Abstract

Desa Pandean Lamper, Kecamatan Gayamsari Kota Semarang terletak di Kota Semarang.  Terdapat beberapa kelompok swadaya masyarakat yang bergerak dibidang bandeng presto.  Dari kelompok swadaya masyarakat tersebut mereka membuat  kelompok-kelompok, dimana masing-masing kelompok usaha menaungi beberapa orang yang sudah memulai usaha pengolahan bandeng presto dengan cara menggerakkan warga pandean lamper untuk mengolah bandeng presto lalu dijual ke konsumen di Semarang dan sekitarnya. Kelompok usaha bandeng presto yang ada diantaranya Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat Presto Pandean dan Kelompok Usaha “Usaha Jaya”. Namun karena kendala peralatan, permodalan, pengemasan dan pemasaran, hasilnya  belum dirasakan sebagai peningkatan kesejahteraan, kecuali sebagai kebutuhan hidup semata. Aspek Produksi dari kelompok tani tersebut masih tradisional, dimana untuk pengolahan bandeng presto masih menggunakan alat berkapasitas kecil. Hal ini berdampak pada saat banyaknya pesanan, kelompok ini tidak bisa mensuplai bandeng presto, sehingga banyak konsumen yang kecewa. Dalam hal manajemen usaha, masalah permodalan, pengemasan pemasaran merupakan hal yang paling penting karena jika hasil olahan bandeng presto tersebut tidak tersalurkan maka hanya akan menumpuk dan membusuk, sehingga tidak bisa digunakaan sebagai pendapatan pengusaha. Melihat potensi yang begitu besar, tetapi belum termanfaatkan secara maksimal maka program IbM yang telah dilaksanakan adalah (1) Memberi penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pembinaan kepada kelompok usaha bandeng presto mengenai prospek ekonomi dari olahan bandeng presto tersebut, (2) Memberi pelatihan mengenai pengajuan permodalan, kemasan packing yang higienis dan menarik, (3) Melakukan Company Visit ke UD. Mina Makmur sebagai sarana studi banding. (4)Memberi bantuan peralatan gerobak jualan, vacum sealer dan kemasan cetak. (5) STIE Pelita Nusantara dengan team Student Entrepreneur Program telah membuatkan dan mengelola pemasaran lewat internet (e-marketing) untuk membidik market  share yang lebih luas melalui Blog dan facebook.Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Usaha, Kelompok Usaha Bandeng Presto, Permodalan, Pengemasan, Pemasaran offline dan online

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan baik dari internal maupun eksternal. Faktor internal terdiri dari; Pertumbuhan Aset, Keputusan Pendanaan dan Kebijakan Dividen, sedangkan faktor eksternal yaitu; Tingkat Inflasi dan Tingkat Suku Bunga.Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari enam variabel; Pertumbuhan Aset, Keputusan Pendanaan dan Kebijakan Dividen, sedangkan faktor eksternal yaitu; Tingkat Inflasi dan Tingkat Suku Bunga, sebagai variabel bebas sedangkan Nilai Perusahaan menjadi variabel terikat.Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda untuk menguji hipotesis, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukkan dengan cara purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel data sebanyak 36 perusahaan.Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara mencari (donw load) data sekunder pada perusahaan perbankan yang tercatat di BEI pereode 2008-2011 (Laporan Keuangan), selama kurun waktu Mei-Agustus 2015. Kemudian data dianalis; uji asumsi klasik dilanjutkan dengan analisis regresi berganda baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kata Kunci:  Nilai Perusahaan, Pertumbuhan Aset, Keputusan Pendanaan, Kebijakan Dividen, Tingkat Inflasi, Tingkat Suku Bunga

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Brand Image and Facilities on Consumer Satisfaction using the Trans Semarang feeder 1 transportation service. The research population is all consumers of Feeder 1 Trans Semarang, a sample of 100 uses the Ferdinand formula. The method used is multiple linear regression SPSS program version 23. Multiple linear regression analysis technique Y = α + β1X1 + β2X2 + β3X3 + e. The research data variable is Consumer Satisfaction (Y) and X is Service Quality, Brand Image and Facilities. The results of the Service Quality study (X1) have no significant effect on consumer satisfaction with t count t table (3.161>1.984), with a significance value of 0.002 t table (3.930>1.984), with a significance value of 0.000 F table (120.22> 2.699) with a significance of 0.000. Calculation of the value of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) obtained Adjusted R2 of 0.783. This means that the percentage of the influence of the variable Quality of Service, Brand Image and Facilities on Customer Satisfaction is 78.3%. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of service quality factors on patient satisfaction at the Bangetayu Health Center in Semarang. The method used in this study is the Berganda Regression Analysis. The population in this study were patients at Bangetayu Health Center, Semarang. The sample for this study was 99 people using the Proportional Random Sampling technique, namely taking samples by giving the same fourthness to members of the population. The data collection method is through questionnaires distributed to Bangetayu Semarang Health Center patients. The type of data used is primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that Tangible has no significant effect on patient satisfaction as indicated by a significance level of 0.310 > 0.05 and tcount 1.021

Abstract

In Indonesia, disability is still a matter for individuals who have disabilities. Persons with disabilities are part of Indonesian citizens who have the same rights and obligations as citizens who do not suffer from physical or psychological disabilities. Society still thinks negatively about people with disabilities because of the shortcomings they experience, so that discrimination against people with disabilities arises. Persons with disabilities are seen as unproductive, uncreative and innovative and contribute less to the government in various aspects. The existence of this kind of view can provide limited space for disabled people to participate in various aspects of life, both in spiritual aspects, economic aspects, educational aspects, social aspects and so on. With such an assumption, it requires people with disabilities to be more productive and continue to develop, as well as changing society's thinking which considers them weak. Therefore, our group collaborates with people with disabilities by carrying out embroidery training so that we can show the wider community that people with disabilities can produce work. We believe that good cooperation and communication between our member groups and people with disabilities will produce work that produces useful benefits for the wider community. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the variables Work Motivation, Compensation and Work Disciplin on Employee Performance at Matahari Departement Store Paragon Semarang. The research is a quantitative study using 105 responden from Matahari Departement Store employees in the sales promotion section. The method used is multiple linear regression SPSS program version 23. Multiple linear regression analysis technique Y = α + β1X1 + β2X2 + β3X3 + e. The research data variable is Employee Performance (Y) and X is Work Motivation, Compensation and Work Disciplin. The results of the Work Motivation (X1) have positive and significant influence on Employee Performance with t count 1,660), with a significance value of 0.000 t table (9,336>1,660), with a significance value of 0.000 t table (2,823>1,660), with a significance value of 0.006 F table (72,401 >2.699) with a significance of 0.000. Calculation of the value of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) obtained Adjusted R2 of 0,673. This means that the percentage of the influence of the variable Work Motivation, Compensation and Work Disciplin on Employee Performance is 67,3 %, while the remaining 32.7% is influenced or explained by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of price on purchasing decisions, and to determine the influence of cash on delivery (COD) services on purchasing decisions, as well as to determine the influence of customer satisfaction on purchasing decisions. The research method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The population of this study were direct visitors to the Manunggal Jati Semarang swimming pool. The sample in this study amounted to 96 people using the Purposive Sampling technique, namely a sampling technique with certain considerations, the sample determined had predetermined criteria, namely people who had made purchases on the Shopee Platform. The data collection method in this research is by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS. The type of data used is primary data. Based on the results of the research, partially there is a positive and significant influence between Price influencing Purchasing Decisions, the t value obtained is 4.595 > t table 1.661 or significant 0.000 < 0.05, partially Cash On Delivery (COD) services influence the Purchasing Decisions obtained by the t value calculated 2.564 > t table 1.661 or significant 0.012 > 0.05, and partially Customer Satisfaction has an influence on Purchasing Decisions obtained by a t value of 2.573 > t table 1,661 or significant 0.012 < 0.05. Simultaneously Price, partial Cash On Delivery (COD) Service, and Customer Satisfaction partially influence Purchasing Decisions, the F count of 49.666 is greater than the F table of 2.699 or significant 0.000 < 0.05. Abstract

This community service aims to broaden the perspectives and motivate participants of LPK Florenza in Demak Regency to become competent and successful entrepreneurs, so they can support themselves without depending on others, in accordance with the principles of management and accounting. The methods used include lectures, workshops, and mentoring in starting a business. Based on the results of the community service conducted at LPK FLORENZA, there is a lack of motivation to be creative and a lack of understanding of managing financial reports and tax reports correctly, often leading to fear of becoming an entrepreneur. The conclusion that can be drawn is the importance of providing training on building effective individuals and understanding business ethics, being able to manage financial reports and understand tax reports properly for each participant so that they can cultivate an interest in becoming an entrepreneur and be able to run their businesses without fear due to lack of knowledge. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Cash Turnover, Accounts Receivable Turnover and Total Asset Turnover on Profitability, either partially or simultaneously; The samples used in this study were 22 food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the period 2018 – 2020. The data used is secondary data. While the method used is multiple linear regression method using the SPSS version 23 program, to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between the independent variables and their dependent variables. The results of this study Cash Turnover has a positive and significant effect on profitability with t count > t tabal (2.662 > 1.979); Receivable turnover has no effect on profitability because t count < t table (-1.583 0.05; and Total Assets Turnover affects profitability, because t count > t table (3.600 > 1.979) with a significance of 0.000 F table (8.273 > 2.57) with a significance of 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to look at the determinants of the cost of capital for a company. This study conducts a literature review with the aim of identifying the factors that affect the cost of capital for a company. The study shows that profitability, liquidity, tax, growth, size, and age of the company are some of the major determinants that affect the cost of capital of the company. The study further shows a positive correlation between the cost of capital and profitability, liquidity, growth, size, and age of the company. The capital arrangement of the company is determined based on the pecking order theory and the trade-off theory while keeping in mind the cost elements associated with it. In Indonesia, economic stability and political stability are the major determinants that determine the cost of capital for a company. These determinants affect the availability and cost.
