizational performance. Innovation strategy is able to explain the relationship between organizational culture and organizational performance because the direct relationship between innovation strategy and organizational performance has a high relationship organizational culture with the concept of national culture.

Abstract

The results of PT. Askes (Persero)'s internal customer satisfaction survey showed that the level of internal customer satisfaction for the Bali Nusra Region was 69.25%. This meant that it had not reached the management target set at 85%. Efforts that can be made to achieve customer satisfaction are to improve employee performance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of non-financial compensation, training, promotion and mutation on employee job satisfaction, and to find out and analyze the effect of non-financial compensation, training, promotion and mutation, job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this research is 140 permanent employees of BPJS Health in Bali. The selection of respondents in each district used a random sampling method and the number of samples used was 58 people. The analysis technique uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) test with SmartPLS 3.0 M3 program tools. The analysis shows that non-financial compensation, training, promotions and mutations have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The results show non-financial compensation, training, promotion and mutation, as well as job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The analysis also shows job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that the higher the job satisfaction of employees, the higher the performance that will be generated by BPJS Health employees in Bali Province.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to analyze and determine the effect of the existence of organizational culture on work stress and employee performance at PT. Delta Satria Dewata in Denpasar. The hypothesis proposed based on existing theoretical studies and the presence of phenomena summarized in the formulation of the problem are 1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Organizational culture has a negative and significant effect on work stress, 3) Work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Job stress mediates a part of the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. The design of this research system is oriented to quantitative data calculation patterns of the existence of a questionnaire distributed to respondents as many as 40 people, each item refers to the indicators of each research variable, the data used are primary and secondary data both qualitative and qualitative quantitative then analyzed SEM based on PLS, while the results found are as follows: 1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Organizational culture has a negative and significant effect on work stress, 3) Work stress has a negative and significant effect on performance employees, 4) Job stress is a partial mediating variable that links organizational culture variables with employee performance.

Abstract

The factor that can influence the level of success of the bank itself is employee performance. Good performance is the optimal performance that follows procedures or procedures in accordance with established standards. This study aims to determine and explain the effect of workload and work stress on burnout and its impact on employee performance with research subjects of all employees at the Bali BPD Main Branch Denpasar office. The research design used to address this problem is quantitative with a population and sample of 67 people. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data both quantitative and qualitative data. Data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the results of the study showed that workload was not significantly positive effect on work stress, workload was not significantly negative effect on burnout, job stress was not significantly positive effect on burnout, workload had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job stress has no significant negative effect on employee performance, burnout has no significant negative effect on employee performance at PT Bank BPD Bali Main Branch Denpasar. It is recommended to further researchers to examine other branch offices as a comparison and examine other variables that affect Employee Performance such as work motivation, leadership style, organizational culture, compensation or job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of competence and job relevant information on organizational commitment and performance of budget managers and the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of competence and job relevant information on the performance of budget managers. The research population used is explanatory research. The research sample of 80 civil servants who were appointed as budget managers. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this study is PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (2) Job Relevant Information has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (3) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of budget managers. (4) Job Relevant Information has a positive and significant effect on the performance of budget managers. (5) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of budget managers. (6) Organizational Commitment is a partial mediation of the effect of competence on the performance of budget managers. (7) Organizational Commitment is a partial mediation of the influence of Job Relevant Information on the performance of budget managers.

Abstract

The company performs earnings management to intervene in the process of preparing financial statements. Investors' view of a company is influenced by company size, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, profitability, and leverage. The aim is to examine the effect of firm size, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, profitability, and leverage on the earnings management of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The sample is 42 companies with purposive sampling method and using multiple regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that firm size has a negative effect on earnings management. Profitability has a positive effect on earnings management. Meanwhile, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and leverage have no effect on earnings management.

Abstract

The hospital is a place of health care that must be managed properly. For this reason, hospital management must be better and more professional, especially HR management. One important role of human resource management is maintaining and improving employee performance. Employee performance can affect the achievement of company goals that have been set. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and burnout on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. The sampling technique used in data collection is Probability Sampling using Simple Random Sampling. The sample used was 122 people from a population of 174 people. The results showed that workload had a negative effect on job satisfaction, and the relationship was not significant. Workload has a positive effect on employee performance and the relationship is significant. Burnout has a positive effect on job satisfaction, and the relationship is not significant. Burnout has a negative effect on performance, and the relationship is significant. Job satisfaction negatively affects nurses' performance, and the relationship is not significant.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the leader member exchange mediates the effect of empowerment on employee organizational commitment at the Bali Beach Golf Course and Sector Restaurant in Sanur Bali. The population in this research were 146 employees at the Bali Beach Golf Course and Sector Restaurant. The sampling method is using by the saturated sample method, so that the entire population is used as a sample. The data was collected based on distributing questionnaires to employees at the Bali Beach Golf Course and Sector Restaurant. In testing the hypothesis was used path analysis techniques, with the AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) application version 16.0. The results showed that Empowerment had a positive and significant effect on leader exchange members at the Bali Beach Golf Course and Sector Restaurant in Sanur, Bali. Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees at the Bali Beach Golf Course and Sector Restaurant. Leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees at the Bali Beach Golf Course and Sector Restaurant. Leader exchange members mediate the positive influence of empowerment on the organizational commitment of employees at the Bali Beach Golf Course and Sector Restaurant.

Abstract

In the regional apparatus organization, human resources play a role in achieving work plans that have been made and compiled in the form of programs and activities, in this case having an important role in conducting public services. Employee performance in regional apparatus organizations refers to employee work performance or work appraisal or the so-called Employee Work Target (SKP) consisting of work contracts, measurement and work performance appraisal. Performance appraisal is an important key that can describe the performance and results achieved by a government agency and is expected to reveal an overall accountability from the beginning of planning, monitoring to evaluation. The aim of this research was to determine and explain the influence of organizational competence and culture on job satisfaction and employee performance at the Denpasar City Culture Office. The populations in this research were all Civil Servants of the Denpasar City Cultural Office with a sample of 38 people. A data collection technique wasused observation, interviews and surveys. The results showed that competence had no significant negative effect on job satisfaction, competence had a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational culture had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture had a significant positive effect on employee performance and job satisfaction had no significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analysis the effect of job stress and motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in lakeview hotels & restaurants in Kintamani tourism village. This research was conducted at LakeView Hotel & Restaurant in the Tourism Village of Kintamani. Employee performance is a very important thing in the company's efforts to achieve its goals. Creating good employee performance is not easy because employee performance can be created if the variables that can influence it can be well accommodated and accepted by all employees in an organization or company. In this study employee performance is influenced by job satisfaction, job stress and motivation work. Respondents of this study were 79 LakeView Hotel & Restaurant employees in the Tourism Village of Kintamani. Data analysis was performed using PLS (partial least square). The results of the analysis of this study indicate that: (1) job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, ( 4) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
