Abstract

Dalam suatu organisasi yang sehat, biasanya memberikan pelatihan sebagai salah satu fasilitas pembelajaran bagi para anggotanya baik dalam bentuk seminar, lokakarya maupun training sebagai upaya suatu organisasi untuk memberikan pengetahuan serta keahlian bagi para pengusaha muda, Tidak jarang rangkaian kegiatan tersebut memakan waktu, tenaga dan biaya. Hal ini dikarenakan para pengusaha muda yang diberikan rangkaian pelatihan tersebut harus dilatih di tempat lain. Dalam terminologi perkembangan keilmuan pelatihan kepada pengusaha muda penerapan program akuntansi dengan menggunakan microsoft excel, bentuk pelatihan dan pembelajaran demikian dikenal dengan pembelajaran penerapan program akuntansi dengan menggunakan microsoft excel. Pelatihan ini merupakan kegiatan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang yang bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi pengusaha muda agar mendapatkan pengetahuan serta pemahaman lebih tentang materi yang akan disampaikan oleh pemateri yakni tentang penggunaan serta pengoperasian Microsoft Excel dalam siklus akuntansi. Pemateri menjelaskan excel merupakan milik perusahaan apple bukan Microsoft, selanjutnya fungsi, kegunaan serta manfaat dari excel itu sendiri dalam siklus akuntansi.

Abstract

The role of social media is currently developing not only as a means of showing oneself or proof of existence. However, business people are starting to use social media as a promotion, because this media offers low costs with a wide market reach. Not only as promotional media, social media  can also be used as document storage in an orderly and chronological manner, according to the time at which the documents were made. This is the aim of this activity, which is to maximize the role of social media for batik SMEs. Relatively low cost, easy operation (can be done via HP), and does not require skills that must be experts in the IT field. This activity was carried out at Batik Bambu Kenanga, located in Turen District, Malang Regency, East Java. The results show that the guidance and training provided was very useful and taught Batik Bambu Kenanga to compile promotional content as well as archive important documents, especially the batik products they produce.

Abstract

The Vocational High School of the Indonesian Teachers Association (SMK PGRI) Amlapura is a vocational school at the upper middle level that has four majors namely, hospitality, catering, computer network and multimedia engineering. Located in Amlapura City, Karangasem Regency, Bali Province. Based on the vocational education that is carried out, all students studying in vocational schools are required to take the expertise competency test (UKK) of each field that is in demand in accordance with the majors they choose. This UKK is carried out nationally and is a national practical test. This is what distinguishes an educational model that exists at the high school level. As for facing the National Practice Examination, schools generally provide assistance for their students.Bali State Polytechnic in this case implementing Tri Dharma Higher Education such as teaching, research and service. One of the Tri Dharma of the tertiary institution is the Commander of the Commander, where the community service aims to play a role and participate in building the welfare of the community. This service activity is carried out in accordance with existing academic culture.Bali State Polytechnic Department of Electrical Engineering Information Management Study Program is willing to accompany the students of SMK PGRI Amlapura in terms of preparing themselves to take part in UKK. This mentoring activity is a service activity. Assistance provided specifically to UKK Computer Network Engineering Program and UKK Multimedia Program. Activities in the form of exposure in theory and direct practice. The continuation of assistance is also done using WhatsApp Group media.

Abstract

Store display is an important component in the retail business segment. Business actors must be able to create attractive spatial planning and product arrangement through store displays so that consumers feel at home and comfortable when shopping. Effective arrangement in addition to increasing sales can also minimize the risk of loss. Such as avoiding loss of goods, theft, inaccurate records, and others. This activity was delivered to the Delfa Store which is located at Jl. Kenanga Kav.2, Mulyoagung Village, Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang. Based on preliminary observations, it was found that the display conditions in stores that sell various household goods are still not good.  So that it becomes difficult to develop and there is uncertainty about business continuity in the future. This is the background for carrying out this activity, by analyzing the condition of store displays as an effort to identify business risks.

Abstract

The community service program, packaged in the Kedaireka Matching Fund (MF), aims to help farmers to be able to commercialize their agricultural products. There are two outcomes of this Kedaireka-MF community service: an organic fertilizer factory and a frozen vegetable factory. Several methods are carried out to support the creation of commercialization. The Kedaireka-MF community service program starts with commercialization socialization, assistance in making organic fertilizers, assistance in making frozen vegetable factories, and assistance in digital marketing. Digital marketing platforms that can be made are websites, Instagram and YouTube. Kedaireka-MF has also registered its products through the Shopee e-commerce platform. To improve the quality of commercialization, the Kedaireka-MF community service program has started a new business with a legal entity, CV Reka Tani Mandiri. This MSME company was established as a forum for farmers to commercialize agricultural products in a professional manner.

Abstract

Desa Tugu Mulya merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Kebun Tebu, Kabupaten Lampung Barat, Provinsi Lampung. Desa ini memiliki potensi yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu masyarakatnya memiliki budidaya ikan nila yang biasanya hanya dijual segar dan diolah sederhana. Di samping itu, konsumsi protein hewani di Provinsi Lampung masih rendah padahal hal ini sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk melatih masyarakat membuat nugget ikan nila sebagai upaya peningkatan potensi desa. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan pematerian terlebih dahulu dan dilanjutkan dengan praktik pembuatan secara langsung oleh peserta. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu peserta mengetahui dan memahami manfaat ikan nila sebagai sumber protein hewani, pentingnya konsumsi ikan nila dan pengolahan ikan nila menjadi nugget yang memiliki masa simpan lebih lama dan nilai jual lebih tinggi. Selain itu, pelatihan ini dapat memberikan kemampuan peserta dalam membuat nugget ikan nila secara mandiri.

Abstract

The target audience for this service is students in SMKs, and more specifically SMKN 9 Bandar Lampung, who would benefit from learning how to use the MYOB accounting software. Specifically, the issue is how to instruct students in the use of reports and financial records utilising the Mind Your Own Business framework. The long-term objective of this endeavour is intricately linked to the issue of applying the Mind Your Own Business application method, which provides students, teachers, and secretaries with a vast field of possibility and influences the enhancement of their performance, particularly in the engagement of financial reports for trading and service companies. Training and refining one's training in the MYOB accounting application are the first steps towards becoming an expert in the use of that programme. This event resulted to the publication of a research article in the "Dharma Pengabdian Journal" by Yogyakarta "Veteran" National Development University, as well as recordings documenting the event and profiles of its participants at the Lampung University Service Seminar. Methodology includes engaging discussions, lectures, and MYOB accounting software-based tasks. To better and aid in the record keeping of a company's financial transactions, MYOB accounting programme training was provided to students at SMK, most specifically SMKN 9 Bandar Lampung.
