Abstract

Development of Learning Media for Stop Motion animated film on the cube of three and cube roots. The purpose of this study was to develop a stop motion animation film for mathematics learning media for sixth grade elementary school students on the power of three and cube roots and determine the feasibility of the developed media. The development model used in this research is ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The stages passed in this research and development include: (1) needs analysis, (2) design, (3) initial product development, (4) evaluation, (5) product revision. Evaluation of media and material products through the validation of media experts and material experts. The results of the assessment from media experts with an average score of 3.16 and material experts with an average score of 3.62. Overall the media can be categorized as good. Thus the mathematics learning media, stop motion animation films, material to the power of three and cube roots that have been developed are good or suitable to be used as learning media in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the decision-making strategy of the head of Madrasah in improving the effectiveness of management at MAN I Banyuwangi and to find out how the participation of teachers in decision-making by the head of Madrasah to improve Management Effectiveness in MAN I Banyuwangi. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method. The main data sources in this study are human and non-human, the human data sources are school principals and teachers or other staff and the data is formed in interview transcripts and field notes, while non-human data is documentation containing matters relating to related to educational management. The data analysis used in this research is interactive analysis, namely reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that an important strategy in decision making is to involve stakeholders in the MAN I Banyuwangi environment. The involvement of teachers and various parties in decision making will affect the implementation of increasing the effectiveness of school management as happened in MAN 1 Banyuwangi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Work Environment and Work Culture on Employee Work Motivation at PT Kencana Lestari Logistik Binjai Branch and carried out at PT Kencana Lestari Logistik Binjai Branch, where the total population and sample are 110 people. The research instrument is a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. Requirements test was conducted to test normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity. The data analysis technique is multiple regression, Partial Test 1 Work Environment variable with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 at the specified significant level, it can be concluded that the Work Environment variable has an influence on Work Motivation, then Partial Test 2 Work Culture variables at a significant level of 0.002> 0.05 at the specified significant level, it can be concluded that the Work Culture variable has an influence on Work Motivation, while the Anova F Test (simultaneous) with a significance level of 0.000. Where the significant level of F count 0.000 <0.05 indicates that the Work Environment and Work Culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the affected variable, namely Work Motivation. While the percentage of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable with the value of R2 (Coefficient of Determination) the result is 39.0%, it is stated that the Work Environment and Work Culture can affect Work Motivation by 39%, and the remaining 61% can be influenced by unknown variables.

Abstract

The effect of employee recruitment and selection on individual performance of EJ33 Vape employees, Samarinda main branch, on individual performance after pandemic. In selling the EJ33 Vape Samarind, they do it in various ways, such as buying and selling in stores, through Tokopedia, Instagram, Facebook and in the form of offers to smaller shops. EJ33 Vape Samarinda was founded in 2015 and currently has several branches. the main store location is on Jl. M. Yamin Samarinda city. With its function as a distributor of several products and a wholesaler for smaller shops, it requires more employees than usual. Researchers took 20 respondents who were then given a questionnaire to fill out. From the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis of recruitment has a significant effect on employee performance is rejected on the basis of t table X1 = 0.635 < 2.093 meaning X1 has no effect on performance, hypothesis 2 Selection has a significant effect on employee performance is rejected on the basis of while t count X2 = 1.355 < 2.093 so that it can be said that the X2 variable does not have a positive effect on performance, Hypothesis 3 Recruitment and selection simultaneously affect employee performance is rejected on the basis of the significance value of the table showing a value of 0.179, which means it is greater than 0.05, thus the x variable together or simultaneously has no effect on performance.

Abstract

The pre-emptive rights owned by the state for tax claims on the goods belonging to the Tax Bearer are regulated in Article 21 of Law Number 16 of 2009 concerning General Provisions and Tax Procedures (UU KUP), but legal certainty has not been realized due to several bankruptcy cases. Pre-emptive rights have not yet been implemented. The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze the existence of the State's prior rights over debtors' tax debts in the bankruptcy process, and to understand and analyze efforts to realize legal certainty over the State's prior rights related to debtor's tax debt obligations in the bankruptcy process. The legal theory used as the basis for thinking in this research is the theory of legal certainty and the theory of state precedence. The method used in this study is a normative juridical research method. The data used is secondary data, the legal materials used in this study are derived from the results of library research in the form of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials. For the analysis of legal materials, systematic interpretation and grammatical interpretation are used. The results of the study show that the position of the state's prior rights in Article 21 of the KUP Law does not provide legal certainty. Legal certainty of the state's pre-emptive rights on tax payables can be realized by objecting to or rejecting the list of receivables by making a request for a procedure review at the time of verification or verification of the debtor's debt, or can apply for a procedure review to the Commercial Court at the District Court, and can also make cassation action if the application for procedure review is rejected at the Commercial Court level.

Abstract

The character of students is still a problem that continues to be discussed.Education prepares quality human resources, character, intelligent in thinking, skilled in work and polite in behavior and well educated, honest and has a high national spirit. This can be realized, among others, through extracurricular activities. Extracurricular activities are curricular activities carried out by students outside of learning hours for intracurricular activities and co-curricular activities, under the guidance and supervision of the education unit (Permendikbud, 2014). The purpose of this study is to describe the application of management in extra-curricular activities in fostering nationalist character of participants students. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and document studies. The findings show that the application of extracurricular management in fostering the nationalist character of students uses management according to management functions starting from planning, organizing, implementing and supervising.The conclusion is that extracurricular management in fostering the nationalist character in SMAT Krida Nusantara Bandung has made planning, organizing, implementing and controlling but not all of it is optimal.

Abstract

Manajemen strategis secara umum digunakan dalam rangka memenangkan persaingan dalam ketidakpastian situasi pasar jasa pendidikan di Era Disruptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan fokus utama penelitian yaitu identifikasi manajemen strategis di lembaga pendidikan di era disrupsi. Kepala sekolah dari sepuluh sekolah dasar negeri dengan setidaknya lima tahun pengalaman adalah subyek penelitian ini. Penelitan ini dilakukan antara Januari dan April 2022. Lokasi di Kabupaten Brebes, Jawa Tengah. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen strategis di Era Disruptif saat ini dapat membetuk lembaga pendidikan memiliki daya saing dan daya adaptif terkait inovasi layanan, kompetensi SDM, dan Pemanfaatan teknologi digitalisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by applying the inquiry learning model during teaching and learning activities in Civics Education (PKn) class VI SD Negeri 043934 Simpang Singa. The subjects in this study were Grade VI students of SD Negeri 043934 Simpang Singa with a total of 24 students. This study uses two cycles of action research. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: design, activities and observations, reflection, and revision. The results of this study indicate that 1) Students' cognitive learning outcomes through the inquiry learning model in the subject of Citizenship Education (PKn) have succeeded in achieving completeness. In the first cycle, 9 students completed with an average of 63.33. In the second cycle, 21 students completed with an average of 83.33 and the class was completed. Completeness of cognitive learning outcomes occurs because in conducting group discussions, students are able to work well together; 2) Students' affectiveness through the inquiry learning model in the subject of Citizenship Education (PKn) has changed for the better in each indicator. This change occurs because the teacher provides motivation so that students improve their attitudes during learning; 3) Psychomotor students through the inquiry learning model in the subject of Citizenship Education (PKn) have changed for the better in each indicator. This change occurs because students have the courage to express their opinions and defend their arguments.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' understanding of learning materials and improve student learning outcomes and student learning activities by applying think pair share cooperative learning model. The subjects in this study were sixth grade students of SD Negeri 040539 Seberaya with a total of 15 students. The results of the study are: 1) Student learning outcomes by applying the TPS type cooperative learning model in the first cycle showed 6 students completed individually, while the class was incomplete. In the second cycle, 13 students completed individually and the class completed classically with an average of 66.67 and 81.33 in the first cycle and the second cycle with the percentage of classical completeness 40% in the first cycle and 87% in the second cycle. Student affective data according to observer observations in cycles I and II include: honesty from (33%) rose to (66%), discipline from (36%) rose to (73%), responsibility from (34%) rose to ( 73%), accuracy from (34%) increased to (70%), and cooperation from (30%) increased to (74%). Psychomotor data of students according to observations in cycle I and cycle II include: identifying the intent of the conversation (23%) increasing to (68%), using proper grammar (33%) increasing to (75%), speaking clearly and easy to understand (24%) increased to (70%), using the right vocabulary choices (34%) rose to (73%), and the intonation of voice according to what was conveyed (24%) rose to (60%). Completeness that occurred in cycle I and cycle II was clearly seen in class VI students when student learning was active and students understood the material presented by the researcher.

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan hasil beberapa sumber yang menggambarkan seberapa besar peran guru dalam perkembangan kuurikulum. Guru adalah seorang pendidik yangmemiliki peran penting dalam proses mengajar dan harus mampu mengaplikasikan suatu kurikulum di sekolah, sedanglan kurikulum adalah suatu system rencana dan pengaturan mengenai bahan pembelajaran yang diterapkan dakam aktivitas belajar mengajar. Adapun yang melatar belakangi penulis tertarik membuat jurnal dimana penulis menemukan indikasi peran guru yang belum efektif dan belum mampu mengaplikasikan kurikulum merdeka. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran guru dalam pengembangan kurikulum merdeka. Artikel ini menggunakan studi pustaka atau library research dari berbagai buku, artikel dan hasil penelitian untuk mendapatkan informasi yang sedang diteliti. Hasil yang didapat oleh penulis menunjukkan adanya peran penting perkembangan kurikulum dalam suatu lembaga dan seorang guru yang harus memiliki kemampuan menyampaikan pembelajaran agar suatu kurikulum terwujud. Berdasarkan hasil anaisis dan kesimpulan pada bab pembahasan maka penulis mengajukan saran-saran sebagai berikut guru harus mampu mengetahui perkembangan teknologi, guru harus mampu mengimplementasikan kurikulum yang selalu berubah, guru harus membuat skala prioritas pekerjaan yang harus segera diselesaikan.
