Abstract

This research was aimed to make an inventory card in terms to improve the process of stock-taking materials at Ramanda Beauty Shop Ampeldento, Malang. This research was an action research with 4 stages such as from Plan, Action, Observation, and also Reflection. The data was collected by interview method. To make sure that the owner of Ramanda Beauty Shop are able to use inventory card easily, researcher use a Technology Acceptance Model questionaire. The result of this research was the owner feel helped by the inventory card to record and inventarize the raw materials easily, because each time when there was a raw materials arrived, it must be recorded on the card, and if the employee wants to use the raw materials, the employee must update the card, so the movement of raw materials becomes more controlled and it can reduce excessive expends from the business owner's side.

Abstract

The objectives are (1). Find the determinant variables that discriminate the consumers’ group on trusting or not to the online-transactions, among the dependent variables which consist of vendor-capacity, perceived-familiarity, perceived-reputation, and personal values. (2). Find the most differing variable from those determinant variables found, and (3). Find the effective strategy to overcoming the e-trust barriers in Indonesian Lazada user. The data collected from 85 samples of Indonesians that experiencing the e-commerce transactions. Many questioners were spread by mailed and also direct spreading to meet the data quota. The data analysis that used were Discriminant Analysis and Crosstab Analisis. Result of this study show that from four predicting variables, there are only two variables that determinant the consumers’ choise to trust or not to the online-transactions; vendor-capacity and perceived-familiarity,- which has significant influence for this case. The consumers’ perceived-familiarity was found as the most influencing variables that could discriminate the trust of the customers to online-transactions. So, the vendors’ strategy should be held to educate the customer and maximizing the customers’ relationship programs, beside continous improvement of the vendors’ capacities as well.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel yang diteliti, yaitu Variabel Kualitas Produk, Variabel Keputusan Pembelian. Dan Variabel Loyalitas. Lokasi Penelitian ini terdapat di Perumahan Permata Jingga Kota Malang, sedangkan populasi penelitian ini merupakan Pelanggan yang sudah pernah berbelaja di Pizza Hut sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah 100.responden Hasil Olahan data menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Produk mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dan berdampak terhadap loyalitas sebesar 12,45%,

Abstract

Every educational organization, HR has a very important role because HR is the determinant of the success or failure of the organization in achieving organizational goals. In order for organizational goals to be achieved, it is necessary to have job analysis, employee recruitment and employee selection so that the organization can get employees who perform optimally. This study aims to determine the effect of job analysis, employee recruitment and selection on employee performance. This research was conducted at the State Polytechnic of Malang with a population of 565 non-civil servant permanent employees and a sample of 135 people taken randomly. The analysis technique used is SEM by using the AMOS 16 application. The results of the study concluded that job analysis, recruitment and selection of employees affect performance.

Abstract

Studi ini meneliti perilaku adopsi individu dari situs jejaring sosial paling populer saat ini Instagram. Pengaruh pada intensi terhadap penggunaan jejaring sosial berdasarkan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan individu (PEU), persepsi kemanfaatan (PU) dan kepercayaan secara empiris diperiksa dengan kumpulan data primer dari 95 mahasiswa Administrasi Bisnis di Politeknik Negeri Malang, pengguna Instagram dikumpulkan dari survei kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model TAM media sosial yang diusulkan dalam penelitian ini mendukung semua hipotesis intensi terhadap penggunaan media sosial. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan bukti untuk pentingnya variabel kunci tambahan untuk TAM dalam mempertimbangkan keterlibatan pengguna di situs media sosial dan strategi bisnis terkait media sosial lainnya.This study examines individual adoption behavior of the most popular social networking site  Instagram. The influences on the intetion toward using social networkinf based on individual’s perceived ease of use (PEU), perceived usefulness (PU) and trust is empirically examined with a primary data set of 95 students of Business Administration at State Polytechnic of Malang, users of Instagram gathered from a questionnaire survey. The results demonstrate that the revised social media TAM model proposed in this study supports all the hypotheses of intention toward using social medial. The results of this study provide evidence for the importance of additional key variables to TAM in considering user engagement on social media sites and other social-media related business strategies.

Abstract

Alternative business ideas can start from the use of food to be the main product in marketing in particular can be used for small businesses. The main purpose in the implementation of dedication is to provide information and knowledge and provide motivation that the form of creativity can start from simple things. Moreover, the creativity spirit can grow for all circles and not limited to age.

Abstract

Small businesses are one of the drivers of the Indonesian economy. In addition for having characteristics, small business also has several factors that are a limiting factor for small business to grow and develop. One of these problems is related to financial management where the recording of each transaction that has been carried out is the basis for evaluating activities and assesing the succes of a business.

Abstract

The role of social media is currently developing not only as a means of showing oneself or proof of existence. However, business people are starting to use social media as a promotion, because this media offers low costs with a wide market reach. Not only as promotional media, social media  can also be used as document storage in an orderly and chronological manner, according to the time at which the documents were made. This is the aim of this activity, which is to maximize the role of social media for batik SMEs. Relatively low cost, easy operation (can be done via HP), and does not require skills that must be experts in the IT field. This activity was carried out at Batik Bambu Kenanga, located in Turen District, Malang Regency, East Java. The results show that the guidance and training provided was very useful and taught Batik Bambu Kenanga to compile promotional content as well as archive important documents, especially the batik products they produce.

Abstract

The purpose of this PkM activity is to empower the potential of foster children (girl) of the East Java Christian Orphanage Foundation as the target audi ences to spark motivation and creativity so that they become independent individuals. Empowerment is carried out by providing entrepreneurship skills training. The material studied is Basic Knitting using the Single Crochet Stitch, Half Double Crochet Stitch and Double Crochet Stitch technique to create a Semi Solid Granny Square pattern which will produce a product in the form of a Tote Bag. PkM activities are divided into 3 modules, the first is theoretical briefing about the objectives, benefits and tips, as well as the importance of having an entrepreneurial spirit and high motivation to learn various kinds of skills, the second is a theoretical explanation of basic knitting techniques / Crocheting and the Semi Solid Granny Square pattern for making Tote Bags, and the third practice and practice to produce a product that is worth selling so that it can be marketed so that it can help with economic problems and welfare in their families. From the training that was held for 2 days, and assistance for independent learning online through Whatsapp media to 10 foster children (girl), 4 gilrs were successful with their commitment to produce the final product in the form of a Tote Bag, even 1 of them managed to enrich and sharpen her own skills by combining the thread color in the final product. Based on the results of the evaluation, it can be concluded that the training ran smoothly and effectively and brought benefits, because the target audiences could absorb the knowledge conveyed and was able to produce the finished product as targeted from the start.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to find the problems faced by the ASY SYUHADA congregation and congregation RT. 6 RW. 7 Sudimoro, Kel. Mojolangu, Kec. Lowokwaru Malang City and at the same time provide the right solution in order to achieve increased knowledge and capabilities in the operational field, especially in the field of entrepreneurship, namely starting before carrying out activities, with aspects of intention in entrepreneurship, then during activities, namely in terms of the importance of moral ethics in entrepreneurship and also given examples of the character of the Prophet Muhammad in trading, service quality and also selling techniques, which ended with an agreement or better known as a deal and marked by a handshake, so that work is not only profitable, but also gets blessings. Thus this activity can improve skills, both soft skills, especially in entrepreneurship and in cash managementThe methods used are: observation, to observe the activities carried out both in the economic and socio-religious fields, then interviews, explored to find problems and solutions that will be offered and simulations, to find the most suitable alternative in order to market goods more effectivelyThe findings are that guidance and training on: practical moral-ethical-based entrepreneurship and discussions about experience and how to manage cash well. well done
