Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth the optimization of Islamic Religious Education teachers' strategies in overcoming the moral crisis of students in the Society 5.0 era at SMA Negeri 1 Pinolosian. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study design, while data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies with the principal, Islamic Religious Education teachers, students, and parents. Data analysis was carried out interactively using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model, while data validity was guaranteed through triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The results of the study indicate that the optimization of Islamic Religious Education teachers' strategies is implemented through the integration of exemplary behavior (uswah hasanah), habituation of religious values, strengthening school culture, mentoring students, collaboration with families, and the use of digital literacy based on Islamic ethics so as to strengthen the internalization of students' moral values ​​amidst the challenges of the Society 5.0 era. The conclusion of the study confirms that the effectiveness of moral development is not only determined by the learning process in the classroom, but also by the synergy between schools, families, and the digital environment in building an educational ecosystem that supports character formation. The novelty of this research lies in the development of a model for optimizing Islamic Religious Education teacher strategies based on a pedagogical-religious ecosystem, which integrates pedagogical, religious, social, and digital literacy dimensions as a unified strategy for moral development. This model contributes scientifically to the development of Islamic Religious Education theory and offers a conceptual model that can be used as a reference in developing policies and practices for fostering student moral development in the Society 5.0 era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Deep Learning approach in Akidah Akhlak instruction at MTs Negeri 1 Banggai in order to strengthen students’ reflective thinking skills. This effort responds to the limitations of conventional instruction, which has tended to be normative and memorization-oriented, with the expectation that learning can become more meaningful and contextual.The research employed a qualitative method with a case study design. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with teachers, students, the principal, and parents, as well as documentation of instructional materials. Data were analyzed using an interactive model involving data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of Deep Learning occurs through contextual lesson planning, dialogic classroom practices, the use of moral cases closely related to students’ everyday lives, and assessment practices that emphasize students’ ability to reflect on values of faith. The conclusion of this study confirms that the Deep Learning approach is effective in strengthening students’ reflective thinking skills, as students are not only able to understand content at a textual level, but also evaluate behavior, consider moral consequences, and develop self-awareness based on Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru melalui penerapan fungsi Planning, Organizing, Actuating, dan Controlling (POAC) di SMKN 3 Tanjungpinang. Motivasi kerja guru merupakan faktor penting dalam mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran dan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan manajemen sekolah. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi fungsi POAC dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru telah dilaksanakan, namun belum berjalan secara optimal dan terintegrasi. Pada aspek planning, perencanaan belum sepenuhnya didasarkan pada analisis kebutuhan motivasi guru. Pada aspek organizing, pembagian tugas belum sepenuhnya mempertimbangkan kompetensi, minat, dan beban kerja guru secara proporsional. Pada aspek actuating, pengarahan dan pembinaan telah dilakukan, tetapi belum didukung oleh sistem komunikasi motivasional yang konsisten. Sementara itu, pada aspek controlling, pengawasan masih lebih berorientasi pada aspek administratif dibandingkan penguatan motivasi kerja guru. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan motivasi kerja guru memerlukan strategi kepala sekolah yang lebih sistematis, partisipatif, dan terintegrasi melalui penerapan fungsi POAC secara berkelanjutan untuk mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan.
