Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan model pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi perempuan pengangguran. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 11 Juni 2015, di Kecamatan Karang Tengah Kabupaten Demak, dengan 20 peserta. Model pelatihan yang digunakan adalah pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem Based Learning/PBL), dengan data evaluasi sikap spiritual, sikap sosial, dan keterampilan pelatihan, yang semuanya dalam katagori baik. Kesimpulannya adalah, model pelatihan kewirausahaan yang tepat untuk perempuan pengangguran yaitu Problem Based Learning (PBL) ini bisa dilanjutkan untuk pelatihan kewirausahaan selanjutnya.Kata kunci: Perempuan Pengangguran, PBL

Abstract

Tlogomulyo, Pedurungan Kota Semarang terletak di daerah timur dari Kota Semarang. Panti Asuhan Al Fitroh di Tlogomulyo, Pedurungan Kota Semarang merupakan asrama Putra. Anak asuh di Panti Asuhan Al Fitroh terdapat anak-anak perempuan dan anak laki-laki. Anak asuh di Panti Asuhan Al Fitroh terdiri kurang lebih 50 orang, 25 anak diantaranya laki-laki. Dari jumlah anak asuh tersebut mulai dari SD sampai mahasiswa semua tinggal di asrama Tlogomulyo, Pedurungan Kota Semarang. Panti Asuhan Nor Fathoni Afifah mempunyai anak asuh sebanyak 25 orang anak asuh laki-laki. Dari semua anak asuh putra tersebut merupakan potensi besar untuk dikembangkan menjadi wirausaha, agar mereka menjadi anak asuh yang kreatif dan mandiri nantinya setelah mereka tidak tinggal di asrama lagi. Namun karena kendala keterbatasan sumber daya dan ketrampilan di sana, anak asuh belum terbekali dengan kewirausahaan. Persoalan prioritas yang disepakati untuk diselesaikan selama pelaksanaan program IbM : (1) Kewirausahaan bagi anak asuh. (2) Testimoni dari pengusaha sebagai motivator, (3) Pelatihan ketrampilan sablon, (4) Pemasaran hasil produksi, (5) Modal kerja, (6) Pengemasan hasil produk sablon yang menarik pembeli. Melihat potensi yang begitu besar, tetapi belum termanfaatkan secara maksimal, kegiatan yang telah dilakukan adalah sebagai berikut : (1) Memberi penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pembinaan kepada anak asuh mengenai pentingnya mempunyai jiwa kewirausahaan, (2) Memfasilitasi mendatangkan pengusaha sablon sebagai motivator, (3) Melakukan pelatihan sablon sebagai bekal ketrampilan, (4) Melakukan pelatihan pemasaran offline dan online, (5) pembuatan proposal pengajuan bantuan modal, (6) Melakukan pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan dan pengemasan hasil kerajinan yang menarik konsumen.Kata Kunci:  Kewirausahaan, Anak Panti Asuhan, Pelatihan sablon, Pelatihan manajemen usaha, Pemasaran lewat internet

Abstract

This research aimed on analyzing factors which influenced the success of micro and small business in West Semarang (Semarang Barat) region. The research had been done by picking 100 sample of micro and small business in West Semarang region. Data collecting was achieved through Interview and Questioners. Next, the data was being processed using SPSS ver.16. The result showed that working fund, skills, and business  location  have  positive  and  significant influence  on  the  achievement  of micro and small business to gain some benefits by the significant points for each factors are 0.002; 0.0015 and 0.003 while the Adjusted R Square is 0.348 or 34.8%. Between those three factors, work location is the most influencing factor with beta coefficient 0.24.  The result also showed that there are some other factors (65.2%) which also have influence on the success of micro and small business but those factors wouldn’t be researched here.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Know the effect of promotion costs on sales at PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. (2) Knowing the influence of distribution cost to sales at PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. (3) Knowing the influence of promotion cost and distribution cost simultaneously to sales at PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. The object of this research is PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. Data taken over 8 years from 2008 - 2015 and calculations using quarterly data consisting of promotional costs, distribution and sales costs. Data collected by documentation method obtained through official website of PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis and significance test using t test and F test. The results showed that: (1) There is no influence of promotion cost to sales with t arithmetic = 1.778 smaller than t table = 2.0452 with 5% significance; (2) there is positive influence and significant distribution cost to sales with t arithmetic = 17,193 bigger than t table = 2.0452 with significance 5%; (3) There is significant influence of promotion cost and distribution cost simultaneously to sales with F arithmetic = 2057,00 bigger than F table = 3,33 with error level 5%. Keywords: Promotion Cost, Distribution Cost and Sales

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis display produk, kualitas produk dan kelengkapan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Variable independen dalam penelitian ini adalah display produk, kualitas produk dan kelengkapan produk. Variable dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah keputusan pembelian konsumen. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan sekunder, diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner kepada para responden yaitu para pelanggan Alfamart Pucang Gading. Populasi pada penetilian ini dihitung dari pelanggan Alfamart Pucang Gading. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 97 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan program SPSS 25. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa display produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.003 t table 1,1661, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,022 < 0,05 dan t hitung 2,330 > t table 1,661 sedangkan kelengkapan produk tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,315 > 0,05 dan t hitung 1,010 < t table 1,661. Hasil display produk, kualitas produk dan kelengkapan produk secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen dengan tingkat signifikansi F hitung 16,717 > F table 2,70.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Brand Image and Facilities on Consumer Satisfaction using the Trans Semarang feeder 1 transportation service. The research population is all consumers of Feeder 1 Trans Semarang, a sample of 100 uses the Ferdinand formula. The method used is multiple linear regression SPSS program version 23. Multiple linear regression analysis technique Y = α + β1X1 + β2X2 + β3X3 + e. The research data variable is Consumer Satisfaction (Y) and X is Service Quality, Brand Image and Facilities. The results of the Service Quality study (X1) have no significant effect on consumer satisfaction with t count t table (3.161>1.984), with a significance value of 0.002 t table (3.930>1.984), with a significance value of 0.000 F table (120.22> 2.699) with a significance of 0.000. Calculation of the value of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) obtained Adjusted R2 of 0.783. This means that the percentage of the influence of the variable Quality of Service, Brand Image and Facilities on Customer Satisfaction is 78.3%. Abstract

This study aims to test whether the Quality of Service, Facilities, and Location affect Service User Satisfaction at Andelir Hotel Semarang. The population in this study was calculated from the average visit of Andelir Semarang hotel service users in the January-December 2021 period. Sampling using the Slovin formula obtained a total sample of 95 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. This study uses questionnaires, observations, and interviews, in collecting data. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, namely by testing the validity and reliability, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test and F test and test the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that: Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Service User Satisfaction. Facilities have a positive and significant effect on Service User Satisfaction. Location has a positive and significant effect on Service User Satisfaction. Service Quality, Facilities, Location jointly or simultaneously have a significant effect on Service User Satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to find out whether Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Work Environment affect Employee Performance. Sampling is carried out by the Purposive Sampling method, which is a sampling method with certain criteria. The results of this study show that Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Work Environment together or simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance

The clothing industry, particularly t-shirts, has experienced rapid growth as a means of self-expression and lifestyle in recent decades. The demand for custom t-shirts has increased alongside society's interest in unique and personalized clothing. Digital technology and printing have facilitated the rapid and high-quality production of custom t-shirts. Custom t-shirt printing businesses offer promising business opportunities by understanding market trends, consumer needs, and utilizing the latest technology. "Nyala T-Shirt" not only offers custom t-shirts with unique designs but also is committed to reducing plastic waste through the use of eco-friendly packaging. Through strategic marketing, including promotion through social media, collaboration with influencers, and direct sales, this business aims to increase brand awareness and sales of custom t-shirts. The goal is not only to generate profits but also to inspire students to develop their entrepreneurial spirit and hone their entrepreneurial skills. With creativity, product quality, and the right use of technology, this custom t-shirt printing business is expected to grow sustainably and serve as a platform for innovation and creativity. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the variables Work Motivation, Compensation and Work Disciplin on Employee Performance at Matahari Departement Store Paragon Semarang. The research is a quantitative study using 105 responden from Matahari Departement Store employees in the sales promotion section. The method used is multiple linear regression SPSS program version 23. Multiple linear regression analysis technique Y = α + β1X1 + β2X2 + β3X3 + e. The research data variable is Employee Performance (Y) and X is Work Motivation, Compensation and Work Disciplin. The results of the Work Motivation (X1) have positive and significant influence on Employee Performance with t count 1,660), with a significance value of 0.000 t table (9,336>1,660), with a significance value of 0.000 t table (2,823>1,660), with a significance value of 0.006 F table (72,401 >2.699) with a significance of 0.000. Calculation of the value of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) obtained Adjusted R2 of 0,673. This means that the percentage of the influence of the variable Work Motivation, Compensation and Work Disciplin on Employee Performance is 67,3 %, while the remaining 32.7% is influenced or explained by other factors.
