Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Return On Equity(ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Debt To debt-to-equity ratio (DER), and earnings per Share(EPS). The population of this research is 40 automotive companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018-2022. This research used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 8 companies using the method of documentation, the users of data derived from documents that already exist and are published on the Indonesian Stock Exchange’s website. Data analysis using multiple regression. The result of the analysis indicates that Return On Equity has a significant positive effect on stock price, Debt To Equity Ratio has no positive significant effect on stock price, and Earnings per share have a significant effect on automotive stock prices and components in the research sample. This can be seen from the significant value which is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether Work Discipline, Competence and Trust on Patient Satisfaction at the Tlogosari Wetan Health Center Semarang. The population in this study was calculated from the average patient visits based on polyclinics at the Tlogosari Wetan Semarang Health Center in the 2020-2021 period. The sample of this research is 100 respondents. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. This study uses questionnaires, observations, and interviews, in collecting data. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, namely by testing the validity and reliability, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test and F test and test the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that: Work Discipline has no significant effect on patient satisfaction. This is evidenced by the significance level of 0.369 > 0.05 and tcount -0.902 0.05 and tcount 1.270 Ftable 2.70 The regression equation is Y = 10.050 (-0.073) X1 + (0.114) X2 + (0.242) X3 + e Keywords: Work Discipline, Competence, Trust and Patient Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze whether auditor competence, auditor independence, auditor experience and auditor ethics have an effect on audit quality. The population in this study were auditors who worked in Public Accounting Firm in Semarang. Sampling was carried out using the census method and the number of samples was 73 respondents. The type of data used is primary data. This study uses a questionnaire in collecting data. The test techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear tests with SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that Auditor Competence has a negative and insignificant effect on Audit Quality. Meanwhile, Auditor Independence has a positive and insignificant effect on Audit Quality. Auditor experience has a positive and significant effect on audit quality. Abstract

This study aims to test whether the Quality of Service, Facilities, and Location affect Service User Satisfaction at Andelir Hotel Semarang. The population in this study was calculated from the average visit of Andelir Semarang hotel service users in the January-December 2021 period. Sampling using the Slovin formula obtained a total sample of 95 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. This study uses questionnaires, observations, and interviews, in collecting data. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, namely by testing the validity and reliability, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test and F test and test the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that: Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Service User Satisfaction. Facilities have a positive and significant effect on Service User Satisfaction. Location has a positive and significant effect on Service User Satisfaction. Service Quality, Facilities, Location jointly or simultaneously have a significant effect on Service User Satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to analyze Patient Satisfaction at Semarang Essential Clinic. This study uses variables of Health Worker Attitude, Facilities, Prices to analyze the effect of Patient Satisfaction. The population in this study was patients who sought treatment at Semarang Essential Clinic. Data collection was carried out by Purposive Sampling, Accidental Sampling methods and the number of samples was 97 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis used is validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and multiple linear regression. Data processing tools using SPSS 26.0 for Windows. The results showed that the attitude of health workers (X1) had no effect and was not significant on patient satisfaction (Y) with a calculated value of 0.882 < table 1.66123 with a significance level of 0.413, Facilities (X2) had a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction (Y) with a calculated value of 3.465 > table 1.66123 with a significance level of 0.001, and Price (X3) had a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction (Y) with a calculated value of 4.903 > table 1.66123 with a significance level of 0.000. Abstract

This research is motivated by the decline in sales turnover of Sinar Serayu Abadi Semarang from 2020 to 2021 and then 2021 to 2022 and the existence of research gaps from previous research. This aim is to recognize and analyze the influence of Product Quality, Promotion and Service Quality simultaneously on Product Purchasing Decisions by Sinar Serayu Abadi Semarang customers.The population is all consumers of Sinar Serayu Abadi. Because the number is infinite, this sampling technique uses the Lemeshow formula (97). Data collection in this research used a questionnaire or questionnaire. Then processed using SPSS version 25. The results of this research indicate that there is one variable that does not influence purchasing decisions, namely product quality. So H1 is rejected, while H2 and H3 are accepted. It is proven from the results of the t test that has been carried out which results: Presentation of Product Quality Variables has a t-value of 0.790 < t table 1.986 with a significant value of 0.431 > α 0.05. Promotion Variable Presentation has a t-count value of 3.421 > t-table 1.986 with a significant value of 0.001 less than α 0.05. Service Quality has a t-value of 4.971 > ttable 1.986 with a significant value of 0.000 which is lower than α 0.05. This can be explained that not all product qualities influence the purchasing decision process. However, in general, product quality is what determines whether the product will last a long time or not on the market.Based on the F-test, the result of F-count are 53.477>F-table 2.70 with a significant value of 0.000 which is lower than α 0.05. These result explain that Product Quality, Promotion, Service Quality simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decision. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of service quality factors on patient satisfaction at the Bangetayu Health Center in Semarang. The method used in this study is the Berganda Regression Analysis. The population in this study were patients at Bangetayu Health Center, Semarang. The sample for this study was 99 people using the Proportional Random Sampling technique, namely taking samples by giving the same fourthness to members of the population. The data collection method is through questionnaires distributed to Bangetayu Semarang Health Center patients. The type of data used is primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that Tangible has no significant effect on patient satisfaction as indicated by a significance level of 0.310 > 0.05 and tcount 1.021

Abstract

This research aims to empirically test the influence of Return On Assets (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Non Performing Loans (NPL) on Stock Prices (Empirical Study of Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2020-2022). The population of this research is all banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The sample used in this research was 20 companies multiplied by 3 research periods with results of 60 respondents. This research uses a purposive sampling technique, namely a sampling technique that provides the opportunity to become a sample member with certain criteria. Then the data collection method is through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS 25 which includes validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using the t test and R2 test. The results of this research show that the independent variables, namely ROA and DER, have a positive and significant effect on share prices (Y), while NPL has a negative effect on stock prices. Based on the coefficient of determination value of 0.295, this means that 29.5 percent of the variation in share prices can be explained by 3 independent variables, namely ROA, DER, NPL. Meanwhile, the remaining 70.5 percent is explained by other variables. Keywords: ROA, DER, NPL, Share Price

Abstract

In this current era of the globalization and free trade has brought changes to the business sector in Indonesia. One of the impacts on the domestic industry is the tight competition which is growing rapidly that must be faced between business men and women. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the determination of HPP based on the full costing method in D’Garazi restaurant and to determine the comparison of HPP in determining the selling price between the full costing method and the HPP calculation of D’Garazi restaurant. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with the type of case study research. Data collections techniques in this study are through observation, interviews, and documentations. The research results show that D’Garazi restaurant in calculating the HPP still use a very simple method in accordance with the understanding of the owner. The calculated costs do not include all costs spend. The cost of all supporting material is not calculated, and the depreciation cost has not been calculated either. Abstract

Shopee visitor fluctuations occur due to several factors. This is thought to be due to declining consumer interest. This condition makes Shopee have to think about how to increase purchasing interest so that it can increase. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of celebrity endorsements, online customer reviews and free shipping promotions on purchasing interest. The research method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The population consists of residents of Grobogan Regency. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. The tool used is SPSS 25 and the tests carried out include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests which include normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests and multicollinearity tests. To test the hypothesis, the t test and f test are used, the last is the coefficient of determination test. The results of this research show that partially, celebrity endorsement (X1) has no effect on buying interest (Y), while online customer reviews (X2) have an effect on buying interest (Y) and free shipping promos (X3) have an effect on buying interest (Y). . Simultaneously, celebrity endorsements, online customer reviews and free shipping promotions have a joint effect on purchasing interest. Based on the coefficient of determination test, the R Square value of 0.498 shows that the variables celebrity endorsement, online customer reviews and free shipping promos can influence Shopee consumers' buying interest by 49.8% and the remaining 50.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research
