Abstract

Public-sector organisations in developing countries face increasing pressure to achieve sustainability through responsible innovation and environmentally oriented human resource management practices. This study investigates the direct effect of Responsible Innovation Practices (RIP) on Organisational Sustainability (OS) and the indirect effect through Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) among Indonesian public-sector employees. A quantitative causal-explanatory approach was employed using survey data from 300 civil servants, analysed with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that RIP has a significant positive effect on both GHRM and organisational sustainability. GHRM also positively influences organisational sustainability and partially mediates the relationship between RIP and sustainability, indicating that responsible innovation strengthens sustainable outcomes through environmentally oriented HRM practices. These results suggest that public organisations should integrate responsible innovation into recruitment, training, performance management, and reward systems. This study contributes to the sustainability and HRM literature by providing empirical evidence from Indonesia's public sector and highlighting the strategic role of green HRM in achieving organisational sustainability

Abstract

Instagram has become a critical digital space for local skincare businesses to promote products, interact with consumers, and build trust through visible online communication. This study aims to explore how User-Generated Content (UGC), Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM), and consumer trust are constructed within Instagram-based beauty communities involving two selected local skincare stores in Merauke, South Papua, Indonesia. This study employed a qualitative design with a pure netnographic approach. Data were collected from publicly available Instagram content from January to June 2026, including feed posts, reels, captions, consumer comments, admin responses, testimonials, reposted customer stories, and highlight content. The findings show that consumer trust is constructed through two complementary patterns. ALVE tends to build informational trust through product clarity, price confirmation, promotional consistency, stock information, and admin responsiveness. Meanwhile, MIYUKI tends to build relational trust through storytelling, humor, friendly communication, Reels-based content, consumer enthusiasm, and community-oriented engagement. This study implies that local skincare stores should manage Instagram as a trust-building platform by combining accurate product information, authentic consumer participation, positive e-WOM, and emotionally engaging content.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the Financial Performance and Operational Efficiency of companies. The research method used was a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 50 articles published in the journal SINTA 1-6. Of the 50 articles identified and selected in the publication period of 2021-2026 from Sinta 1-6, resulting in 2 (two) articles selected according to the criteria, namely 1 (one) article from Sinta 3, and 1 (one) article sourced from Sinta 5 with a trend of 100% of articles published in 2026. The results of the study from both articles indicate that there is an influence of Artificial Intelligence with a positive correlation on Financial Performance and Artificial Intelligence has no effect and a negative correlation on Financial Performance. Meanwhile, 2 (two) articles that meet the criteria for Artificial Intelligence and the company's Operational Efficiency, namely 2 (two) articles from Sinta 3, show that Artificial Intelligence has an influence and is able to have an impact on the company's operational efficiency. With the proper use of Artificial Intelligence, it can have an impact on the efficiency and accuracy of the company's annual report.Keywords: Artificial Intelligence; Financial Performance; Profitability; ROA; ROE; Operational Efficiency

Abstract

This study examines the level of understanding and awareness of climate change risks among agricultural Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Merauke Regency, South Papua, and its implications for sustainable accounting practices. A qualitative approach was employed through interviews, observation, and documentation involving 12 agricultural MSMEs in Semangga, Tanah Miring, and Kurik Districts. The findings show that MSME actors have experienced the impacts of climate change, such as floods, droughts, and uncertain seasonal patterns; however, their understanding remains limited and has not been integrated into financial management practices. Most MSMEs still use simple bookkeeping and do not record climate-related losses as business risks. Despite these limitations, MSMEs demonstrate adaptive strategies through planting adjustments, commodity diversification, and social cooperation. This study contributes by highlighting the importance of climate risk awareness and sustainable accounting practices to strengthen the resilience of agricultural MSMEs in vulnerable rural areas.

Abstract

The rapid proliferation of smart decision systems within healthcare settings has emerged as a pivotal force in advancing global sustainability agendas, yet a comprehensive understanding of the field's intellectual trajectory remains elusive. This study employs a systematic bibliometric analysis that conducted through Biblioshiny using data retrieved from the Scopus database to map the evolving landscape of research at the intersection of smart decision systems, healthcare, and sustainability. The analysis encompasses publication trends, citation networks, co-authorship patterns, keyword co-occurrence structures, and the most influential contributing countries, institutions, and journals. Findings reveal a marked acceleration in scholarly output since 2018, with artificial intelligence, clinical decision support, and sustainable health systems constituting the dominant thematic clusters. Emerging research frontiers include the integration of machine learning into resource allocation frameworks and the application of Internet of Things technologies in sustainable hospital management. These results underscore the strategic significance of interdisciplinary collaboration and evidence-informed policy formulation. The study ultimately provides researchers, healthcare administrators, and policymakers with a data-driven roadmap for directing future investments and aligning smart health technologies with long-term sustainability goals.

Abstract

Development Artificial Intelligence (AI) is driving the transformation of the banking sector, but readiness for its implementation in Indonesia still faces regional disparities. This study aims to comparatively analyze regional readiness for the application of AI to support bank financing decision-making. The study uses cross-sectional data from 38 provinces in 2025, covering Third Party Funds (DPK), the Indonesian Digital Society Index (IMDI), Average Years of Schooling (RRLS), the Human Development Index (HDI), and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). The analysis was conducted using the Ordinary Method. Least Squares (OLS). The results show that IMDI and HDI have a positive and significant effect on formal financial activity, while RLS and GRDP are insignificant. Furthermore, there is a gap in AI readiness between regions, divided into high, medium, and limited categories. Regions with high readiness are dominated by Java Island and parts of Sumatra and Sulawesi, while Eastern Indonesia still faces limitations in digitalization, human resource quality, and formal financial activity. These findings indicate that financing decision-making in banking in the implementation of AI is more determined by digital transformation and HDI than RLS and GRDP.
